About this cabin rental
Not your grandma's cabin. This one of a kind property is light and bright with vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances - including a dishwasher, and a spa like bath that feels more like a 5 star resort then a cabin in the Adirondacks. This small cabin lives large thanks to vaulted ceilings, skylights in every room, and space saving pocket doors throughout. It is the perfect place for a small family, couples get-a-way, or girls weekend.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and closet, the second bedroom has a full size bed and a loft with another full size mattress. The "great room" is furnished with a large sofa, 40" SMART TV (BRING YOUR PASSWORDS), cable & high speed WiFi, and is anchored at one end by the open kitchen. A large butcher block peninsula seats 4 for meals with additional seating at the custom outdoor living area.
Everything is new in this recently updated cabin. Outside we have a wonderful deck and outdoor space with fire pit and a large table for dining. Available for your use is are two kayaks, and two Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boards.
The association features a wonderful 250 ft long beach with gentle sandy slope to a large swim area with a raft. Next to the beach is grassy area with shade, a playscape, volleyball, ping pong, and a fire pit for roasting s'mores and having fun in the evening. PLEASE WATCH VIDEO FOR 1 MIN 40 SEC WALK TO BEACH / GRASSY AREA.
NO DOCK for your boat - but the association does have a drop off / pick up dock. You can NOT leave boat unattended. NO BOAT OR TRAILER PARKING ON SITE. Pets, CONSIDERED - please send inquiry before reserving. PETS NOT ALLOWED AT BEACH. $90 PET FEE.
Downtown Bolton Landing is only a 1 mile drive to all the shops, restaurants, marinas, and public parks. The historic Sagamore resort and golf club are only a few minutes away, and Lake George Village is a 15 minute drive.
NOTE: A customized short term rental agreement will be generated for your stay and must be returned before you will be allowed to check-in. This will follow any requests to book online. Rates subject to change without notice.
SEASONAL CABIN DISCLAIMER: EARLY SPRING LATE FALL: As a Premier Partner when you inquire about our property you have the added option of calling us with questions. This is still a 3 season cabin. Early Spring and late Fall temperatures can range widely. Although we have electric wall mounted room heaters, the floors get cold and we use electric mattress covers on all the beds for extra cold nights. Depending on the weather we like to set expectations that you may be inside wearing warm socks and sweats after a day of hiking or exploring the area. It's best for an adventurous group or family, not for a young child crawling around on the floor these times of the year. We have association water mid April through Columbus Day - after that it is weather dependent. The last few years water has run until the end of October. We still have all 5 star reviews for these times of year because we have set correct expectations. After Columbus day if we were notified of water service needing to be shut off we would notify guests immediately and in that case provide a full refund of any unused days - for refunds on HomeAway/VRBO please refer to their refund policy.
2025 season: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS THIS EARLY, please send inquiry and we will hold your dates until Jan. 2025 when reservation and payment will be accepted.

Our family ( including our dogs!) had a wonderful stay! Beautiful, cozy clean cottage in an awesome
Location close to many Lake George attractions and cute little town of Bolton Landing. The house was steps away from a private beach area. Great outdoor area for grilling and eating. So much to do! The owner Tom is awesome- so helpful and easy to work with. Hope to return soon.

Was a cute little cabin. I was expecting it to be “lakeside”, but it’s more of a lake view through the trees. Was surprised that I had to pay $50 for linens that didn’t include a duvet. When I arrived it was very warm in the home and I was told if I wanted a/c that I’d need to install the unit. Also; felt a tad uncomfortable when the owner showed up without warning to grab a table. It’s a cute community and a nice spot, but missed finishing touches for the price.

This is the best of both worlds.. The little cabin is tucked into a cute little nook of other cabins down a long curvy tree covered road. The cabin itself is modern, clean and very comfortable. Less than a minute to walk down the winding path to the beach of stunning Lake George. My sons had a great time swimming, kayaking, playing ping pong for hours on end at the beach.

The cabin is amazing and so is the location right at the water. Very comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Need to bring all types of towels including kitchen towel and bath mat but well stocked otherwise. Tom was super responsive and helpful!

It was the perfect fit out family! Cutest little cabin on the best lake! Even though it was a rainy weekend we really enjoyed our stay! Great fishing! Great location with the most wonderful host!

Tom was an amazing host. The cottage was clean, stocked and furnished so comfortably. Great space! Walk to lake was so short. We loved staying here

This cabin was perfect for a family getaway to the Lake George area. It is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay. The loft bed is accessed via a ladder; our 8yo enjoyed it immensely but an adult might find it challenging to access.
The location is what makes this place special; about a 90 second walk to the beach area where we enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and using the SUP. Tom is an excellent host and had great recommendations for the area. He is easy to communicate with and very responsive.
Overall a great stay in a beautiful area!

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is charming and perfectly appointed. It is comfortable and full of amenities. We wanted a place that was located in a beautiful setting so that we can relax, but close enough to enjoy the attractions of Lake George and beyond and this location fit the bill. Tom was very gracious and responsive. He made sure everything was perfect for our trip. Would love to come back!

This cabin exceeded our expectations! Clean, well stocked, warm, quiet and comfortable! Nestled in the woods, we loved hearing the sounds of nature, seeing the stars and enjoyed a warm fire in the fire pit just off the deck of the cabin, it was outstanding!!! Communication with the owners was great, everything worked and we had no issues. We cooked dinner a few nights and found everything we needed in the cabinets. Didn’t get to use all the little things we packed that we normally need/use when we’ve stayed elsewhere. Highly recommended, would love to stay again!

We had a great getaway in Bolton and loved our time at the lakeside cabin. It was clean and modern and was a perfect spot for our family with Children. Lake access is close and easy and all the Adirondacks has to offer is near by. We will definitely be back!

My sister and I spent every summer in our childhood camping in the Narrows at Lake George. And neither of us have been back in 40 years. Pleased to say, where the lake is concerned, nothing has changed. Amazing. And…Tom’s cabin was perfect. Well appointed. Steps to the lake shore and beach. Comfy beds. The only suggestion we can think of is add a welcome mat so we don’t track in so many needles from the numerous trees around the cabin. If we ever have a chance to return to Bolton Landing again, we hope to stay in this overly spot. Thank you, Tom.

Nicely updated and comfy cottage with access to beach and swimming area. Beautiful scenery! Loved our stay there!

A short drive from Bolton Landing lands you at a friendly little community right on the lake. The cabin was super close to a beautiful little beach with tons of swimming and water sports activities available, and a dock if you want to get picked up for boat tours. It fit the four of us comfortably, but the loft is really only suitable for smaller, more adventurous children. The fire pit was great! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time, the place is as it looks in pictures.
This is the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. The beds are comfortable and everything is like new. The beach and the amenities are right there. Neighbors are friendly. Lake is beautiful! Tom was very helpful through entire process and easily reached by txt.
Definitely recommend….

Great cabin with perfect location and amenities for a relaxing vacation for a family of 4. The cabin is well maintained and cozy, without feeling too small. We had the opportunity to meet with Tom, the host, and he is friendly and easy to work with. Steps away from beach area. Took advantage of the Paddle boards and kayaks that were provided with the cabin. Absolutely would stay here again.

Description for rental is not what it is…There was no linens provided in the bathroom, kitchen or on any of the beds. Our family slept with no blankets or bedsheets the first night. Host demanded we do his yard work and deep clean the house. Host is now trying to charge us for all the linens that he did not provide us. I do not recommend this rental to anyone, as our family was very unhappy with our stay.

Our host Tom always responded promptly. Very nice home. Well prepped. My only critique is that there were more windows than curtains. But Im old fashioned

The cabin was small and quaint. My husband and I took the bedroom with the Queen bed. my 10 year old took the other bedroom while my 13 year old loved the loft. The beach was wonderful and use of the SUP and kayaks. close to the downtown with stores and restaurants. Family hiking spots and farms withing 2 miles. We loved our stay and want to return next year. Thank you.

Just as expected....
The cottage is exactly as it appears in the photos. Kitchen is well stocked and the lake is a short walk away. Tom is an excellent host. We enjoyed the fire pit and the BBQ. None of our surrounding neighbors were home so felt private. We loved the area. It is so beautiful.

Easy, clean and great cabin to stay at. A few minutes walk to community beach, which is perfect for young kids too. We also got to kayak and paddle board which was at cabin to use.
So many activities and things to do in and around Lake George. Happy we stayed in Bolton Landing too! Thank you!
