WE ASK EVERYONE TO REVIEW AND FILL OUT AND SIGN A SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM AND EMAIL IT BACK TO ME ASAP. ALL VEHICLES HAVE TO BE REGISTERED AND ALL GUESTS HAVE TO BE ENTERED ON THE FORM. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT ACCESS WILL BE DENIED.

Due to Covid 19 ALL AMENITIES ARE LIMITED.
POOL: Capacity restriction. the communities are limiting the number of guests who can access the pool at one time.
Reservation for the pool is needed and There is a capacity restriction,
Reservations are limited to 1 per day per account, a maximum of 6 persons in each booking, and must be made 24 hours in advance. A maximum of 3 sessions can be booked by one account per week. If the reservation holder does not arrive within 15 mins of the scheduled time slot, their time is forfeited.
All reservations are Pending until an Approval confirmation is received from Administration. A waiver is required to access the pool.

There will be four daily time slots being 11:00, 1:00, 3:00, and 5:00 at each pool for 90 minutes each. Two separate designated pool areas will allow for 40 members per pool per time slot. After the 90 minutes, all members will be required to leave the pool complex so that staff may sanitize, as per the CDC guidelines. Reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance, 11:00 am time slot must be reserved by 11:00 am prior to the day being requested.

BEACH:
Social distancing is required
One person for every 36 sq. ft. not to exceed 90, first come first serve
Masks are to be worn by all as per the CDC guidelines when not in the water
Amenity Badges Required

TENNIS COURTS:
Open, self-monitored
No sharing of equipment
Frequent and proper hand washing and use of hand sanitizer before and after use
Masks are to be worn when not actively playing
Valid amenity badge required

PLAYGROUNDS:
Open
Masks are to be worn by all as per the CDC guidelines
Social distancing required
Frequent and proper hand washing

BASKETBALL:
Open
Frequent and proper hand washing
No more than 30 people at the full court at any time

Please keep in mind that the community can close down all amenities due to other reasons under unfavorable circumstances we do not have any control over it.

CLEANING PROTOCOL: We’re as concerned as you are about keeping our space clean. We follow all cleaning protocols by cleaning and removing germs, dirt from surfaces and sanitizing to reduce all numbers of bacteria. We use cleaners approved by health experts, like disinfectants with 70% alcohol or higher. We sanitize all surfaces down to the doorknob. We clean room by room , every sheets, blankets, pillows, etc, all washed and disinfected in high heat settings.

Tucked Away is a 4 Bedroom Cozy Vacation Home in an amenity filled gated community. Great getaway house for all seasons & occasions. 90 minutes from Manhattan. 20 minutes away from Mount Airy Casino and 5 Miles from Camelback and Shawnee Ski Resorts in Winter Big Bolder, Jack Frost, & The Crossings Outlets; a huge strip mall with over 100 stores. The house is located within easy driving distance of the Delaware River (Delaware Water Gap). Other activities nearby include Hiking, Biking, Horseback riding, Tennis, Golf, Bushkill Falls, Flea markets, Lakes, and Pools.
Relaxing romantic/cozy getaway in the Poconos with secluded backyard views directly into a small lake/pond with fire pit.
PLease note: We are located down to a pond/small lake and there are 20-25 steps down to the house. This property is not suitable for elderly or people with disability.

* Features 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Living/Family room equipped with a variety of board games. Basement room equipped with pool table, foosball and dart games. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all other appliances for your needs. Hard wood floors throughout the downstairs and carpet upstairs.


Accommodations:
4 bedrooms, 2 bath (Sleeps up to 7 adults) Any guest after 7 guests will be charge $50 a per night. Everyone has to register at the front gate.

-Air conditioner in the ( loft area only) fans in every bedroom.
-Dining room with 6 chairs. We have extra chairs in basement.
-Living room on first floor with sofa, fire place, flat screen TV, Netflix, Free Wi-Fi and lots of DVD to watch!
-Medium deck space in the back of the house with BBQ and medium enclosed outside porch on the side of the house by the dining area.

Guest Access:
Guests can use swimming pools, lakes, basketball and tennis courts and our beautiful sand beach/park in the community.

PLEASE NOTE: there are about 23 steps down to the front door, could be to much for older couples or small children or someone with disabilities. No wheelchair assess.

Amenities include with ID badges: (up to 7 ID badges one for every guests) There's a $50 charge for loss or damage ID.

Community Lake: Is a small lake with picnic tables and BBQ grills. You can also use the peddle boats for your use with your ID badges. (Peddle boats are available from Memorial Day until Labor Day only.) Please note if the boats are not available, it's out of our control.
-4 cars will be allowed to park in the driveway. Only 4 cars will be given access into the gated community and there is no outside parking. There is no street parking in the community. Any car left outside of the driveway the community police will issue tickets and you will be held responsible.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-A car is recommended if you want to see all the local attractions the Pocono Mountains has to offer!

- A small start-up set of garbage bags, toilet tissue, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap will be provided but are not replenished.

-The lake/pond behind our Cabin (Deep in some areas) It can be accessed through our backyard. Great for swimming or Kayaking in hot summer days. The lake is murky and muddy when walking into the lake but great for swimming once you get in it [BRING YOUR WATER SHOES AND FLOATIES] . Not recommended for small children. There’s another sand lake not far from our Cabin. Great for kids with playground, BBQ grills, etc.

-This Cabin is NOT accessible for people with disability

-The cabin only has one air conditioner in the loft area (fan in every room)

-Absolutely no smoking inside the house-please be considerate while smoking outdoors and properly dispose of any cigarette butts. no drugs, no fireworks, no underage alcohol.

-We do not provide firewood for the fireplace

-No graduations or prom groups. 24+ to rent no exceptions

-Please keep in mind that this is our Cabin in a residential community. Neighbors live and work here. Please keep noise levels down during your stay.

-No pets allowed

-Respect the privacy of others
