My partner and I spent two nights at the house with our 5 year old boy. Plenty of space for him to play with toys, good sized kitchen to do a bit of cooking and a nice modern en-suite off the main bedroom. Would recommend.

The Bell House was even better than we expected. Everything was very clean and tidy. We loved the central air-conditioning which is absolutely mandatory in Tamworth. We wouldn't have survived without it. WiFi too worked brilliantly which was excellent. The house is just a 6-minute drive to the city centre which was extremely convenient. It was so easy for us to shop at Coles and cook our breakfast at dinner at Bell House. Loved our stay there. Des was excellent and very responsive.

We had 5 ladies attending a Convention in Tamworth & We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Bell House. We stayed in the rear unit and found it to be very quiet. The house was very clean & modern and the beds super comfy. Everything was great except we did not have any shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, or a hairdryer to use, luckily one of the ladies had brought one with her. Other than this everything was great, we were happy with the heating & hot water for showers, but we ran out of gas and we thought “that’s just great...we all were waiting on showers”. Thank goodness we brought along my husband with us, as he was able to locate & change the gas cylinders out the back.....problem solved. Communication with the owner was very good. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

The house is on a back block off the street so therefore quiet. Because of this, there is no backyard as such, but a small paved outdoor area which is quite sufficient. Turn around area in driveway was tight for us as we have an 8 seater van which is longer than the usual car. The house design and sleeping arrangements was great for our requirements of 2A & 3 grandkids. Only comment was that there were no real child friendly glasses in the kitchen. Only one set of tall glasses and wine glasses. Everything else was what we needed as we were visiting relatives for a couple of days and were out for evening meals and exploring during the day. Good location.

I have stayed in this unit with my friends for 3 years in a row. A very comfortable unit clean tidy and suited our needs. Great place to sit back and relax. Would recommend to anyone going to Tamworth to stay here if possible. Location is also fantastic. Close to everything and quiet area.
