About this house rental

2 Bedroom loft in gated community. Centrally located right off the main road. Shops, Groceries, Restaurants, and Beach are all in walking distance, so no need for a car.

Up the stairs, the loft has a king-sized bed, closet, and private bathroom. On the main floor, the airy living room has a couch and tv. A fully furnished kitchen and dining area complete the main room.

In the back, a second bedroom with queen-sized bed and closet. A second full bathroom is there as well.

The terrace has a sofa, table and chairs and leads into the small pool, a perfect place to relax in the evenings and cool off doing the days.

The building is fully air conditioned, and there are ceiling fans throughout.

Banana Beach Restaurant is right across the street! It is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. The organic market is right next door. Make sure to check out the shops in Peace Loft. Enjoy and ice cream at La Glida, check out the custom clothing and jewelery shops, as well as the art gallery.

First time is Santa Teresa. Heard mixed reviews. But, found the town and surrounding area to be fantastic for a short get away. Loft had everything necessary for enjoyable stay. And, the location was a short distance from excellent restaraunts and places to enjoy a cocktail.

This place was just perfect. Beautiful and close to everything. 2 minutes to the beach. Near great restaurants and shops. Having the little pool and shower was sooo nice to cool off when we got home. Very spacious and clean and the air conditioner was very nice when it got hot. Would stay there again and would recommend to friends.

Overall the unit was great. It is in a perfect location for access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, ATV rentals etc. The unit was very clean and had all amenities needed for our short stay. We were a bit worried about noise at night with the proximity to the main strip and other adjacent units however the bedroom was very quiet and we slept well. I highly recommend the Peace Lofts.

The first word that comes to mind when I think about peace loft is- WOW!!! The loft was unbelievable! Everything I hoped for and MORE. The people treated me as if I was their family. The apartments are very cosy and comfortable, all the spaces are very modern and everything works great. The place is secure and you can leave your car at the parking space and just walk to the beach. I would totally make the yard 100% private, as there are spaces on the fences that allow to look inside of it, so, you cannot relax all the way. Other than that, go for it !

Santa Teresa is a beautiful beach community on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, with fabulous food, bars, and major surf/beach. This unit is new, clean and has all the amenities one could want, in the middle of the tourist area. Staff are gracious and helpful. Outdoor cool pool is fantastic, after being in the hot sun all day.

When I decided to go back to Santa Teresa with my family, we were thinking in the same place we stayed last time, but it was full for our trip dates, so we started looking for a different place. I found Peace Loft, and we were very lucky. The place is great, very separated rooms so our little baby doing noice during the night didnt disturb my parents in law that were with us. The place is very confortable and fully equipped. My only concern is that the parking lot is not confortable, but how cares the car sleeping bad. Something important and that could be confusing is that the place says it has "private pool" so you could think it is a place were you can swing, actually you can't. Private pool in this case means you have a jacuzzi in your apartment yard. Out of that, it was more than we expected. My family was super happy. It is very easy to arrive to the beach.

We very enjoyed from our stay at peace loft that managed by Emilya. Best location in Santa Teresa, walking distance to the banana beach which is one of the best beach at Santa Teresa. Daniela and Emilya recommended us what to do, where to go and when. The rooms was clean, looks exactly as the pictures, we very impressed, the private pool at the loft as well. Not our first time in Santa Teresa, but we pumped into this new listing and decided to try it. The apartments are so big, high ceiling, everything was perfect! Danielle the manager really welcomed us nicely and helped us arrange our transportation with a smile. Location is a big plus- right in front of Banana Beach one of my favorite spots in Santa. Loved it, definitely worth coming back next time.
