Branson condo beautifully decorated in Meadow Brook and located less than 3 miles from the Branson strip. Accommodations include 3 bedrooms and 3 bath penthouse (sleeps 6-maximum of 8 per fire code), approx. 1500 sq. ft. 2-King beds on main level. There are 17 steps up to the condo, there is No elevator. The master retreat offers dual sinks, skylight and oversized walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has King bed with a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom, loft area w/2-Twin beds and bath overlook the living room area from the Juliet balcony. Bathroom upstairs is a tub/shower style. The sun room is suitable for year-around living and overlooks the pond, fountain and brook plus some views of the Point Royale golf course. This property was perfect. Owner was easy to communicate with, check in and out were easy and it was a perfect location. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! The pool is extremely close and was not busy! We loved our stay…Thank You!

The condo was perfect for our annual Christmas weekend with family. It was clean, quiet, and had everything anyone could possibly need. The location is a little bit off the strip and away from the hustle and bustle of 76. We would definitely recommend this property!

My husband’s family gathered in Branson to enjoy the shows/sights and spend time together. The condo was the perfect size for 5 of us and was roomy enough to have others over for meals and game playing. The condo is equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend.

We are from the area near the condo . We live in Kansas City now . My granddaughter was getting married in Arkansas so we chose to rent a condo for convenience . We finished making food for the reception and flower arrangements. We finalized the cake there also .

We were more than please with our stay. The Condo was even better than we thought. Everyone was so pleased with the space we had to spend time together and the person space was even better. The Condo was clean and well stocked with everything that we may have needed. We are looking forward to staying here on our next Family get away.

Condo was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Resort had several pools, one across the street from the condo. Brenda responds almost immediately to emails or text. It is a great place.

Very clean and organized! They had everything we needed for our stay. Even a pack and play for the baby. I contacted the owner the day we were checking in to see if we could arrive 2 hours early and she responded quickly with the go ahead early which we were very thankful for since it was getting close to the littles nap. If we visit again we would stay here again.

Four of us went to Branson for a ladies getaway and the place was perfect for what we needed! We loved having three bathrooms and enjoyed hanging out in the living room playing games or just sitting around talking. We’d definitely stay there again next time we go to Branson!

The property was very nice. The condo was perfect for our needs, it was roomy, well stocked and very clean. Part of our group arrived a little early and Dale and Brenda were gracious enough to allow them to enter earlier than the posted check in time.

This condo was as it appeared to be. We had enough room for everyone to sleep & just relax. They provided enough towels & cookware. It was just cozy & beautiful; especially the porch looking at the Koi pond.

This condo is top of the line! It is spacious, fully stocked, and very comfortable. The location is away from the tourist crowds, but it is convenient to all Branson activities. Highly recommend! One of the best condos we have rented!

The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed plus more. The actual condo is much nicer than the listed photos. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint would be the request of not checking out until the towels were washed and loaded into the dryer. We had to wait nearly an hour before being able to leave.

This property owner has some nerve to ne able to charge someone a cleaning fee, but leave you all the chores to clean the property. I don't think so 🤣 refund my cleaning fee if you want me to do all the cleaning. I won't be renting from this person again as they expect you to take care of their condo as they live in Pennsylvania. Avoid these entitled owners who charge you to clean the property. Better off in a motel than here.
