The property was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Even though we didn’t have time for the pool, there was a really nice pool alongside the Cumberland River. The property close to both Broadway St and Nissan Stadium and was very easy to get into and out of with assigned parking who he wa really nice. Definitely stay here again!

The location is about 18-20 minute walking distance

We enjoyed our stay. Only a mile walk to Broadway. The pool was fun (with surprisingly cool water). We had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable.

Nice and clean and great pool

We stayed because of a concert! Great location, easy walking, felt safe walking everywhere even in the night.

Great property.

Wonderful experience. Easy checkin. Very clean. Comfortable linens and bed. Comfortable kitchen, living and dining area. Will come back.

Property was further from downtown than we thought. Walking distance was about 35 minutes at my husbands pace. Had a little difficulty locating the unit. There really was no view. Clean and comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay

Everything about this place was perfect for two people to spend a weekend in Nashville! The location was a perfect distance from Broadway and other fun bars. Would definitely stay here again :)
4.7
The place was nice. The location is not good to walk downtown.
4.7
Place was clean and comfortable but a little to far to walk to town and back for us
4.7
Simple but clean, would be crowded for more than 2 persons. Owner was responsive, we had all we needed. The immediate area seems safe but lots of construction going on and not too scenic. Walkable to Germantown, so we'll probably stay there again.

great place to stay and excellent location

This was our first trip to Nashville and it did not disappoint. The condo was a perfect location for us. We found the Farmers Market and made our way there every morning for coffee and breakfast and a sit in the park before starting our day exploring. The condo was superbly clean and we did not have a single issue with checking in or out or the facility. We would definitely recommend!
4.7
The condo was nice and clean. If you like to walk it is about a 20 minute walk to downtown, it beats trying to find parking. There is a lot of construction going on. It was a little noisy at times with trains going by. Communication with the property manager was good, had quick responses.

This property is about 1 mile from Broadway and easily walkable. Broadway is nonstop fun if that’s what you’re looking for!

We brought our teenager to their first concert. This was a perfect spot for us- we didn’t spend much time in the property but it was close to the Ryman, etc. but far enough away to be quiet and restful when we were ready to relax and go to sleep.

A girlfriend & myself took a road trip for Spring Break 2024. Coming from Wisconsin. We spent 2 nights here, in Nashville. Loved it! Clean, comfy and had everything and more for what we needed. Would definitely recommend this place & we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Loved the way they preserved the history of this space! ❤️❤️❤️

This property is tucked away on the riverfront, about a 10-15 minute drive from Broadway, The Gulch, Country Music Hall of Fame, etc. (depending on Nashville traffic of course). It’s about a 30 minute walk to Broadway. They had a free parking space which is really unheard of in the city, so if you have a rental car like we did, this is your place.
The owner was super friendly and quick to respond to all of my messages through VRBO. We’ve never been here before, so I was nervous about what to expect, and her timely communication really allayed all of my fears.
If we return to Nashville, we would definitely stay here again!

The bed was great and we really liked the location. Could use a rug in living room. It would have been nice to know that the laundry was not in the unit and that it was a hefty walk across the entire complex. We had issues with the laundry app- Take quarters.
4.7
Cute condo close to Broadway. Easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay.
4.7
Room was nice, clean. Location too far to walk downtown, nothing close and the train might as well have been in the room with us.
4.7
Good location. nice unit. shower could have been a little cleaner. a soap for shower might help. Possibly a small make up mirror would help us older gals. Lol. but plenty of other mirrors were welcome. Overall great place and plan to stay there again

This was a perfect property for our stay for many reasons. The main reason for our stay was our grandsons wedding. This location turned out to be very close to and near by the various events that we needed to be a part of for the wedding. The location also gave us easy access to downtown, places to eat, places to shop and places to hang out. The property is very well maintained and equipped. Even though there are multiple vrbo type spaces in the complex it was quite private.
4.7
It was great for two people but we where three. The pull out couch was not so good.
4.7
Sweet condo on first floor. Convenient for walking to baseball stadium, Bicentennial Park, Musicians Hall of Fame, Farmers Market. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen appliances appear to be new. Everything was very clean. When we were there, it was very quiet.
4.7
The property overall was extremely clean. The only difference from the pictures and the property was the couch was different. However, I didn’t care, but for the sake of this review, just wanted to be accurate. It was extremely spacious. And me and my dog were able to stay and be quite comfortable. The bed was super comfy and the shower was nice for a bath or shower. Only needed the fridge but the kitchen was extremely equipped! Which would have been nice if I would have chosen to cook. Very happy with my stay.

Easy walking distance to downtown. Pool!

We enjoyed our stay here at this property. We would recommend it to other guests visiting Nashville. We will definitely stay at this property again.

It was a good size for the two nights we were there. It is walkable to downtown and there are two breweries close by. The area right by the rental seemed sketchy, but we didn't have any trouble.
The unit itself had a few things that need to be fixed. There was a hole in the flooring by the bathroom sink that was hard to avoid and the tp holder had broken off the wall. Overall, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a quiet area, which was nice.
The owner was responsive to my inquiries.

Great place!!
Clean, well stocked, and convenient

Condo was clean, smaller than we expected but had all that we needed. It was walking distance to downtown (1mile). Our only issue was that there was no outside area (deck) since the condo entrance was buried in the corner.
4.7
Broadway was an easy 20 minute walk away although we did use an uber for the return journey back to the apartment. The route back was quite dark without much street lighting. The apartment was ideal for our 4 night stay with a bedroom : living room : bathroom and kitchen. We also made use of the Gym and the laundry room. Really nothing to criticise
4.7
Very clean. Plenty of space. Outside is nicely lit while we walked our pups. Barbara was very fast to respond to my messages.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this complex but a different unit each time. The complex is centrally located and good place to base from. The apartment was clean and quiet. Well except for when the storm came in and was blowing the man hole cover out of its seating in the parking lot. Crazy thing but not a issue the owner could have ever addressed. Would not recommend this place for more than 2 people.
4.7
This property was very nice and well decorated. It provided great access to the music scene on Broadway and many restaurants as well as the major sports venues. The pool area was great and provided a beautiful view of the river. The hosts communicated well and followed up promptly.
4.7
Very comfortable for 2 people.
Great location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We were so thankful to find this pet friendly rental so close to downtown.
Positives:
+ comfy bed
+ very quiet - we thought it might be loud with the highway so close but we hardly heard anything other than the neighbors feet above us from time to time.
+ first floor condo made for easy access to take our dog out
+ pet friendly
+ easy 30 min walk to downtown, or scooter/ Uber ride. Though the scooters we more expensive for 2 people than the Uber most od the time. We felt very safe walking in daytime, at night we felt more comfortable with the scooter or Uber.
+ very nicely decorated
+ the pool looks wonderful, though we did not get a chance to test it out.
Negatives
- very minimally equipped kitchen. If you plan to cook any of your own meals I would suggest bringing things with you.
- laundry is located in a different building quite a distance from the condo
- when we were there everything felt very damp even with the AC on - it may have just been especially humid when we visited.
4.7
The property was very clean. The bed was super comfortable.
Overall, we didn't spend much time in the house, but to sleep.
I will say someone took our numbered parking spot on our last night, but that wasn't a major problem.
It was the perfect location for the events we went to over the weekend.
4.7
Place was clean with a comfortable bed. Location is close to downtown, and on the river with lovely views from the swimming pool area. Nice to have a pool to cool off. Some noise from upstairs tenants.
