Once again .. an awesome stay at the Copper Chase condominiums- in one of Scott’s rentals. Perfect locations, condo has everything you need and more, perfect for large families and the owner is awesome with communication. We are repeat renters.. and we will be back again next year. Trustworthy owner and accommodating to any needs. Thank you!!

The main reason I only gave it 4 stars is because it is Not a ski-in/ski-out condo as advertised. There is however a free shuttle that will pick you up at the condo (you have to call for pick up) and bring you to the ski resorts.
The building is older, a little wear & tear but the condo itself is clean, upgraded and well maintained. We had a couple of small issues while there (heater/fireplace stopped working and smoke detectors had to be replaced) but the owner Scott was quick to respond and get the issues fixed.
Great place for families, I would recommend it and I would stay there again.

This was a perfect choice for our group! Everyone had a bed to sleep in even enough towels. Plenty of room for the time we were in the condo. Close to lifts, store and restaurant. We made thanksgiving dinner with the kitchen being very well stocked. We will stay here again!

First, I just want to say that I base my stays on other reviews and I want my review to reflect this property honestly so that others may have a fair expectation.
Pros: The communication with Scott and April (The property managers) was excellent! They were quick to respond and professional.
The location is absolutely stunning! To wake up to a view like that is incredible!
The tile work in the master bathroom is genuinely exquisite! I wish my bathroom at my house had this kind of detail.
The furniture in general, while a little beat up, gave the location a rustic charm.
The fireplace (once I evened the insert out) was a nice addition. I only started it for a minute to get the ambiance of it, but in the fall/winter time the fireplace would be AWESOME!
Cons: The lock code we received initially didn't work. It did take some time to get that figured out. Scott and April were able to get us a new lock code that worked pretty quickly, but this was our initial introduction to the property and it was not welcoming.
The condo was DIRTY! It definitely needs a deep clean. There are dust bunnies under every piece of furniture. There are wires and garbage under the furniture holding the TVs. For a condo that asks guests to remove their shoes you expect it to be clean. It was not. The stairwells were exceptionally dirty, looked like they had not been vacuumed in a long while, and look like they could be featured on a horror movie.
The condo below ours was staff for the location. They had invited friends and were very noisy well into the night. Some of them were out on the balcony just below the condo smoking marijuana. Thank goodness for the vent fan! The smell permeated the condo and left it smelling of marijuana for a couple of hours.
I went to check on my son, who was using the workout room, on Saturday night. The lobby was full of younger people drinking, making out, playing loud music, and partying. I get it, it's a resort town, but if I were the owner of this property I would be looking for a new staff.
The staff get paid exceptionally well. I received a notice saying that the cleaners get (enter amount here) an hour so if I was unable to leave the property before checkout time I needed to make arrangements with the property manager. Understandable, but point-of-fact - I am a professional on salary and I don't make $-an-hour! It is by choice, but if I am paying a hefty cleaning fee, the condo needs to be CLEAN!!!

Good location
Things were good at the property. We did get charged for losing a pool bracelet I was too happy about that but it’s fine. Everything else was good.

Excellent accommodations close to the slopes.
The condo was exactly as advertised and very comfortably slept our party of 11. The heated basement garage allowed us to park right next to the stairway which lead to our unit. The kitchen was well stocked. We'll be back again.

Great Location and Owner
The property matched the description and photos presented. The building is older but the condo has certainly been updated and was nice. We had an issue with the heat when we first arrived. We let the owner know we were having a problem and he came personally (and quickly) to take care of it for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo and especially the area and would return again. We were having such a wonderful family time, we took advantage of an offer to add an extra night and stayed longer.

Decent accommodations in a nice area
Older property. Pretty cramped quarters for 13 people. Only two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two “closets” outfitted with extra beds, but we made it work. The sleeper sofa was not comfortable and was slanted, so we had kids just sleep on the sofa itself and on the extra mat that was in the closet. There is NO A/C. Though the temp outside in July got down to 56 and windows were open, it was still warm through the night in half the condo that didn’t have fans (though the owner informed me he has since purchased another fan. ) Kids enjoyed the pool and fishing pond. Range stove was brand new.
4.0 / 10.0
Property was old and rickety. Other renters upstairs walking sounded like they were about to fall thru the ceiling. No blackout curtains. The sun coming thru the window's was intense at 7am. The coffee machine took a 1/2 hour to make coffee. The internet faded in and out, and tv was difficult to watch.

Fantastic Host!
This is a great place to stay whether it be with friends or family, there are beautiful sceneries and lots to do in the area. Scott, the owner of the condo, was quick to respond to any questions we had and when they found my earrings after we left, he was very helpful when it came to returning them to me. So much honesty, much appreciated!

Thoughtful and Responsive Host
Scott had been quick and responsive to all our questions and concern. He proactively provided a list of kitchen equipment to help plan our meals. He even provided basic cooking spices, oil, dish soaps, a brand new sponge, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. He keeps up with maintenance of the condo and we learned that we had the privilege to use a brand new kitchen faucet! There are clear instructions throughout the apartment including check-out procedures. Our group of 10 had a comfortable stay partly because we did not need to utilize the living room sofa bed, we are always moving around in the living room at all different hours. Sound does travel within the condo especially for the European capsules with folding doors. Recommend other guests to be mindful to keep voices down if anyone in the group is sleeping. One last tip- make sure to park close to the SPECIFIC stairway in the garage to make loading in and out easier, as there are no elevators.

We will be back! ⭐️
The accommodations for our party of 12 were perfect. The ski in and ski out option was very convenient. The Brian Head free shuttle picked up right out front to take us to chair 3 as well. Scott the property owner was so thorough in providing everything to make our stay enjoyable. He was always prompt and courteous in his responses to any questions we had. We all agreed we would stay in this same property next time. I highly recommend this location.

Condo very worn down
Location of the property is Great. The building is very old and needs tons of work. The condo is very difficult to get to, and was very unsafe with tons of iced walk ways and a staircase that was impossible to walk down due to poor maintenance on the property. The staircase leading up to the condo was very worn down and holes were in the wall. The Plumbing in the condo was terrible and did not drain in the bathrooms or kitchen. None of the appliances would stay on, the furnace is just for looks and did nothing for us. The property manager was a bit aggressive and made my family feel unsafe. House keeping also relayed false information to the owner in an attempt to collect additional fees. If I could make my thumbs any bigger, I'd give this property and the owner a larger thumbs down!!!

Large family stay
This was a great location and slept a ton of people. We had a large group and we all had room to sleep and lounge around. The beds were all comfortable and very clean.
The few negative things was the unit above us leaked toilet water into our bathroom, but it was fixed in a very timely manner and the owner responded very quickly. The kitchen sink facet does not spray correctly and needs to be changed. Seems like an easy repair that is not done. The oven took so long to preheat we ended up burning some of our food.
Over all it was a really nice stay and our family really enjoyed ourselves. The indoor pool was fun for the kids and the outdoor weather was refreshing and beautiful.
4.0 / 10.0
The property is very dated (80’s decor) and run down.

We had a great experience with our stay! We came in super later (3 am) and the owner was super helpful and made our stay extremely convenient. We will definitely come again!

Fun but below expectations
Based on the pictures on the website it was quite disappointing. The place was not clean at all, going up the stairway to our condo was littered with chipped paint and dirt all over the steps. There were many repairs needing to be made, the blinds on all the windows were is poor condition as all the windows had to be open because of the intense heat, some of the windows would not open or would not stay open without something propping them. Overall it needed a lot of attention to make it more attractive and pleasant. Despite all of that, we did a lot of the needed cleaning and had a good time.

I love it!
My family and kids love it! The pool and hot tub where just perfect to spend the days after the hikes and lakes. We would definitely be coming up again hopefully soon. Scott the owner was very easy to communicate and reach. Thanks for everything.
