Brand New, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront family-friendly luxury condo with all amenities included. Enhanced cleaning protocols based on CDC guidelines and contact-free check-in & check-out. High-speed wireless makes for a perfect “flexcation” if you need to do some work. And ample parking is available in our private lot. The Van Lee building is in the best location on beautiful Ormond Beach. Unit 1205 has been completely remodeled with high end finishes and lots of extra touches to provide the feeling of staying at a 5 star luxury resort suite. Six can sleep comfortably with a queen-size “air-dream” sofabed in the living room. The master suite is designed for the ultimate in comfort with a plush king-size bed, a balcony, its own bathroom and separate vanity/dressing area. The guest room is equipped with two twin beds, a desk, a nightstand and has a view of the intracoastal waterway. Every room is equipped with a large screen SMART TV and cable is also included. The spacious chefs kitchen has a large peninsula with bar seating and is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook your favorite meals or just relax and socialize with family and friends. Your own private, full-size washer/dryer is also included. The condo is located directly on the ocean with a private access gate to the quiet (no-drive) beach or you can watch the waves roll in while relaxing by the pool. If you prefer a quiet spot indoors to read then you can enjoy a book in the library located on the main lobby level. If you don’t want to miss your workouts while on vacation you will appreciate the fitness center with a treadmill, rowing machine, weight machine and dry sauna!

Shopping, restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Lots of other adventures, such as Daytona, St. Augustine, and Disney are a short drive. Wake up to an amazing sunrise over the ocean and dolphins playing just off-shore then relax on the front lanai in the evenings for a breathtaking sunset over the Intracoastal. Not a morning person? No problem, just lower the custom black-out blinds and enjoy your peaceful slumber. Our accommodations were absolutely fantastic! The check in process was very efficient. The beauty of the ocean view as you walk in was breathtaking!The cleanliness and organization of everything was amazing. We ate our breakfast and lunches with all the modern conveniences at our fingertips! Relaxing around the pool and walking on the beach were our highlights! place was excellent

This was our second stay in this gorgeous, well-appointed condo. For the second year in a row, it was scrupulously clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up so that families can truly relax and enjoy the space. The bed is so comfortable, cooking in the stylish kitchen while looking out over the ocean is bliss, and the modern decor is luxe and calming at the same time. Fantastic communication from the host, and a wonderful building. We love it here!

Behold beautiful!!!!! The view of the ocean front in this condo immediately puts you into a relaxed mood. We enjoyed our stay in this condo which was so clean and comfortable. They left nothing to be desired in this condo and we can't wait to return. Loved loved loved this place!

Hate to sound like a broken record but renting 4 times in a row leaves me sounding like a broken record. The condo is beyond spectacular, as well as our hostess. It is fully stocked and lacks nothing. Our month flew by and looking forward to our next stay. ENJOY

The condo was awesome! It was just as advertised. Right on the beach and the views were outstanding. Clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Towels and lines were top of the line and plentiful. Beach equipment-chairs, towels, etc were so nice to have. Many restaurants and shops were close by. I can’t really say enough about this wonderful condo. We will definitely be back!

This is a great unit with an exceptional owner. Well maintained in a prime location. Private beach and a pool with easy access to Daytona Beach, a short drive to St Augustine or Cape Canaveral. This is our 2nd stay in this unit, 12th floor with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of beach gear for kids and adults. The building is a mix of full time residents and units which rent out. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Lots of local restaurants and places for seaside dining.

Wow! This property is a total stunner. The 12th floor views of the beach are amazing, the condo is beautifully decorated, and there are tons of thoughtful touches to help make your trip a total delight (beach toys, robes, toiletries, etc.) The building itself was also lovely, and everyone we met was so welcoming and kind, including to our three kids. Parking was easy, the pool was clean and large, and you cannot beat the location. Shelly was a wonderful host and we can't wait to be back again!

Loved our stay! Condo was super clean and well-appointed (extra sheets/blankets, kitchen supplies, iron, bedroom fan, games, etc.). Large windows and balcony doors give you views of the ocean from the living and master and the deck is large enough for families to sit outside in the evenings. Location is great, right on the beach and the 12th floor gives you some spectacular views! We appreciated the beach toys along with the extra towels. Check-in & check out process was super easy as well. The condo was within a 10 to 15 minute drive of some really great restaurants in Ormond, Flagler, and Daytona. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Never even knew about the Van Lee in Ormond but now I am hooked for the past three years and next year. Part of my love was from the location and part from the excellent hosts. Clean and fully stocked and the owner suite has the best ever mattress. Hated to leave. Until we meet again.

This condo is absolutely fabulous! I’ve been coming to Florida for over 26 years and this condo was very clean, all very nice furniture through out the condo! I love that the private laundry room is right outside your door. They have chairs for 6, beach towels for 6 and umbrellas if needed:) most condos beach supplies are old and never has enough! They were also CLEAN and not falling apart! After you get in to your condo, they have very easy internet access, and explains how to use your TV. If I needed to get in touch with Stacey she responded asap. She also was kind enough to respond before our stay with my questions of hurricane damage, of course there wasn’t any! Excellent place to stay !!!! Close to everything!!! The beach was amazing! Thank you for sharing your condo with us! We will be back!!

This was our 3rd year staying at this beautiful condo, and it never disappoints. We did have a bit of a different situation this year with Hurricane Ian having gone through the week prior to our stay. We weren't sure if it was going to affect our stay, and Shelly went above and beyond for us helping us decide what was best. She kept us informed about the power, internet and cable service, the condition of the property and surrounding areas. She sent us pictures so we could see the conditions after the storm. She really went out of our way and was willing to accommodate us no matter what we decided. We felt like we made a very well informed decision with her help. All worked out so nicely and we were so thankful to be able to enjoy our week. This condo is always so comfortable. The view is amazing and it has everything we need. Shelly also informed us of several rocket launches happening which were fun to watch. She checks in to make sure things are going well, but is never overbearing. We have no complaints.

This is the second time we’ve rented from Shelly and Monty and we’re definitely spoiled! To be able to walk right in and feel the comfortable-ness of home with the added bonus of the spectacular ocean front view, allows for immediate vacation mode. We’ll definitely be back! We’ve loved Ormond for a long time and now this condo has become the icing in the cake.

I want to break this review down to the condo itself vs. the area. Being a FL. vacationer for 4 decades, I know most areas of Fl. Our favorite area is the Gulf Coast hands down! ( not the panhandle). This year I wanted to show my adult son St. Augustine- always so fun in many ways. It's app. 1 hr. north of the condo. ~ THE CONDO- If this condo sat on the west coast/Gulf side- I'd rent it every single time. Exactly as stated in description and being a neat freak I have to admit this passed my "OCD" :) My only beef is the master mattress which is worn and needs to be replaced with a more quality and supportive mattress but still even with that stated the place is a breath of fresh air. Being a condo renter all over the US it always upsets me when the owners obviously are skimping and trying to make as much profit as possible. No skimping here. THE AREA- Okay, so this is just my honest "2 cents" of what I personally seek regarding Fl beach areas. - The beach sand was red. I researched and found it was due to a specific sea stone. On top of that, I'm assuming prior to our arriving there was a very bad storm but the upper beach was covered in seaweed which smelled so bad. By the end of our stay the seaweed was dried out and rotting which made it smell even worse. I will say that if you want a non crowded beach that this is the p0lace for you! As far as local seafood markets and rests. as we are used to on the Gulf- NO. Very disappointing. We did find a few good rests. with quality food. Also- be ready for Daytona Biker noise. There is a close Publix food store which is nice since we cooked in several evenings. Overall- A FANTASTIC condo. The reason we will not return is mentioned above. We do wish the owners the best and thank them for all they have placed into this unit.

Condo was better than the listing pictures which surprised us. It was clean, well appointed, and had a view that we already miss. The owners were beyond amazing. Very communicative and worried about our every need. I wanted to steal the mattress in the bedroom as it was delicious. We already rented for next year if that means anything. We loved our month and loved our hosts.

We loved every minute of our 2 month vacation. Everything was perfect and the hosts were terrific! We even had dinner with them. I highly recommend this to anyone considering Ormond Beach. Great restaurants to choose from, large pickleball facility at Holly Hill and numerous attractions in nearby areas.
