Pour avoir des nouveaux draps et serviette de bain il faut payer en plus n'importe quoi. J'etais avec mon fols de 1an j'ai fait 4 nuits au bout de deux jours il avais tout sali partout j'ai du dormir avec les draps salle jusqu'a mon depart

Je mets 6/10 car le lit était trop dur et les oreillers trop mou, mais c'est une question de goûts.

La gentillesse du personnel, l'emplacement (proche trams et centre ville), la kitchenette, la salle de bain, la propreté, des boissons chaudes en libre service jusqu'à 11h.

La literie trop dur, les oreillers trop mou qui s'applatissent et le réfrigérateur qui fait un peu trop de bruit.

Calm, comfortable

We had nice welcome with refreshing drink. Room was clean, comfortable and calm. Location is 20 min walk towards opera/tourist office. As alternative, tram is around 5-10 min away. Place is calm and has food shop at next building. We stayed at hot period, AC worked perfectly!

Propreté exceptionnelle des lieux (même les couverts du service petit déjeuner brille :) Des lits confortables, Un lit bébé fourni et monté directement dans la chambre, Le personnel aux petits soins, souriant et sympa, Un appart hôtel avec l'essentiel à l'intérieur (bouilloire, casseroles, vaisselles, couverts, four à micro-ondes etc.), super quand on voyage avec un bébé. Localisation de l'appart hôtel à proximité des trams, à 15 min à pied d'un centre commercial (Polygone) et 30 bonnes minutes de marche de la place de la Comédie.

Good value for money, nice staff, closed to the city.

Very nice and kind staff always ready to help.

No one cleans the room, but you are not even asked if you would like to borrow the vacuum cleaner. We stayed there for several days and I found it uncomfortable to have nothing to vacuum with.

Si volviera a Toulouse, volvería a este apart.

La relación precio calidad es excelente. Está cerca de una estación de tranvía y tiene un mercado express a media cuadra. El garage se paga aparte pero está muy bien.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer . Al het nodige aanwezig in de kichenette. Je kan gratis heerlijke koffie nemen in de ontbijtruimte. Het ontbijt was compleet.

Ik vind 14 € wel een beetje duur voor een ontbijt.

Wir kommen nach 3 mal nicht mehr wieder.

Die Betten waren zu kurz! Die Gläser waren durch Kalkablagerung nicht sauber. Geht besser. Die Beschreibung zur Tiefgarage war sehr schlecht. Keine Schilder. Auf der Rückseite des Hotels keine Einfahrt. Zwischen dem Hotel und dem Carrefour eine nicht deklarierte Einfahrt.

Der freundliche Service, saubere und moderne Zimmer!

Das Geschirr auf den Zimmern war nicht sauber. Ich würde es besser finden, wenn nicht die Gäste dafür verantwortlich sind, das Geschirr sauber zu hinterlassen, sondern entweder das Hotel zusätzlich eine Geschirrreinigung vornimmt oder die Reinigung der Gäste genauer überprüft.

Ein lohnenswerter Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Barcelona.

Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Zu Fuß sind es vielleicht 20 Minunten in die Stadtmitte/Altstadt. Tiefgarage mit der Zimmerkarte einfach zu benutzen. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr lecker.

Apartamento pequeno mas muito bem apresentado. Tinha uma pequena bancada para cozinhar e comer, alguns utensílios e na casa de banho uma luz mais fraca excecional. Na receção falavam inglês e foi rápido e prático fazer o check-in e check-out. Fica perto dos transportes e serviços.

Apenas um pouco de espaço extra para cozinhar e um pano para limpar a bancada.

la chambre est bien mais le lit un peu haut l'emplacement est excellent, à 300 mètre de l'hotel de ville et 2 stations de Tram de la gare

j'ai découvert qu'il n'y avait pas de ménage pour un séjour de moins de 7 nuits ;; donc lit pas fait, lavabo, WC pas nettoyés. on nous demande de descendre les ordures dans le local poubelles avant de quitter l'hotel.... si l'on cuisine on doit faire la vaisselle

Nice stay in a modern studio relatively close to the city centre

Very well equipped apartment relatively close to the city centre and close to the tram going to the beach. The area is calm, not much noise from the street and other rooms. Everything was clean and new, nice bathrooms, relevant accessories in the kitchen annex, easy check-in and check-out. Coffee machine available in the reception area. Very pleasant one-week stay. Definitely we would come back.

Wifi could be more efficient, otherwise nothing to complain about.

Nice place, not on a cheap side.

It's a new clean hotel, located close to the city center but closer to the river, which is very nice for a cycle to the beach or a casual stroll in nature. The beds were very comfortable!

The street outside was a bit loud (cars), we had a little kitchenette we had to clean ourselves and we had to take out the trash after our stay which is frankly quite strange as it's a tree stars hotel. It's not something I want to do during my holidays for the money I am paying.

Great sized studio with large seperate bathroom and plenty of closet space. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Windows that open for fresh air and block out shutters. Very eco friendly Staff on site were all lovely and helpful Laundry facilities with one washer and one dryer and reasonable price. Free still and sparkling water in reception, small shop but also a Carrefour next door. About a 20min walk to Place de Comedie and 12mins to more modern area with loads of restaurants and a Monoprix in Port Marianne Would definitely stay again!

Some issues with original booking dates being changed due to a cancelled flight, and information being conveyed in a rather rude manner. Was all sorted very politely by Flavie though in the end.

Nice hotel with all things we need

The apartment is new and clean. It has a small kitchen provides things we need. It is close to Lidl and tram lines The apartment offers toys and facilities for borrowing. Our girls use the scooter everyday and it helps us a lot traveling around the city. Stuff are very friendly

Modern, boring and uncomfortable

Air conditioned. Newly built and therefore in very good condition overall. Nice staff. OK breakfast (to French traditional standard, but nothing close to international standard)

Extremely uncomfortable bed: Hard like a rock and very unwelcoming due to being a weird bed-cabinet thing with sharp edges everywhere. Poor pillows and a stained mattress. No shoehorn.

Perfect place to be!

Everyone and everything was perfect!! The staff super friendly, the parking so safe, the rooms pretty and clean! We also taste the breakfast which was delicious! Well done!!

The hotel with modern design. The apartment was fully equipped, including kitchen. The laundry was on the first flow and easy to reach. The hotel is child-friendly. There is even an opportunity to take books to read. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The location is good, close to the conference centre.
