The extra £240 on top of everything else to even get in the restaurant beach ect you couldn't even go in to look what you were paying for before you brought your passes Was alot of money

Comfortable and good value

Excellent accommodation, great hot tub. Nice views. Brilliant seeing the jets take off from the adjacent base, this was a real bonus. Host was very responsive to questions via booking.com chat and delivered great customer service.

No negatives here. We had everything we needed.

I didn’t want to leave, best place ever!!!!

the property is right next to the lake and a short walk to the sites main events. it is decorated lovely and had everything we needed. the owners kept in touch with us in the run up and during our stay, they even decorated for my husbands birthday, they are lovely! it was the perfect getaway for us and I very highly recommend!!!!!

Lovely and clean. Hot tub wonderful and warm Had everything we needed for our stay including good WiFi and Netflix Shop only round the corner.

Nothing Frustrating having to buy a pass to go to bars etc. But not owners fault and if we had stayed longer would have got one as there is loads to do that all looked fun.

Incredible place to stay

The property is clean and spacious, with a bathroom and separate toilet it is great for parties of 6. The hot tub is very spacious and can easily fit 6 adults. The decking has a lovely set of rattan furniture which we sat at and watched water sports on the lake. The caravan is not directly on the lake but only one row back so there is a perfect view. Bath mats were provided which is a great addition, as you don’t usually get this in most caravans. It is very well equip. I will be rebooking shortly.

Peter was informative and helpful throughout the planning process, caravan had everything we needed, and he even went that extra mile and decorated the caravan with banners and balloons for my mum's birthday, just lovely! We were very comfortable throughout our stay

Booking, communication with owner, check in and out all excellent.

Excellant service from the owner. Accomodation had homely touches which made it much nicer than the bland ones you usually get. Owner purchased entertainment passes for me so I could just drive straight to the accomodation, there was no check in just got key from secure box at the caravan and could start the holiday right away. Would definitely highly reccomend.

Lovely stay. Would have liked more entertainment/food options while still following Covid rules.

Children loved the site and in particular some of the water sports. Liked that we could sit relaxed in the entertainment area while still being able to see all the children in their particular areas making it safe for everyone.

Jets continually flying over starting from 10am through to lunch then after lunch until around 5pm. By regular I mean roughly every ten minutes. You couldn’t speak to anyone until jet had past. Appreciate the location of the park but not the regularity of the thundering noise. Not sure if this is usual or not. Unable to eat at venue due to unavailability or length of time to wait before being able to eat. Drinks order took on average 40-45 minutes. App not working properly so no choice but to order drinks manually. Football/basketball area could do with higher enclosed fencing as footballs were continually being kicked out into the rest of the area sometimes hitting people who were in the area. Appreciate our current times but perhaps a little more thought could have been taken regarding food/drinks and entertainment

Can't wait to come back!

The place is absolutely gorgeous! So homely, smells lovely and clean and all extra comforts there. There was nothing it didn't have! Netflix cleaning products etc etc! Gorgeous hot tub very private too! Epic place. Defo hope to return! Nothing was too much for the owner either!

Sometimes the jets going above was really noisy but other than that it was lovely! And in fairness most kids would love this including ours!
