Nice and relaxing week. Enjoyed early mornings on the deck drinking coffee and watching the wildlife. Easy access to the lake for kayaking and swimming. A great place to get away and unwind!

Had a great time & so sad to leave! We had everything we needed at the home from a fully stocked kitchen for meals to the kayaks/floats right out back for Great Lake days! The fire pit and chairs were a lovely night time relaxation with complimentary s’mores. If using the pit just bring firewood, we found a lovely place in Roger’s called Souls Harbor NWA that sells bundles for $10 and they are the best deal for the price (we’ve never gotten such large bundles at that price!) & help out the less fortunate in the community, bring cash.
Had a great time, and access to a lot around! War eagle is a must & crystal bridges museum is beautiful. Thanks for letting us stay!

We went to North West Arkansas to escape the Texas heat and Arkansas was having a heatwav!. Halfway through our trip the temperatures decreased and it was wonderful. Weather was perfect..We enjoyed the museums nearby, Quigley Castle, Thorncrown Chapel, etc. and all the outdoor activities at the place. The only issue we had and only because my husband and I have back and hip problems was the bed was too soft. Our bed at home is a sleep number bed and we can adjust it. For most people it probably wouldn't be a problem.

Beautiful scenery! The lake was lovely, canoeing was great! A place to stay with no need of you so wish. All the amenities of home. We will definitely be back!

Great place right off the water. Free access to the kayaks/canoes was a great feature. Beautiful area. House was nice. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place with fantastic lake views and well stocked kitchen with many complementary items like: Samores for the fireplace w fire sticks, flour, sugar, seasonings, tools for cooking and many kitchen appliances. The outdoor grill and smoker was an added bonus where we cooked meals. The laundry room had detergent and fabric sheets and the master bathroom had complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Nice and comfortable stay… It was awesome. We will come back again and stay with family. The lake side kayaks were fun and entertaining. The stars at night were amazing. Our trip was fantastic. I wish we lived closer than Maryland so we could visit more often to this lakeside unit. Thanks for letting us use your lake house.

This is a quaint little home . We enjoyed movie time in the basement at night and loved the kayaks. Honestly the kayaks hit a home run with our kids.

Beautiful location could easily house a small group or family. Bed was comfortable rooms were adequate. Shared shower which could be a problem for large families. Kitchen was big enough to easily prepare your meals. Lake view was awesome wish the weather would have cooperated with fishing cause you can do that in your backyard.
4.8
This place had plenty of room and accommodations for our family of 5, and it can easily hold several more people. The house was well maintained and extremely clean. We especially appreciated the kitchen. It was stocked with every kind of pot, pan, cooking utensil, etc. that you would ever need to cook any kind of meal, and the grill is very nice as well. The only reason our stay didn't receive 5 stars is due to the fact that there is not a hot tub on sight despite the listing stating there is one.

Such an awesome house! Loved that the house was on the water where we could kayak and see a pretty view! Super clean on the inside and I loved that they left us some treats. Very spacious. We had the best time here!!

Perfect location and quick access to area hikes. View was beautiful!!!

My husband and I brought our 9 year old son. We had so much fun kayaking and exploring. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and was so peaceful. It came equipped with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, I slept better than I have in a long time. Plenty of room to spread out, we can’t wait to come back and bring our 2 oldest kids!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! It was so relaxing and had everything we needed. We loved having access to the canoe and kayaks. The firepit was fun for smores and my kids found the bored games on a rainy day. We loved being so close to hobbs state park to go hiking all day! The beds and pillows were insanely comfortable! We would stay again!

We loved our stay at this cute little lake house. Instructions from Casey were easy to follow, and we had no trouble finding the house or getting inside. The home was well stocked and comfortable. I loved the nice linens and comfy bed. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, and two decks, as well as the cozy movie room downstairs.
The location was perfect for us. It's just minutes from Hobbs State Park, which is where we spent the majority of our time hiking, kayaking, and fishing. We brought our own kayaks, but the house has several kayaks and a canoe for guests to enjoy. The lake was really low when we visited at the end of September, so we didn’t spend as much time on the actual property as we otherwise might have. Highly recommend checking out Van Winkle Hollow in Hobbs State Park if you visit. It was perfect for kayaking and fishing, and we spent many hours there exploring.
All in all, it was a wonderful getaway for me and my husband and would be perfect to bring our 3 kids with us in the future.

A getaway with my best friend and my daughter. We took advantage of the amazing weather and hiked all day Saturday.

Clean, fully stocked, loved having the kayaks available for added fun.

We booked this property for a late summer getaway, looking to stay close to Rocky branch and also to have direct lake access. The cabin was well equipped and exactly as expected. We appreciated the quick communication and simple check in/out process, and the cool a/c for the hot week. It was exactly what we were looking for to stay with our family of 5, with kids ranging from infant to almost-teens. Would book again!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay! The home was beautifully decorated, clean, located on a peaceful cove within steps of the water! We had use of the canoe and kayaks on site and the communication with Casey was simply incredible!
The view was fantastic. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to all friends and family! Casey was a wonderful and friendly host!! Thank you for such a great getaway spot!

This Chalet exceeded our expectations. The furnishing were comfortable. The location quiet and relaxing. We loved access to the canoes and kayaks. Hiking was only minutes away. The property manager was easily accessible and friendly.

We spent a week here with our boat tied up on shore in the back yard. the 100' walk from the back porch down to the water was not bad at all. We enjoyed unbelievable peace and quiet and the fishing was great. This is not the Hilton resorts, but if you are looking for a very comfortable and well maintained property on the lake, this is a terrific spot! can't wait to go back. you may want to bring a cutting board if you like to cook.

Home was lovely and comfortable. Owners go above and beyond on what is provided to use. Truly felt like being at home. Very peaceful and relaxing weekend. The lake in the cove is absolutely beautiful. Had the pleasure of seeing a family of about 6 deer playing and running through the yards Saturday morning and then got a visit from a duck in the afternoon. Loved it all! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great place to escape and enjoy some quiet and views. House was clean and enjoyed our stay!

We had the best time at this home for our Christmas family vacation. It literally has everything you could need plus a gorgeous view. Casey is an amazing host and was quick to respond to any questions. We can’t wait to return this summer! Highly recommend this home and host!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this awesome lake house that had terrific scenery and easy access through the scenic highway 12 outside Rogers.

Only complaint was the mattress in upstairs bedroom the full size mattress needs to be changed it was very uncomfortable, and then the bbq grill needed to be cleaned from previous tenants I had to clean the grill before we could use it had a lot of grease build up in bottom of grill and was not safe to use. And then the water level at lake was a little disappointing but I understand it’s just dry everywhere and it’s nature’s fault there but all in all great vacation home would stay again in future

We traveled to the area for an extended stay before a football game. This house was perfect for us. Another family joined us over the weekend and they loved it as well. Both families agreed the home was perfect and both plan to return. Hiking trails nearby and the kayaks are a great plus (even though we could not use them due to the weather)!
We would definitely recommend this rental. The beds (and, yes, the pillows) were amazing! Casey’s home was clean, cozy and welcoming, and she was a wonderful hostess, providing prompt responses to any questions we had.

Weekday GF from high school days get together once a year. We definitely may be coming back here to the Lake House! Very nicely furnished! Excellent neighborhood on the lake and the house was spotless!

Great price for the location right on the lake and the house is very spacious

We travel to Northwest Arkansas and Branson yearly Bc it was once our home. This home is nestled in the Ozarks with Beaver lake as its backyard. We woke up to baby dear splashing in the water, drank our coffee on the back deck under the fall leaves, and then kayaked after lunch. The beds and sheets were amazing- best sleep I have gotten in a long while. It was so so clean and cozy. Casey was so attentive and quick to reply. She even left the fixings for s’mores for their new fire pit! We will definitely be back. Worth every penny!

Casey is an absolute dream and wonderful to communicate with. The pillows! Omgosh the PILLOWS! I had to find out what they were so I could order them for my house. The home is spacious and the back porch view of the lake is simply divine! We spent all of our time when not on our motorcycles on the back porch. I am so glad we chose this place to be on our first trip to AR. If Casey will have us as guests again, we will definitely come back to this house. Beautiful!
4.8
I chose this property because it showed a nice clear area (with no brush) right along the lakeside for fishing. Upon arrival, this lakeside area was indeed clear as pictured. And the fishing was great - we caught lots of sunfish! The house is way out in the woods, so quiet and peaceful! We saw four does and four fawns that came right up to the water while we were fishing and stayed for quite some time! The fawns played together in the water - it was so precious to see. The house was so nicely decorated with beautiful new flooring throughout. The sofas, master bed and pillows/linens were incredibly comfortable and cozy! And I will say that the house was very clean upon arrival. The only thing that I would have improved on was the shower. It really needs some fresh caulk and some new fixtures. But we had a great time! The hostess was very cordial and very responsive to all of our queries!

5 adults (siblings) and their mom had a wonderful time. We didn’t get to spend as much time at the house as we would like because there are so many adventures nearby. The neighborhood is quiet, the decks are spacious, check in was super easy, home was clean. We had plenty of space to sit and chat. We would definitely stay again.

We were gone most of the time except late at night but it was very cozy. Would love to stay again
