Nice apartment but, I will text Elliot with some 'helpful' suggestions! Good that we were a 'stone's throw' from the heart of the town, allowing us to walk rather than drive/park! Our parking space was directly across the street from the apartment!

The apartment provided everything we needed for lovely, relaxing few days away. The location was great - we comfortably walked everywhere. We will recommend!

The place was centrally located to everything needed. The accommodations were very nice, and the host was very accessible and accommodating, even during a holiday Weekend. I’d recommend this location to any couple that wants to have a fun little getaway location to stay at while in New Hope.

This stay was such a treat. It was everything that I wanted out of a place to stay in new Hope. The location is unmatched and the charm of this apartment made my stay the best it could be. The way that they have their outdoor space set up allows for relaxing in nature and with your pet. Optimal fun - we had the best time!

This Garden Apartment is close to the bustle of downtown and still offers the quiet serenity of being in nature — it’s large backyard overlooks the creek where you can hear birdsong all day! The apartment came equipped with all of the amenities we needed and lots of private outdoor patio space. Elliot was very accommodating and provided a helpful welcome brochure detailing all of the best spots to eat, drink, shop and visit. Thank you for a fantastic long weekend getaway spot!

We had a wonderful stay for a getaway weekend. We try to get to New Hope 1-2 times each year for getaway weekends and usually stay in B&Bs. We are now converted to this VRBO. Clean, plenty of room, apartment has everything you need, back deck and fire pit by the creek are beautiful, even though it rained while we were there so we couldn’t take advantage of them. Only a short walk to Main Street, fantastic location. Elliott was very responsive. Will definitely return!

We wanted to do something for the new year and this was perfect. So close to shopping, food and entertainment. Property has privacy from the street, clean and charming. We'll be back.

The apt was lovely. We instantly felt at home. We often enjoy New Hope during the holiday season, and typically stay at a B&B, but this apt will be our new normal. Plenty of room to relax, enjoy our coffee and breakfast, and then walk to every place we wanted to shop. Very convenient location to all our favorite dining options. Will definitely come back.

Great halfway point to meet my sister in law. We did a lot of walking which was easy because of the convenient location of the apartment. We also enjoyed some times on the deck for morning coffee and afternoon Canasta and Rose`.
New Hope and Lambertville are great little towns to explore, shop and dine. If you're an early bird like me I'd suggest making breakfast as things open a little later.
Host was very nice, accessible and accommodating. Apartment very comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay there again.

warm and cozy. felt like we lived in New Hope as a resident based on location, character of apt. favorite part was relaxing on back deck and hearing the train go by. a great spot to relax and get away from it all. would definitely come again!

This was our second stay in the Garden oasis! Cannot say enough good things about it. Would stay here any time we go to visit this area. So charming. It feels like you are miles away from the hubbub, but you are in the heart of town. Best of both worlds! Everything about the process is seamless.

Perfectly located nicely spruced up early 1800's property with a short walk downtown and to some great restaurants; just a little further to Lambertville over the bridge. Ideal for a couple or couple +1. Lovely backyard with seating and a fireplace on the main level and a fire pit on the creek bank at back. Well appointed even with a small putting area and supplied putter. Loved it here!

Every aspect of this sweet property exceeded expectations; owner communication, sparking clean home, amenities were all fantastic. Being able to walk 2 minutes to the center of New Hope was awesome. I loved the outdoor deck and front patio for entertaining and relaxing in the sunshine. The huge backyard leads directly to the canal, where chairs and a fire pit await. 5+ stars for this sweet and cozy home. Can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect place to stay in New Hope. Parking is super easy and just a few steps from the front door. Host goes above and beyond to provide everything you need for your stay. Shops and restaurants are on the doorstep, and the sound of the steam train rolling by is magical.

Nice little apartment with an awesome location. Closest vrbo to town that is pet friendly. Great back yard to take a moment with the family and dog just to relax. Worked out great for my wife, 6month old,dog and myself. Friendly homeowners!

My wife and I spent a long weekend at this perfect little garden getaway. Great clean apartment, huge patio and deck, leads down to a big yard with a fireplace steering area down by the creek. Right in the center of town but just far enough away from the noise. Very responsive host, clean place, couldn’t ask for more.

Everything was as pictured and described and Elliot was a thoughtful and responsive host. Cozy and tidy setting in a great location - everything was in walking distance. Dog friendly, we had a great time! And, of course, we had to buy books at Farley's Bookstore and had several really excellent meals. Breakfast at C'est la Vie, was a great treat. Thank you for the sweet get-away.

The entire process was easy from reservation to check-in to check out. It’s close to downtown for restaurants, bars, and shopping or if you prefer you can stays there and enjoy the outdoor amenities that include a fire pit by the creek.

Nice garden apartment, clean & comfortable; it was more like a home than a rental. I especially liked the property - good deck, covered area so you could still sit outside in the rain, great backyard with a creek that was fun to walk in. Easy walking distance to canal path, shops & restaurants. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.
