Villa Bella @ 'Vista Cay'

This 'Vista Cay' penthouse is located in the building right next to the clubhouse and pool. It has the best location and views in 'Vista Cay' hands down. It is a spectacular 2001 square foot, penthouse/lakefront unit (no need to worry about noise from above) overlooking the pool & Lake Cay. Come back after a long day either at the parks or convention center and relax on our beautifully decorated and comfortable lanai and watch the fireworks at Sea World in the summer. This 'Vista Cay' condo has been professionally decorated with a luxurious and elegant, yet comfortable, tropical flair.

Get comfortable on our sectional sofa while watching your favorite movie or TV show on the 55" Sharp LG Smart TV. DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a king bed and upgraded mattress and a 42' wall mounted LCD TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has the same deluxe accommodations as the master with a 32' wall mounted flatscreen LCD TV & DVD player. The third bedroom has been furnished with two full beds (no small twins). If you are the last person arriving in your party of 3, no need to worry about getting stuck sleeping in a twin. This room also has a 32' wall mounted flatscreen LCD TV and DVD player. Dining for 8 in the kitchen.

This 'Vista Cay' unit also has a comfortable and spacious office area with a desk and futon to relax on and conclude the day's business. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also included. No need to bring along the hair dryer. We have supplied them for your convenience. All rooms have lighted ceiling fans. There is also a safe to store your valuables while you are out.

Our 'Vista Cay' condo is located minutes away from Disney World, Sea World and its' new water park Aquatica, Universal Studios and walking distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center. If you are traveling with a large group, family or friends, please inquire about the other units that we have at 'Vista Cay.'

The condo was clean and nicely decorated , close to many attractions and to the convention centers, beds were very comfy and it had everything we needed to prepare meals, highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location for visiting theme parks. Restaurants and Publix supermarket very close by. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable, plenty of room for all the family to spread out. Lovely view over the lake and all the family enjoyed watching the fireworks at Seaworld from the balcony. Would definitely book again.

Great unit and layout. Amazing location. Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. Awesome view of fireworks from balcony. Very clean and comfy beds. Close to pool and short walk to convention center. Host was great with quick responses and very accommodating. We will stay again when back in Orlando.

Our family had a great time at the condo. Everything was as advertised. The location was excellent and right next to the pool. A bonus was all of the towels were actually full size for the adults not the standard small hotel size ones that are usually offered. We would definitely stay there again.

I’ve stayed in quite a few condos at Vista Cay and this one is on the top of the list. It’s right next to the pool but unless you’re outside you can’t hear it. The view is beautiful as you look out over the lake. It’s close to everything. I’d suggest bringing a sleep mask as it can be a bit bright, but with the outside lights, but that’s a super minor thing. We would love to stay here again!

Myself and four friends had a great time at the property. I pesonally enjoyed the pool and hot tub (although i wish it was open later at night, but understand the need for closing after 10:30) and the ability to go for a walk around the lake! We cooked breakfast and hung out on the balcony in the morning. Very nicely appointed property.

We loved our stay and would stay again. A few notes. The beds are all a bit old and noisy. That could have been bed frames but noticed on all beds that getting in and out or moving around was loud. We felt there was not enough TP, hand soap, or towels supplied for our family of 7 in a unit that sleeps 8 for the week. I did contact the property manager about this after 2 days realizing there just wasn't enough of these items and they didnt get back to me. The next day I called and they answered and said they had gotten my message but didnt reply? Then when I asked about these items they said they only supply a limited amount and we would need to go to store to get more. I understand but it felt like what was supplied was enough for 4 people, not 8. We loved the large space, kitchen, clean unit and especially loved the pool and convenience to Universal. It was a super quick drive to that park each day we went and an hour to Cocoa Beach which I highly recommend.

Very clean property that is even more beautiful than the photos. Pools and hot tub were inviting and there were a lot of pool chairs to relax in. Nice walking path and close to many parks. We left an iPad at the property after check out and received a call within a few hours to come pick it up. We really appreciated the quick correspondence to get it back!! Overall excellent!

The condo was spotless. Loved the garbage bins outside the door so we didn't have to walk to a trash chute or dumpster. Location was wonderful! Sitting on the balcony was so relaxing!

The accommodations were nice, clean and well located for our needs. This spacious 3 bedroom condo was excellent and Bill was easy to work with. No check in issues even though our plane was late and we didn’t get to the condo till 2:30 am.

My wife and I came to Orlando to pick up her mother, who was visiting friends, and to see her daughter and family. We all stayed at the condo and had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious and well equipped. The resort facilities were great with a huge heated outdoor pool, hot tub and arcade games. Walgreens and Publix were but a short walk away. I would certainly consider renting here again.

Vista Cay was a great location for our semi-staycation. It was close enough to the activities of Lake Buena Vista and Orlando without being in a crowded condo or hotel. The grounds were quiet, and the balcony offered beautiful scenery. The condo itself was amazing. Our guests canceled last minute, so my spouse and I had the entire condo to ourselves. We talked about how nice it would be with extended family... space for everyone. We'll definitely consider another visit in the future with family or friends.

We stayed here for a volleyball tourney at the convention center. This property is walkable to the convention center (15 minute walk) and super close to Publix and many restaurants. The unit is large and the balcony has a great view of the pool and lake. The proximity to the pool is very convenient. The property management team was helpful when we needed them. My daughter and I felt very safe here. We would definitley stay here again.

The Suite was very nice, had LOTS of space and a good view of the pond and pool! They included some towels and some basics to help our trip go easier until we could get to the store. I would buy this place if it was available!

In town for a convention. Traveling with a couple of our outside sales team. I like the proximity of Vista Cay and the cost effectiveness vs a hotel room. The units gave us plenty of room to move around in. 5 stars from our group!!!

Exceeded our expectations! Beautiful and spacious! Had everything that we needed for our time spent! Loved the lay out; definitely enough room for the 6 of us, and that deck overlooking the lake and pool was a plus! Comfortable setting! A truly hidden gem that we won’t hesitate to revisit again!
