I could have stayed there a lot longer felt very homely

Very comfortable lovely bed, well looked after, lovely staff, fresh towels at my door after a couple of days, TV with Netflix, good wifi, lovely bathroom, clean room, quiet, felt very at home there

very far from what the pics and description promise

+ location: just on Cloud 9 + staff: Jane and Neil + shuttle van for the airport: very confy

PLEASE READ, BE AWARE - in the room, running water is seawater (salty) for both shower and tap - the air con is super old and noisy - the toilet is totally mouldy - from the rooms, you hear loud noise from the nearby rooms and from the reception - the welcome from staff was very poor - the included breakfast is very poor too - it's very far from the normal concept of "resort", and I would accept that in Siargao but for a fair price. If the room costs more than PHP300, then it's a total rip off - even if the room is sold with "seaview", from the ground flood rooms there is absolutely no view - even if the room is sold as "sound-proof", it is not For the same price or less, there is much better in Cloud 9 (e.g. Resort 303 or 101) I will not go back there

Unnecessarily, frustrating

Location

Booked w/complimentary breakfast, which was shown on both the Kesa cloud nine website and booking.com website. When I arrived, I was informed that I would not be receiving, nor any of my 4 guests the complementary breakfast, because I did not choose to have a complementary breakfast. In fact, there was not a choice given for a complementary breakfast and once again, as stated earlier the Booking.com site and the Kesa Cloud nine site show complementary breakfast for all guests. When I questioned the staff was very reluctant to remedy the situation and when they finally got in touch with their management management refuse to remedy the situation this wound up costing me an additional 7500 Philippine pesos for my stay. And, finallybooking.com customer service said far too late that there was nothing that could be done. I am extremely dissatisfied with both Kesa cloud 9 and booking.com. Also the room that my fiancé and I were given to stay in was nothing like the photos displayed in the Booking.com and peso cloud nine websites. We had to ask for towels they were not supplied with the room, also the website clearly states that both body wash and shampoo is provided by the facility when we got into our room there was only 1/4 of a bottle of body wash no shampoo ever provided. The whole thing was very very disappointing.

Friendly staff but room needs update.

Best feature of the property is the staff. So nice and welcoming. They are very accommodating when it comes to certain requests. Location is also great. In front the surfing spot and near a few good restaurants.

The room and furniture could use some updating. Bathroom was tiny and hard to move around in. Could have better toiletries.

Very good

Amazing beach front location right at the entrance to Cloud 9. We got the deluxe room which was spacious and with a balcony that gave us partial ocean views.

A mini fridge would have been handy in the room but they let us share the fridge at reception so it was not so bad in the end

Friendly staff and accommodating in providing water boiler and mugs (not readily available in the room). comfortable pillows and beds, location ocean front, quiet-away from the street.

shower has a weak water pressure, lights are dim, incomplete basic toiletries.

The highlight of my stay was having Chella, the staff, really paying

You can pick your breakfast, within the parameters that they offer.

Management manners. No replies to some of my questions, rudeness when contacting me on the day of, when I actually did not have access to the internet.

The whole experience here was a bit of a disappointment. I had food poisoning and was very sick and this was not the typ

If you’re into surfing this is an outstanding location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some restaurants nice and close by.

The room itself was basic at best. Everything inside was damp. Bathroom shower didn’t work (although once we talked to the staff they were attentive in trying to fix it) Room smelt damp and moldy. I understand that it is a tropical island and rain is a given… but they need to figure out how to dry their towels and sheets.

Overall the staff were the best part, they were very accommodating. But the room and place are so outdated.

The staff and location of the place. your staff are amazing people and really made our stay!

The room was a great size and advertised as newly renovated but the bathrooms were very outdated. The photos also showed these umbrellas you can relax in on the grass but that was not there.

good location, mediocre facilities

it’s located right by the water front

the room didn’t have any bedside lamps and the AC was very loud. the shower worked only very poorly. every cafe or restaurant i ate at in the vicinity was excellent and very cheap. but the breakfast at Kesa was mediocre at best. they also over charge for airport transport and lost key cards. the Wi-Fi is spotty at best and very slow.

when we arrived we were immediately welcomed the staff were so lovely we felt relaxed right away

we had an ocean view room, the staff were lovely the place was clean.
