Relax and enjoy this immaculate, newly updated 2BR/2BA luxurious Gulf front condo! Located on the 5th floor right opposite the elevator (one of four elevators in the building), it is spacious (1520 sq.ft.) and comes fully furnished. It can comfortably sleep 8 people with a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. With 9-foot ceilings, tiled floors, & a warm decor, you will thoroughly enjoy the relaxing ambiance of this beautiful property. A key pad entrance lock is installed on the front door, allowing our guests the freedom of going to the beach without the need to carry a key. Each guest is provided with an unique access code to this lock which is valid during the duration of their stay.

You will find the updated kitchen absolutely gorgeous. It boasts of :

* 25 cu ft French door fridge with bottom freezer in black stainless steel

The freshly painted kitchen is fully equipped to handle any gourmet meals that you may choose to prepare. All cookware, dinner plates, bowls, silverware, glassware, grill utensils, pots and pans are provided so you may cook and dine in comfort. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. The large laundry next to the kitchen has a full size washer & dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner as well as additional storage racks.

Access the wide, spacious balcony from either the living room or the master bedroom through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The Gulf-front balcony is extremely private. After a long fun-filled day at the beach, relax on the luxuriously comfortable recliner in front of the 47' Smart TV with built in WiFi in the generously furnished living room. Watch cable TV or Netflix or bring your own personal Amazon Fire TV stick or Roku and instantly get access to your favorite apps on this TV.

In the master bedroom, enjoy the 32' flat screen TV (with a DVD player) from the luxury of your king bed (with a new box spring). The bedroom has generous closet space with floor-to-ceiling mirrored doors. A dresser and a chest of drawers provide ample storage. The master bath, newly updated with granite countertops and beautiful cabinets, offers plenty of counter space & includes a jetted tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom is spacious to easily accommodate the 2 queen beds (with new box springs) with additional room for the large closet with mirrored doors & a dresser. There is a 32' flat screen TV & DVD player for your entertainment. The guest bath, again newly updated with granite countertops and cabinets, also has a tub/shower combination.

When you are not on the beach, you may find you will be spending a lot of time on the large balcony, listening to the sound of the waves crashing to the shore or watching dolphins play. In the evenings, relax on the comfortable balcony furniture & watch the incredible views from your extremely private balcony. Four beach chairs and one beach umbrella are also provided for our guests (complimentary).

While the sheer beauty of the beach & the Gulf will keep you enthralled, at times when you want to get connected to the outside world, the condo is equipped with its own complimentary, lightning-fast Wifi network that is password protected. You can also connect to the wifi while on the beach. You will also enjoy a covered reserved car parking space (#8A).

With over 400 feet of Gulf-front and only 106 units spread over nine floors, the Navarre Beach Regency is the least congested condominium on Navarre Beach. As such, we enjoy great elevator service at all times, even during the busy summer months.

The large Gulf front pool is heated seasonally (from first week of March to end of October) and there is a fitness center for use by the guests. Located on the ground floor is bike storage and carts for loading and unloading. There you will also find temporary storage for your water toys, chairs, etc.

The trash shoot is located just a few steps from your front door.

For your enjoyment, charcoal grills are located at the east and west end of the building.
The local beach service will also rent out kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards. For those choosing to vacation here in the winter, there are many planned social activities & events so that you may get to know other guests.

Stand ankle deep in the breaking surf to fully experience the colors, textures, and sounds of this amazing beach. Typical of Navarre Beach are pristine white beaches, emerald green waters, rolling sand dunes, and breathtaking sunsets.The longest pier on the Gulf is within walking distance and offers fishing, music, and entertainment. Destin and Pensacola are about 30 minutes away. The beach road and bike trail to Pensacola are completely open allowing a scenic drive or bicycle trip through the Gulf National Seashore. Make it a point to see the Blue Angels practice session while you are there too! We have great restaurants within walking distance.
