Our beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium, located in Tower 1 on the 21st. floor, opens to a private balcony where views of sugar-white sands and emerald waters wash away your stress. Our full kitchen with modern appliances includes a kitchen island with bar stools. The spacious living room opens to the balcony with spectacular beach views. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed and an attached bath, serves you to rest and relax. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bunk bed also with attached bathroom, and the living room offers a pull-out, queen size sofa bed. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs. Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was very clean and had what we needed. There was an issue with the dishwasher but Mark was very responsive and came over quickly to check it out. Mark communicated great and we will most definitely book again with him.

Six of us stayed here for a week and enjoyed the condo and the beach. No frills, but had everything we needed as far as comfort, cleanliness and view. I was pleasantly surprised by the way the condo was stocked with supplies that would usually run out in a day or two. I thought that the condo provided enough toilet paper, paper towels, and towels. Some of the other vrbos I have stayed at, did not provide enough. Communication with mark was superb and always responded in a timely manner.
The only con I would say is that restaurants and nightlight is not very walkable. Had to drive everywhere. And on a busy summer night, that can be hectic. But if you are looking for just a beautiful beach and comfortable stay, this is a great place.

Overall it was good. Cable tv was available .But the Floor was not clean, sheet in main bedroom was stained and did not fit properly. Only one trash bag was provided in the kitchen, would have brought extra if we had known there weren’t additional bags available. A mat on the balcony would help keep the sand from being tracked through the rest of the condo. We still enjoyed our stay very much and the owner was very quick to reply to my messages, we were able to check in early. Would recommend this condo.

The location is great, nothing is too far and the beach is never overcrowded. The view from the condo was amazing and had plenty of space for everyone. The host is great at responding quickly and made our stay stress free. Would stay again!

We arrived earlier than check in time and Mark sent me a message letting me know it was ready, which I totally appreciate. Parking was a little confusing. It would help if maybe there was signs up near the area where you are to obtain your luggage cart. I drove around twice before finding it. There is a lot of walking from the car through the hallways to get to the elevators. I didn’t mind the walk, but my family member did struggle with it due to her asthma. Everyone was helpful and pleasant that worked there. Everything looked and smelled clean. The condo was exactly as described. The view was absolutely amazing from that balcony. The only thing I would change about the unit was the 2nd bedroom didn’t have cable tv hooked up, and my aunt had to watch tv on her iPad. Everything else was great!!!

Beautiful property! Very spacious. Very large kitchen with plenty of prep space. The balcony was so nice! The sunsets were amazing with a glass of wine every evening! We never waited for an elevator. Parking was great and covered which was a bonus!!! The beach are and facilities were perfect!!! Highly recommend this property!!! Easy check out instructions also!!!

Beach access was great, staff was very friendly and high speed elevators a plus. 2 out of three beds were very uncomfortable, the living room TV is not a smart TV and needs updating, there was no pull chain for the living room fan, some of the outlets didn't work, the living room furniture was uncomfortable and did not seat 6 people. The beach towels provided were just colored regular towels. The air would only go down to 70 degrees. We enjoyed our stay but fixing some of these issues would have made our trip more enjoyable.

The condo was great overall. The views are beautiful and Mark let us know when the condo was ready to check in early. There are only two suggestions. The frying pans really need replaced thru we’re rusted and not good. We went and bought our own. And the king bed is so squeaky everytime my husband would toss or turn it woke me up. Also the mattress has valleys in it from wearing out. But we will def be back.

The condo was exactly how it was described. It was very clean and the view was amazing. It was just the right size for our family of 4 (2 were teens). The check-in process was easy. The view was amazing. The staff at Majestic was great. We loved the ease of unloading and loading. The air-conditioned walkway to the covered parking garage was nice. We would definitely book again.n We didn't have any problems at all. We enjoyed a relaxing stay. Thank you for helping making our Spring Break great.

The staff are always cleaning and repairing, the pools were in excellent order, hot tubs were all working and the store & patio bar was in full swing (try the potato fries there great). The parking garage & street walk over was pretty handy unloading & loading luggage area on 3 was set up well. Our Condo was very clean and check out was simple Mark only asked us to be sure to load and turn on the dishwasher and take all the trash to the trash chute. We had a great stay.

The resort is beautiful! Mark is on top of his game with communication. The H2O bar and grill was fantastic. The elevator was super fast. The condo was very clean. I did realize from the amazing balcony view that I am extremely terrified of heights. The things that did take me by surprise was that the condo was lightly stocked with trash bags and towels and no batteries in the remotes. The hot water ran out quickly so I took a lot of cold to luke warm showers so I'm not sure if the hot water heater to the unit is about to give out or if there was just that many showers going on. That being said, I did not mention it to Mark because we stayed so busy during our weekend stay or I'm sure he would have taken care of whatever needed as he is that attentive. I would 100% book with him again

The Majestic is a nice condominium complex with friendly staff. The condo was as described with a great view of the beach. However, cleanliness of the condo was mediocre and the master bed had a bad squeak that would wake us up at night. Communication with the owner was stellar. I would stay here again, but they need a better housekeeper and a new master bed.

After a long drive and a couple of mishaps we were exhausted and ready to relax when we discovered we couldn't access our condo. The security personnel and the property owner went out of their way to help us solve the problem. The condo was clean and well equipped. We spent 7 lovely days relaxing and enjoying life at the beach. Perhaps because our stay was at the beginning of the off season but we had absolutely no problems with the elevator service.

Really enjoyed our stay at Mark's! The view was fantastic and the condo was just the right size for our group of 6. We also enjoyed the amenities of the complex (kids loved there were so many pools to choose from when switching from the beach. The food at the h20 bar/grill was great and handy!).
Mark was very responsive to any messages we needed to send and promptly brought us supplies for hand washing dishes when we discovered the dishwasher was out of order.
We loved our long weekend in PCB!

This condo was very nice! The parking and unloading was a little confusing. The signs were not conspicuous. And the walk from the parking garage to the condo tower was much like an airport concourse. The condo however was clean and well appointed with beautiful waterfront views. The resort had nice pools Indoor and outdoor. And a small store for necessities and a bar and grill.

Resort was nice - condo was okay.
This condo is in major need of being touched up. The baseboards and walls are all dirty and scuffed up with dents and missing paint. The master room had a broken blind. The curtains are hung crooked in both rooms. Both rooms have mirrors on the closet doors that are broken. Some of the tiles on the floor are broken as well. Master bathroom cabinet is missing knob. Guest bathroom wall has drywall damage with a hole by the tub and needs to be repaired. The lock on the door coming into the condo scraps against the door frame and makes this awful noise every time you open the door. Overall, this condo is in need of maintenance. I would attach photos if I could.
As for the resort, it has multiple pools, a bar and grill, hot tubs, store, and easy access to the beach. I liked the location, it was close to multiple restaurants and activities to do.
