Parking is available for two cars. No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo.
This condo is conveniently located towards the front of the Aspens development, so it is close to all the nearby businesses and bus stop. With almost 1300 square feet, this second floor unit offers an open living space with a nicely updated decor. There's a fireplace in the living room with a sliding patio door opening onto a deck for enjoying your morning coffee and grilling out on summer evenings. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar for 4, and dining area that seats 6 comfortably. Also on this level is the bedroom with two twins and a full bath with laundry. These twins are convertible to a king bed for a fee. Up a flight of stairs is the queen master bedroom with a full bath. This property can sleep an additional 2 people on the queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

**Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Booking is subject to be cancelled if agreement is not signed within 48 hours.
**For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval. A lease agreement along with a security deposit will be required. **
The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee.
Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.

This was a very nice, clean property. Plenty of room for our party of 5. Was a convenient location for Jackson, Teton, the aerial tram and our river cruise out of the Wilson boat ramp.

Jackson Wedding
Great quiet spot to attend weeding events in the Jackson area. Nice area to walk around in between events with my wife. Nice comfy condo to have a vacation away from home feel. Thanks for all.

Nice well equipped condo in The Aspens
The unit is an older style but nicely decorated and equipped. The rental manager was first rate- super responsive, polite and professional. It would be nice if the sofa and chairs were updated as springs and appearance were a little worn, but a minor concern. Bedding was very comfortable. Kitchen up to date and well supplied. The Aspens snow plowing was a bit lacking after the hoped for powder day given its a premium property company but that is really out of the control of the unit ownership/manager. Overall a great stay.

Great two bedroom condo in The Teton Village
We really liked this two bedroom condo. It's close to everything we had planned in the GTNP. Great little kitchen with all the utensils you will need. It has a propane gas grill on the porch. The only thing negative I can say about this condo is that it doesn't have AC. A couple of the days we got back early and it was 83 degrees outside, so it got a little warm. Leaving the windows open at night and it was perfect.
