After booking this property, we had friends that were thinking about joining us but manager said there was a significant 'extra person' charge per person per night for a house that says it sleeps at least 10 people. we had 4 adults and 2 kids. i looked at the fee for same number of nights including 10 people and the fee was the same as what we had paid for our reservation with 6 people. seemed like the host was trying to add fees that were unfair. got to the house and there were no types of instruction manuals for anything, which included the pool, slide, spa tub, dead battery on nest air conditioner so that didnt work, non-working tv's broken remotes, broken gaming headphones, broken dvd player, broken FIRE place, broken dishwasher, and propane tanks on the grill that were out and needed to be changed. the pool and hot tub were freezing and there was no instruction on how to activate them which was frustrating, complicated, and ended up being done remotely by the manager the first time. someone came within a few hours of check in to help explain things -the pool and slide- he was nice but was difficult to understand and could only really get 1 tv out of all 5 to work. my parents really wanted to watch tv in their room and it was very frustrating that we could not get it going even after the tech guy came. no SAUNA so not sure why its in the pictures. house needs repairs and pictures need updating. The manager did respond and was helpful, but overall not too happy.

The house is great! It’s so close to Disneyland that we walked back and forth. The owners were so helpful! I asked a question about the slide and someone came right over to show us how to work it. We all had a wonderful time!

We’re a big family and we’re very comfortable in this beautiful, well-kept property. Rooms were spacious and clean. 3 full baths were awesome. Great sitting area with open floor plan & kitchen. Plenty of entertaining space. Between the pool table, foos-ball, media room and the amazing swimming pool & spa outside, the kids were disappointed to leave the house for Disneyland, which was a quick 5 minute drive away. It was too hot to walk in July, but definitely walkable (25 minutes). Excellent staging point for all things L.A. We will definitely be back next time we’re all together!

I want to compliment the owners and managers of this property. We have never stayed in a place where any mechanical issue was handled so quickly. We had a pool issue one day and they were out within an hour, maybe less, to fix it. It didn’t stop us from having full use of the pool the entire time. With water loving kids, we really appreciated their attention to detail.
The house itself is beautiful. The bedrooms are spread out in different areas so there was plenty of privacy and space. We had 12 people and it was big enough to accommodate everyone. The dining room table was huge. The kids enjoyed the theater, the pool table and foosball. The pool is the star of the property. Our grandkids loved the slide over the hot tub. It was warm enough to use even though our days there in June were unusually cool and overcast.
We went to Disneyland one day and California Adventure another. On the Disneyland day, we walked about 15 minutes to the monorail in Downtown Disney and rode that into the park. Since that doesn’t work for California Adventure, on that day we walked less than 10 minutes to the Pixar Pals parking structure and took the tram. It’s was so easy, dropping us off near the main gate. Also, you do get a decent fireworks show from the back of the house.
We would definitely rent this home again on another Disney trip. Next time we would even plan more time to just enjoy the house.

Easy walk to Pixar pals parking structure to tram to parks. House was good, cooked meals there and there were enough pots for cooking.

15 minute walk to Disneyland! Great spacious home for large families. Only drawback was that we had to purchase our own paper products (paper plates, towels and additional toilet paper) which we thought should have been included with the rental.

The location was perfect for our stay. It was a brisk 20 minute walk to the front of Disneyland/California Adventure. For those who don't want to walk it (especially after a long day of walking around the park, and/or if the temperature is as high as it was when we were there!), it is also a very quick $7 Uber ride. You can in fact see the fireworks from the back of the house (though a tiny bit obstructed by the house behind them). We had no issues checking in and instructions for checking out were very clear. The place is definitely big enough for everyone to have some personal space, and still hang out in the kitchen/living room. Overall a lovely stay!

Family vacation 2022
My 3 sons, their wives and children ages from 21 years to 11 months had a wonderful time at the house. We went by to Disneyland Universal Studios, Lego Land and shopping. road We all enjoyed the Pool & hot tub. location was great, we could come back from Disneyland and take a nap then return for the evening. It was about a week 20 minute walk, the energetic group chose to walk, while the ones with younger kids drove to the park.
Katie responded quickly to our phone or text messages. We definitely will stay there s as grin!

Property owners are very responsive, 25 min walk to the gates at Disney which we did with our young kids. Pool/hot tub was fun. Good place to stay.

Perfect for a family vacation
We stayed here for a family vacation and loved it! The location was perfect for our Disneyland days and the backyard exceeded our expectations. There is now a water slide above the hot tub which was such a great surprise! The communication with the hosts was great as well. We would definitely recommend this place to any family!

Works great for multiple families, pool + waterslide were amazing!
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We found it fully stocked and the amenities were great! Frankly, I don't think the photos do it justice. The layout was perfect for our family and would be great for multiple families traveling together. The pool was incredible and they had just finished a fun waterslide before our arrival. The communication with Katie was very prompt!
All that said, there were a few hiccups we experienced that I believe can be avoided in the future:
-The walkability didn't work for our family, but we ranged in ages from 4 months to 68 years old. That being said, it may work for others!
-The pool heating seems a bit on the expensive side compared to other rentals we have stayed in. You have to communicate 30 minutes before you want to use the hot tub so that they can turn it on. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice if this was communicated beforehand.

Our family enjoyed the New Year stay. The house was very spacious and organized. The host was very thoughtful to label the cabinets where things were kept. The fireworks in the backyard was also a plus. Will definitely stay here again.

Great rental!
This rental was great! We wanted a place for our extended family to stay within walking distance to Disneyland and this was perfect. It was spacious, there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The beds were all comfortable, the kids LOVED the bunk beds (especially the castle one), and it was great that there was an actual crib to use! I would definitely stay here again for our next family trip.

Wonderful Staycation Home!
This home was perfect for our extended family over the Labor Day Holiday. Katie responded promptly to any questions and concerns during our stay and was very helpful explaining how to work the pool and spa. The pool, spa and BBQ grill all got good use as we enjoyed our relaxing vacation in the hot weather. A short walk to Downtown Disney in the evenings helped us to avoid the $10 parking fee. The pictures are slightly outdated, there are technically 6 bedrooms in this home. Pic #50 would be bdrm 6 with a twin trundle and a pink twin castle themed bunk over a queen (sleeps 5 in that room). The bedroom with the blue/grey bedspread across from the washer/dryer also has a full size crib. There was no bedroom configuration that matched pic #26. The theatre room has a futon and 2 separate recliners, no table, rug or floor pillows, but does have a large foam beanbag chair and a couple of matching beanbag ottomans. Of the 4 bathrooms, one has a bidet, and one other has a bidet handheld sprayer (a welcome, and necessary amenity for Grandma). No board games, but I’m sure Katie would’ve accommodated if we asked, the kids were fine with video game consoles that they brought from home.
Overall, we had a great time. No fireworks on Thursday (checkin night), but we enjoyed fireworks from the backyard on Friday and Saturday. Katie is very receptive to feedback and we look forward to staying her again in the future.

Great place for a Disney vacation
We made this booking last minute (day of) because our other VRBO home had a bug problem. They were very accommodating and the house was amazing (better than our first house).
It's very close to Disney, you could even walk if you wanted to. You can see the nighryl fireworks from from backyard and the pool is one of the best I've ever stayed with.
This home is at the top of the list when we return to this area.

Great place for visiting Disneyland
We had an excellent stay here for our visit to Disneyland. The location is great - a quiet safe neighborhood only a 25 minute walk to the entrances of the Disneyland parks. The pool and spa were wonderful for having some fun while away from the parks. Very happy overall.

Spacious and updated house with pool at a great location - ideal for families and large groups
Well maintained and updated property with modern amenities, pool, spa hot tub, sauna and great location, right next to Disneyland. Best for large family gatherings. Good neighborhood, easy parking for 4 cars [2 in garage + 2 on driveway]. Pool and hot tub is spacious and is well stocked with pool toys, floats etc. With 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms + kid's bunkbed room it good for multiple couples/families. Lots of in house entertainment options with movie room, foosball, multiple TVs (approx 6) and fireplace.

We absolutely loved the layout of this home, it’s large and roomy! The pool was so nice, and stunning when the sun goes down. Loved the jacuzzi and sauna. The owner and the manager were very attentive, and were very quick to respond to our needs. We were not able to enjoy Disneyland because of the pandemic, but this vacation was more geared to the adults this time. Both the children in our party have been to the park more than once, so they made the pool their “fun park”! Thank you Katie and Tim Great Fun!

Quarantine Vacation
We absolutely loved the layout of this home, it’s large and roomy! The pool was so nice, and stunning when the sun goes down. Loved the jacuzzi and sauna.
The owner and the manager were very attentive, and were very quick to respond to our needs. We were not able to enjoy Disneyland because of the pandemic, but this vacation was more geared to the adults this time. Both the children in our party have been to the park more than once, so they made the pool their “fun park”! 🤓� Thank you Katie and Tim🤩�🤩� Great Fun!

Anaheim Disney House
House is very nice and pool/Jacuzzi are excellent. Overall we had a great time, even with Disney closed. Everything was great except for a few minor issues. 1) A little dirty in kitchen and cookware/utensils are quite old 2) Direct TV did not work, but we did not report this to the owner 3) Should supply directions for the TV system and how to work the pool controls.

Family Vacation
We have never rented a house before ,so really didn’t know what to expect. The house was just as it was described. Very roomy for 9 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was well stocked. Katie and Tim answered every question very quickly. The pool and hot tub were a really big hit with the kids, and also the adults, after a long day at Disneyland. The view from the back yard and front yard of the fire works were great. The location could not be better, under a 5 minute walk to take the shuttle bus to Disneyland. We all had a great vacation. I would definitely rent this house again.

Southwest Anaheim
The house was nice and large and accommodated everyone easily. We felt that paying for the pool to be heated should mean it was heated but was very cold when we arrived and unless we were home to keep it turned on it was not at all warm. I did complain because it would take a long time to heat and therefore the kids were always swimming in cold water. The hot tub never was hot until you turned it on but at least it heated up quickly. The house could use a deep clean as it was not clean in spots that didn’t show up. As in tons of grossness under the bed, on the fans etc.

Walk to Disney
We loved the location and the property. Spa was very nice. Large eating area great for our 3 families. Our 4 grandchildren really enjoyed the space. Manager responded very quickly to our questions and was very helpful. 2 strollers could be replaced - tires leaked air and one did not have brake and was difficult to steer. This was minor compared to all the pluses. We would definitely rent here again!

We could not be happier with the property or with Katie and Tim.
The property was fantastic! Katie and Tim were also fantastic. They responded to our texts within minutes no matter how little our request.
Also as it turned out the dishwasher was broken and Katie had a repairman there almost immediately and he fixed it quickly with no fuss at all.
Truly we would recommend this property in a heartbeat. We would happily return as well. Thank you so much Katie and Tim. The only thing that makes me sad is we didn’t see you to thank you in person.

Great for multiple families
There are 3 rooms with a queen bed in each which makes it nice if more than one family coming together for vacation. Large table to have meals together. Laundry area is in a convenient location to throw in a load of towels or clothes without having to stop other things you may be doing.

Perfect family home for our trip to Disneyland
This home was perfect for out family size plus some. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the kiddos enjoyed the theater room also. It was very easy to just text to get the hot tub turned on and heated up in 10 minutes for relaxation. They were very fast to respond to any problems or questions we had. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone for a nice California experience. Grocery stores and everything was very close. We found it easiest to uber to disney right to the gate for around 8 dollars per family.

First Trip to California
My family enjoyed staying at the villa. What was pictured was in fact a true viewing. Wish we gained access to the property a lot sooner than waiting four hours to get in the house. The heat was a bit much, we end up calling Vrbo in order to gain access. We would in fact stay there again as long as we have faster access. Thank you Vrbo for your help and to Katie for allowing us to stay in ur home.

Great rental
Great location, plenty of space and you have everything you need while staying there. We used the strollers, life jackets, pool toys, and thoroughly enjoyed the blackjack table and outdoor kid play area. We cooked out on the barbecue one night and had everything we needed for a great time. It is an excellent rental for the So Cal experience.

Great Place for Disney Visit
We were very happy with our stay at this home. We had 3 families including 3 toddlers. We had plenty of room (actually had 6 bedrooms not the 5 in the ad!) Enjoyed the pool and spa was great after walking at Disney all day. Very easy to communicate with manager
