We enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it agaim

We were disappointed that the screen for the downstairs porch area has a huge rip in it so we were unable to use this area due to bugs. Overall the house was good but we found areas that were not clean. Love this location.

From the rain on the metal roof to the nights we had by the fire, the whole stay was so peaceful and relaxing. The cabin is quaint with a lot of personality, and the cabins in the resort are spread out so as not to be crowding. We had everything we needed. We grilled some steaks, read books , and took nice hikes in the area. The stay was exactly what we wanted. Calvin is very accommodating helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

It was so nice to find this gem so close to the lake and Daniel Boone National Forest, it had the right amount of everything. We particularly loved the signs reminding us to enjoy ourselves and not worry so much about cleaning up like normal rentals do. We were also extremely grateful for the late checkout so we didn't have to rush on our last day.

Loved the hot tub. It was a quiet, relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The area is scenic, the hot tub was amazing, it was hot and running upon our arrival. The check in and check out process was easygoing.

This property is just as advertised. We had a family of nine, with little ones. There was something for everyone! Comfortable, cozy, great bonfire, games, and hot tub! Great place to unwind with family and make some great memories.

Overall in need of some maintenance and the linens and towels were clean but needs a general overall deep cleaning 🤔 Floors were very dirty so I mopped with a swiffer but theatre seating needs vacuuming and there was no vacuum with attachments. We replaced bug bulb on patio and duct taped the screen , cleaned and oiled screen patio door

The cabin was very nice. Calvin was the best property manager I’ve ever had when using VRBO. He would always reply back promptly and was very helpful during the process. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our stay and everyone had their own space for sleeping. Calvin was great to work with and property was just as described. We really enjoyed it !!!

We had a great time. Peaceful and quiet. Wished that the firepit was cleaned out so we could have a fire. It was full of shingles. Overall very good. Lay out was great and hot tub was great and loved the downstairs.

This property is huge with 3 floors. It was clean and well stocked with amenities such as powered cream (I forgot ours), spices, paper products, and etc. Very safe and secured within a gated community which made us 2 older gals confident and comfortable. The highlight was the hot tub which is very clean and extremely enjoyable. Thank you Calvin for a delightful week! Dawn

This cabin is clean, quiet and peaceful. Calvin was pleasant, and quick to respond to any questions that we had. We throughly enjoyed the hottub every night. He had everything that we needed. He had basic spices for cooking, enough coffee, paper towels and toilet paper for our entire week. The resort is about 20 minutes from town, so get your supplies while your there. They have a small store with general items, and great homemade ice cream! There is a gas and a charcoal grill as well. We really enjoyed watching movies on the large television downstairs. Wasn't sure what expect as this was our first time to Cumberland. This is definitely a summer on the water town. We were here a bit early in the season for that. We enjoyed putt putt golf and shopping at little shops around town. We loved Cumberland Falls it was beautiful. Thank you Calvin for the wonderful and relaxing stay at your cabin. We will definitely be a returning guest.

He was super attentive, cabin very clean and had a lot of games. Hot Tub was fantastic for my sore shoulder! Plenty of space! Will definitely come again!

Owner was great to work with. Check in was easy. The cabin was very dated and needed a good cleaning and repairs throughout. It was suited more for a man’s fishing trip than a girls trip. We still enjoyed our time together.

My wife and I had a great peaceful weekend at Lake Cumberland Resort. Calvin Bell was fast to reply to any questions we had. We would stay again.

We loved our stay! Calvin was amazing to work with. The house was super clean and in a great location if you have kids or dogs since it’s at the end of the cul de sac. The towels are sooooo soft!! The hot tub was great and having the shower downstairs was awesome for showering afterwards. The basement has leather reclining couches with a large tv and a beverage fridge. We didn’t utilize either fireplace but plenty of wood was there if we wanted to. Overall an amazing stay and would absolutely stay here again!

This cabin was great for a weekend away and the hot tub was amazing. Although the cabin isn’t the newest, it has everything you need to be comfortable. Cal is very responsive and continues to improve this listing.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin at Cumberland Resort. Good driving distance to do different things. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

My boyfriend and I loved our visit to this cabin. It was quiet, and peaceful, which is just what we needed! The cabin is outdated, however, that didn’t matter to us. It looks just like the pictures. The “hiking trails” that are in the backyard is just an ATV trail from the main road to the backroad. It’s not much of a hiking trail. However, there are so many trails in the area that it makes up for it. The property was clean, there were plenty of towels and toiletries available. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! Cabin was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet and felt safe in gated and secured neighborhood! We loved that the woods surrounded the cabin and loved the hot tub😀

The places was clean, everything worked and we really like the owners that were great

Beautiful Country Cabin. Plenty of room for 6 of us to have our own space. Loved the screened in hot tub, kitchen that had many unexpected needed items stocked, and the washer/ dryer was an added bonus. Wifi also worked great and had 2 roku tv's. Within about 40 minutes to Cumberland Falls and yahoo falls. Thanks to Calvin for his fast response to our questions. Would stay again.

Nice concept, but in need of severe update.

Great place to stay!Quite and comfortable.
We went for a quick 2 day getaway. We have stayed at this cabin before. It’s a great quite cozy cabin with woods behind and to one side. We went just the 2 of us and our dog but this cabin would comfortable fit a large family or 2 families with a handful of kids. Having the pool and boat launch so close is always a bonus. We contacted the property manager because we had questions about parking our boat, as the road and parking in this part of the community is limited and he responded immediately! We had no issues and will stay again.
Thanks again for a great stay!

Perfect
The cabin is very close to Burnside Marina, itis nestled in a cul-de-sac. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee on the front porch and listening to the birds.

If you are looking for an easy escape to a quiet cabin in the woods, this is your place. Stop by the grocery store on your way to pick up your meal items, and that's all you need...everything else is there. Easy. The views are amazing, and the cabin is gorgeous. We used the grills to whip up some surf-in-turf, the outdoor fireplace for s'mores, and enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a day on the lake. I can't stress enough how easy the rental, check-in, and check-out process is. Calvin was a pleasure to work with!

This is a beautiful and spacious home that my girls and I will definitely find time to visit again in the near future. It’s very family friendly with games, hot tub, and very close to town. We found this rental while searching for a place to escape reality and literally do nothing. It was perfect for doing just
that. The house was private, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The process for check in and communication was great. Make sure to read the check in directions clearly, gps will take you somewhere that is not the house. The little store outside gate 2 was so cute, definitely check it out.

While we chose not to stay overnight due to expected snowy weather, the pictures are a true representation of the cabin. Calvin was very attentive and responsive.
