This condo (property) was as described in description as listed on VBRO. Condo was ideally located (ground level), little confusing at first with ("code) but all good. This met our needs; was clean & comfortable, with all amenities. Location was easily accessible.

Was not expecting a gated community, very neighborhood, very organized, very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend.

My fiancé and I rented this condo for our second annual “grand“ vacation with my four granddaughters ages 10 to 5. I knew that the waterslides and pool would be a huge hit with them and of course they were. I was glad that there were other activities there for us to enjoy free of charge such as movies three times a day, Bracelet making, sticker exchanges. There is also a small arcade, as well as playgrounds, ping-pong tables, billiards and a tennis court/pickle ball area that we actually never saw. You are able to rent equipment for all the above with cash only. The condo is clean and had most everything we needed. My granddaughters liked that the switch plates are low. I would be concerned if I had a toddler because it would be far too tempting to turn lights on an off that they could reach. Lol
I wish that I had realized they did not have shampoo and conditioner, but that was available at the small market place near the pool.
The pool area was not overcrowded, and I definitely appreciated that. We did not have any of the food or drinks at the bar/grill so I can’t comment on that. The owners have left some beach/pool toys and a couple of beach chairs for your convenience. There are also plenty of towels and beach towels.
Our trip was a real success, and we all had a wonderful time. We will definitely consider this property for a future vacations.

My family and I loved our stay at Windsor Hill. It’s conveniently located, so we didn’t have to drive far for anything. The host was respectful and easy to contact. The property also had activities for the kids. We can't wait to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. We booked 6 nights here for our 3 days at Disney Parks. Traveling with a 2 year old we knew that we wanted to have a down day between each park day and this was such a great option. We utilized the playground area and clubhouse/pool on our off days- much needed. Our condo suited our family of 4 well. It was clean and comfortable.
Complaints: Ice maker didn’t work and unit did not have a baking sheet-easy fix.
Definitely recommend!

My wife and I stayed here overnight and we liked it so well we immediately booked it again for 2 months next year. We didn't find anything not to like!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit and my relatives also had booked for a unit in the same building so it was nice to be able to socialize and not have far to go. The property is great. Only thing missing was a good can opener. Otherwise all was ok and very comfortable and location close to many stores, and sites to visit. The complex offered many activities for the family however the weather was not that great during our stay - very cold and raining often but we have no control over the weather.

We've stayed in this neighborhood multiple times. The location is great. The only complaints that I have with this unit is they need a broom so you can sweep the floor and the mattresses aren't very comfortable. Other than that everything was great.

The grounds was beautiful, once in the condo it was inviting, spacious and clean.. fear linen. I could not ask for more. This was booked site unseen. The pictures did not do it justice with the amount of space for a family of 4.. we will definitely book again.

Great 2 bedroom condo for our family of 5! Kids loved the Mickey and Minnie themed bedroom. Condo was clean and as described. Only a 15 minute drive to all Disney parks, and the pool/slides were just a short walk and a huge hit! Would stay here again if we ever come back to the Orlando area!

We love staying at Windsor Hills when we come to Disney. The location is perfect - you can be at the parks within ten minutes. We had no issues with check in or getting our parking pass. No issues with anything during the entire stay.
The condo was nice and clean and the perfect size for us. The boys were really glad to have their own beds. We didn’t cook or prepare any food but everything we would’ve needed was in the kitchen. Bathrooms were good sized and I really liked the spacious shower in the master. The huge pool and water slides were, of course, a huge hit with the kids.
We’d definitely stay again.

We stayed at this property for its proximity to the Disney parks. Just a quick 10 minute drive to any of the 4 major parks. When we arrived on a Friday afternoon, we were able to take advantage of the pool/splash pad area. The kids had a blast. The next 4 days we traveled to different Disney parks. It was easy to navigate to and from the parks. The condo had plenty of space to myself, husband, and 2 kids. The kids were excited about the Disney decor in their bedroom. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will look for this property in the future! Thank you! As an update, we were emailed check in details and did not have to go to a management property like some other reviews mentioned

The Stay was great. Had lots of amenities in the community. We had a rocky in-processing but it was worked out between the owner and the property management company. And the owner gave us a refund for the misunderstanding. All in all, it was a great property and served our needs greatly we will definitely look to stay again in the future.
6.0 / 10.0
This is a nice property. The kitchen, bedrooms, baths and living quarters were all adequate for our needs. We also enjoyed the club house and pool on the property that included a game room for the kids. The location and proximity to Disney World was also a big plus.
However, we experienced two big negatives. Those two negatives were (1) the check in process and (2) the lack of basic soap products on the property. The check in process had us drive to the property management office to pick up “instructions” which were basically the door code. Not sure why these could not have just been emailed to us instead. We arrived late after midnight so being exhausted from a 12 hour drive, the last thing we wanted to do was go to an office out of the way to track down paper printed instructions we could have received by email.
The second major issue, lack of soap products, was also aggravating. In the fine print of the listing it states these are not included unless we select an add-on charge. So we could not use the bathroom and wash our hands because there was no hand soap. There was no dish soap, dishwasher detergent, or laundry detergent either. We did bring a few of those with us to supplement what we assumed would be there but since nothing was provided had to make an extra stop at Walmart to buy stuff. The biggest frustration of those items was the lack of hand soap. I understand these cost money but that should not be an “add-on” charge. Just increase the regular rent by $20 and stock the place with a few things like a couple bars of hand soap and a few dishwasher tablets. If a renter doesn’t use them then it’s extra profit and if they do well you priced it into the listing. This is what MOST renters EXPECT. Not having these basic things is like going to McDonalds and ordering a hamburger and they tell you to provide the bun or going to Walmart and them telling you to bring your own plastic bags to bag up your groceries. Kind of ridiculous. But regardless, if you still won’t include these basic items automatically you should print that in big bold letters in the listing—not in the fine print.
We overall enjoyed our stay. But I highly recommend the owner of this property reconsider these practices as the check in process was unnecessary and the desire to save a few bucks on soap makes me not want to rent here again unfortunately because it was a really nice property otherwise.

If you're looking for a home away from home while in the Kissimmee area, this is the place. It was clean, spacious, and the "extras" (i.e. toys for lil ones, crib, etc.) was superb as well as the resort accommodations. The location to Disney was an added bonus (only a 10 minute drive). I definitely would stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this place to others. 5 STARS!!!!!

Me and my family were very pleased with this property. It was super clean and spacious, more spacious than it looks in the pictures. The resort itself was so cool, the pool and everything was fun and clean. We all had a great time! Will be booking again soon!

Would recommend to families and will definitely rebook if we are ever back in Florida.

I really want to be able to give this property a better rating, because the owner was really nice and was located out of town, but I can't. We have spent many years coming to Windsor Hills for our vacation, and sadly due to this property it may be our last. The first hiccup was trying to locate the property management company to get out check in materials. There is construction going on in the parking lot, and it's almost impossible to find. We had to call to locate it after driving around for several minutes. This could have been communicated prior to check-in to cut down on confusion. Upon check-in things were fine outside of a spider that was killed on my bed. It was tiny and houses can have spiders, so no biggie. The next morning is when things got bad. I woke up due to itching all night and discovered hundreds of bugs in the living and kitchen area. I was itching because there was dog hair on the mattress cover, and I'm allergic. There was also a huge worm of some sort in the living room with the bugs. The house was infested with bugs. I immediately reached out to property management and they sent pest control while we were out at Legoland. The owner did call and was very apologetic. He sent pest control and cleaners, but upon our arrival back home there were dead bugs all over the floor. Also, the same worm that was killed earlier by me was merely swept into a corner so I wondered just how much cleaning had taken place. We stayed from July 27th-31st, and the morning that we checked out we found bugs in the bathroom on the other side of the house. The cleanliness of the property was lacking. There were mounds of dust in many places. The towel racks are even covered in dust. I have pictures of everything. It hard to settle into a place and relax living under those conditions. My husband convinced me to just enjoy our time as we had our two small children there and they really like the amenities. We also drove 12 hours and was just ready to settle down. We were given the option to find another place, but was unable in the 2hours that we were given. We just returned home after a month of traveling, and had superb service at the Marriot and other rentals. We were comped one night of our stay, but that's not nearly enough for the headache that we endured on what should have been a relaxing vacation. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the location & amenities are awesome, which is why we return year after year. We may not return after this.

Condo was very clean and exactly as pictured! Had everything we needed and the kids loved the Mickey and Minnie themed bedroom. Pool and splash pad/slides were very nice to relax at in between theme park visits. Short drive to all Disney parks was a huge plus. Will definitely stay here again!
