Malísima relación calidad precio

Única y exclusivamente ubicación.

No cabe duda de que estar a unos metros de las pistas es un plus de productividad. Sin embargo llama la atención que el apartamento esté en tan malas condiciones, lo que unido a su alto precio resulta a todas luces injustificable. Va siendo hora de hacer una remodelación más que necesaria, poner camas buenas, arreglar los desperfectos, instalar calefacción y un largo etcétera. En definitiva dar un servicio acorde al precio que cobran.

EXCEPCIONAL

Llevo años subiendo a Sierra Nevada y de todos los apartamentos donde me he alojado, sin duda éste es el mejor con diferencia. Propietario muy amable y atento, es un duplex muy acogedor, limpio, cómodo y amplio (estuvimos 7 personas), tiene una terraza con vistas a la sierra y estación de esquí, una de las habitaciones tiene un ventanal con las mismas vistas. Ubicación inmejorable, justo en la plaza de Pradollano y con parking situado debajo del edificio.

Ubicación inmejorable y anfitrión de 10

Ubicación inmejorable, en la misma plaza de Andalucía, con el telecabina a 1 min y una salida peatonal en el mismo portal del parking público. Mención aparte Ignacio, un anfitrión casi mejor que la ubicación, atento en todo momento y dispuesto a hacernos la estancia lo más agradable posible.

Perfecta elección para unos días de esquí

La ubicación es perfecta, en la plaza de pradollano a 20 metros del remonte nuevo (Al-Andalus). El propietario muy amable y con plena disposición. Hemos ido para esquiar y hemos acertado. Muy buena temperatura, calentito.

El apartamento tiene de todo pero sin ningún lujo. El salón es mejorable (tele más grande y smart tv para poder entretener a los niños) y la cocina también (básicos de azúcar y sal no estaría mal y cuchillos afilados!!)

Horror ~ stay away

Nothing at all. This is probably the most disgusting apartment we have ever stayed in and would have left if there was anything available that late at night. Unfortunately we had to stay and sleep dressed in our day clothes to stay warm.

Pictures look 10x better than reality. Two tiny beds (1,7m) in a room where cold air is coming through windows the whole night. Bunk beds tiny room has no windows. Warm water is good enough for 2 people, 3rd one needs to pray. Horrible.

Rating on booking.com was not correct in our view

Location was good but apartment had and old mattress left on terrace taking away from what was a great view

Had to go to a nearby restaurant to pick up keys, no one to meet up. One bathroom was extremely bad smell.

Great Deal

Look the place has a weird layout and needs some sprucing up, it's true. For us though, the location was perfect, the price was a really great deal and the host gave us a very late check-out for our non-skiers out of the kindness of his heart. We kept the bathroom window open and the house didn't get stuffy.

We went with low expectations, knowing what our priorities were and it was fine!! Bring your own forks though as there might not be 7 and someone will be eating their spaghetti with a spoon :)

Great location, friendly and helpful host

The apartment is in a bad condition, broken lights, window, light switches (dangerous), and toilet not fixed down. Needs a lot of repairs. Also very dusty if you move the beds. Very expensive for this low quality apartment.

Unbeatable location. Clean and comfortable property with stunning views. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this property. The location is perfect, in the centre of the main plaza next to ski shops, ski lifts, restaurants etc… The property itself overlooks the mountains with stunning views. It is very clean and comfortable with all basic amenities including wifi. The host was very helpful and responsive. He sent videos/photos guiding us on where to park/how to check in and recommendations on where to eat/apres ski.

Convenient Stay in Sierra Nevada

We had a great stay at this property. The owner was super helpful with ensuring our stay was comfortable and met our needs. He gave us great local restaurant recommendations and was responsive with any of our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Great host and location, but flat would benefit from a refurbishment.

Great Host, great instructions, fantastic location, great views. Quirky property. Some furniture seems to be new.

The flooring damaged badly in many places. Dining room chairs and table on the brink of collapsing. Kitchen doors and surfaces damaged. Some mattresses seem to be of a low-quality, others are fine. Outside furniture damaged. Lots of damage around the flat...

Unfortunately, a disaster.

The location was a excellent

I did not like the cleanliness of the property and it should not have been advertised to stay as we were a last minute booking (12.00 ) but the apartment was not prepared in time - we clashed with people leaving and did not have access before 18.00 ( we arrived at 16.45 and had to wait in the snow unfortunately with an infant ). We arrived in and left as soon as an alternate option of accommodation was booked. We tried to inform the host but the phone call or text message was not responded to although we had explain on arrival we were not happy with the cleanliness.

Breathtaking views

The place has an amazing location and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The interior is a bit outdated and basic, but the view, location and fireplace make up for that. The best are really comfortable and the warm shower is perfect too. Make sure you bring warm clothing, buy some wood and enjoy this lovely apartment!

The interior could use an update.
