Maureen was such a great hostess! The house was perfect! It's in a great neighborhood, close to shopping and the beach. This was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever been in. It had everything you could possibly need to cook and go to the beach. We had an awesome time!

Quiet and relaxing.. Felt safe and the communication and response from the host was awesome. Near the beaches and downtown. Home clean and such cute decorations. Everything you need is there just unpack and relax. Great dining nearby and a covered parking publix, great for a rainy day. It rained one of our days and the games came in handy. We had a blast!. It was nice to bond and not be so caught up with electronics..

Ringling property was perfect for what we needed! My daughter was participating in the youth National rowing competition at the Nathan Benderson Park and I needed a place close to it! It was only 15 minutes and worked out well for us! It is also very centrally located to downtown and other places we wanted to see like Siesta Key! Property was clean and very quiet! It had everything I needed. Instructions were very clearly annotated throughout the house. We will definitely use again in the future!

We loved this cute home. Safe neighborhood, close to downtown and a short drive to St. Armand’s. Home was quaint, clean and we certainly would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway without breaking the bank.

The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and close to everything. The owner really thought of all the things that would help a traveling family. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc. They also have created a great information binder that was very helpful for area things to do and see. We will stay here again if in the area.

This property has everything we wanted: comfortable furnishings and layout, 2 very clean bathrooms, a stylish and pretty beach cottage vibe, a driveway, a safe neighborhood, and an easy-to-work TV. Each day I saw a decorative touch I'd missed before - clearly a designer's eye at work. The screened porch and patio were a pleasure on warmer days.
The owners didn't forget the practicalities, either. For example, a steepish step from the kitchen door to the driveway was marked as such, so no surprises. When I asked to get the entry info and address before we'd left home for Sarasota, I received a phone call the same day with all the details. Excellent communication.
Downtown Sarasota and its many very good restaurants is 5-10 minutes away by car, and the area is very pedestrian-friendly so walking to town was simple and safe. It's only about a 10-15 minute drive in from the airport, and the house has easy access to main roads for travel to St. Petersburg and Sarasota area attractions.
A great find!

The property was older but clean and well supplied with dishes silverware pots and pans etc. there was extra beach chairs towels umbrellas etc. would like to have had more tv’s in bedrooms. The shower water pressure could have been better but wasn’t to bad. Location to the beaches was good but had to drive several miles to get there. We new that up front so we were prepared for that. The neighborhood was really a mixed bag of older homes and some new homes being built. Never had any problems walking around the neighborhood. Overall we were comfortable with our stay.

My 3 kids and I had a wonderful stay at this home. Its location was perfect with easy access to downtown Sarasota and Lido Beach. The house was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for our short stay. Maureen was a great host and responded immediately to any questions I had. She even allowed my family and I to extend our check-out time for more than an hour so that we could do some quick shopping at St. Armand's Circle before leaving the area. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for each day of our stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked and I was especially happy to find olive oil in the cabinet (which I forgot to buy) in order to cook our eggs in the morning. Maureen also provided a binder with all kinds of information regarding the surrounding areas. She even included restaurants/menus and maps of the area. I highly recommend this property! Thank you Maureen!

House was nice but neighbor made it stressful. We got this place specifically so we could have our dogs with us. The neighbors bedroom is a few feet behind the fenced yard. She is a police officer who works nights and she pounded on her window whenever our dogs barked. Our dogs do not normally bark but there are a LOT of dogs in the neighborhood. When some other dog barked sometimes ours would and then the neighbor would bang. That made the whole time stressful. And after all of the add on fees the place was pretty expensive. Over $300 a night so watch the fees

The house was exactly as advertised. It was very clean (we didn’t see any uninvited visitors, which sometimes happens in Florida). The decorating was charming. It is in a quiet neighborhood and you will need to drive to the beach and restaurants, but they were not far away. Finally, they may be the most responsive hosts we have ever encountered.

We had a great stay at Jefferson Ave! The house was spacious for 5 adults. Everything was supplied and ready for us. Maureen and Patrick have checked all the boxes with this exceptional Sarasota home. It is located in a quiet, quaint neighborhood and in close proximity to all of Sarasota’s wonderful attractions. Lido Beach, St. Armand’s Circle, Sarasota Bay and downtown to name a few. The home is very tastefully decorated and furnished, the kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, what more would you need. Everything you need close to everywhere you want to be
Our family of three humans and one dog spent three nights in this lovely home. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The beds are comfortable and the house is well stocked. There were even condiments in the fridge and toiletries in the bathroom. The backyard was a safe, quiet and convenient place for our pup to wander around. We enjoyed our trips to downtown. Had a blast at the farmers market Saturday morning. Went to a couple of delightful concerts at the Sarasota Opera House and had a delicious meal at Rosemary and Thyme. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this house and host
The house is quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near both Lido and Siesta Key beach and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. It is in a residential neighborhood and very quiet. The whole place made us feel at ease. Maureen was very nice, easy to talk to and she gave us all helpful info about the area.Check-in was a breeze and they left the lights on for us , they know our flight will come in late. I would definitely come again
