The house is layed out perfectly for a family/multi family experience. The inside and outside amenities were second to none! Our group was there for softball and had adults, and kid ranging from 16 - 5 during the stay. Everyone was comfortable and had the best time!!

The house was in a great location with easy access to anything you could need or might have forgotten for a trip. The bottom floor area was perfect for our group. Plenty of places to sleep and nice pool table and arcade game to keep everyone entertained. Would definitely go back!

This house was perfect! Our family of 4 stayed for 5 nights to fish and explore the area. The hosts were wonderful and had great communication. The house was clean and neat and was in the perfect spot. It was quiet near the house and we were still able to enjoy the boats as they went by across the lake. Fishing from the dock was fun And we loved seeing the geese and babies along with the turtles right off the deck. It was away from downtown but a short easy drive to get there. Restaurants were close by. The kids played a lot of pool and video games as well when it was too hot to be outside. Would definitely stay here again!

All in all, we had a great time, great location! The spider webs were out of control, but so be it. There was a tornado a few weeks ago, and the house was barely missed, the neighbor was not so lucky! The weather was awesome! The sunsets were also awesome! The kids loved the downstairs living area, I would stay there again, for sure!

We enjoyed the beautiful setting. The location of the house was great for the shopping and gambling that we came for. We had a pool tournament among friends and played cards in the spacious dining area. Everything went very well and we will be back again!

A wonderful holiday with our family. Fantastic location, peaceful and serene yet close to the attractions and necessities. The home was clean, spacious, well equipped, and made for a memorable holiday. The hosts shared a lengthy welcoming email highlighting local restaurants, shopping and other attractions. The deck and dock on Lake Hamilton made watching the ducks, geese and boats very enjoyable. Could not have been happier with our relaxing stay!

We had a great stay here. The location was central on Lake Hamilton and close to all the attractions in Hot Springs and the surrounding area. Quite spacious, lots of room for all of us. The house was very clean, the kitchen well-stocked (a gas range!), and the balcony was fantastic for our meals. Bonus that we were able to use the kayaks to paddle around our little corner of the lake. All in all, a great experience, would recommend.

A great spot on the lake for all your activities and close to everything you need. The house was so nice and the hosts were great to work with. We enjoyed all the lake activities and had several game nights downstairs. We went late in the season so no neighbors. This was just the get away we needed.

We had a wonderful time sitting on the deck and fishing from the dock. Very much recommend if you want to be in the action on Lake Hamilton.

We had a great time at the Green's place. House is beautiful, right on the lake, and has gorgeous views. The host was very helpful and allowed us to use Kayaks and grills. Host provided plenty of helpful information about the surrounding area and provided suggestions for eating out. The Green's even helped us when we locked our selves out of the house.

This house was beyond amazing! My son loved playing arcade games every morning and pool every night. We fished, kayaked and swam almost every day we were here. A spacious house with so many amenities and things to do in the area. It was close to everything and easy to get to 👍

Great stay! Perfect house for families. Lots of room and space to spread out or gather together. The sunsets on the deck were breathtaking. Easy access stairs into the water! Rented a boat for the day, easily docked for a lunch break. Great host communication.

This was as advertised. A nice house on the water, with kayaks and fishing equipment to borrow, close enough to all the Hot Springs attractions yet serene and quiet looking out at that water. Neighborhood was very nice, with some multimillion dollar homes nearby. Two different decks to enjoy, we spent most of our time on the upper one, or out at the end of the pier. Kitchen is well-stocked (except out of coffee), with all the pots and pans and spices you might need. Everything worked. Would strongly consider returning if we need a place in Hot Springs for 6 people again.

Property is very peaceful and quiet. It has an amazing view of Lake Hamilton with 2 decks. Beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. Property was conveniently located to Oaklawn. Pool table provided hours of entertainment. You cannot go wrong by staying at this property. We will stay at the property again.

We rented this property for our family Christmas get together and our wedding, since it was in between our home and our sons home. We had 6 adults and 2 children, ages 9 and 11 staying at this location. We had 7 more at another location and 6 more at another. This property was by far the nicest of the 3 properties. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful time. We would love to go back to this property during warmer weather so we could enjoy the lake and possibly use the kayaks. One thing that could be added is a full length mirror.

This place is so nice!! My family and I enjoyed it so much!! The game room was a big hit for my boys!! Everything about this place is too notch! It was so close to town! Very quiet and secluded!! We can not wait to go back in the summer!! Also Keith was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had!!

This property is nicer than the pictures online. The owner Keith was so nice and always available for questions. They guys had a great time playing pool in the game room. The view from the upper deck was breathtaking. We spent a whole day just relaxing on the deck watching time go by. I was excited about fishing but didn’t have any luck. All the fishing equipment was there to use. Access to the property was very easy. The property was located close to eating places and plenty of stores. It was also close to downtown Hot Springs. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We are already planning our next trip. Everyone agreed we want to stay in this same house.

We were very pleased with this rental! It was very quiet and peaceful our entire stay. The owners provided us with everything we could have needed. Coffee, cookware, spices. Even made sure the grill had plenty of propane before we arrived. The house was very clean and modern and only 10-15 minutes to Bathhouse Row. We will definitely book with them again!

Our group stayed here to visit Hot Springs National Park. Wow did we choose an amazing place. The view of the lake and mountains beyond was so beautiful. We got a bonus as the fireworks at the lake were straight in front of us. The house is well equiped with all we needed. The beds were firm but not uncomfortable. There were amples linens, towels and pillows. The light swithes were a little confusing but nothing that couldn't be figured out. The downstairs was so fun! We loved the two decks the most. Watching all the boats on the holiday weekend was a blast. The trees block a lot of sun but not the view. Because of the fanstastic trees you get a lot of debrie on the deck as well as some spiders, nothing that can't be handeled by a broom! Tired fishing but just no luck (worms and poles provided, not sure if that is a usual finding but we love it). We did have geese and turtles that visited. You can tell that this property is a loved vacation home by a family by all the extra things that are available. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay at Lake Hamilton or in the Hot Springs area as it is not far from downtown.

Stayed as a family of 4 (2 kids) plus 3 more extended family members.
The location was fantastic, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Close to numerous restaurants and other shops. Everyone had a wonderful time on the kayaks, highly enjoyed jumping into the lake from our backyard, the game room in the basement and very secluded which was great for noise.
Property looked like nobody had been in it for a bit so there was some deeper cleaning that probably could have been done to get rid of some old boxes of graham crackers/food in the cupboards. I think this was the reason that there was ants in them. Host was responsive about it and was looking to get an exterminator there right away, but we wanted to enjoy the few days we had so some ant spray did the trick.
Only had 2 dish pods to run dish washer and we were hosting dinners for family in the area so we winded up having to hand wash most of our dishes (not a huge deal).
Overall, absolutely beautiful property, we would definitely stay again. The kids are already asking when we'll be back, not because of the area, but because of the house. Super family friendly!

Awesome Lake Vacation spot. Very clean, spacious house, nicely decorated, comfy beds and directly on the water. Postcard perfect sunset views from the deck. Highly recommend this VRBO. Plus the owner is very responsive and attentive attentive to his guest. Couldn't ask for more! 😁

This place is very clean inside and has a nice kitchen, living room, and rec room in the basement. The views from the deck are amazing. The kids and I loved swimming from the dock. Located close to grocery stores and restaurants
Only negatives were minor. Dock needs some upkeep (bumpers and nails have come loose) & bed frame in main bedroom is very squeaky (probably needs to be replaced). These were very minor issues that had a minimal effect on the great time our family had.
****Arkansas does not sell alcohol on Sundays**** not the owners issue but good to know if you are from out of state.
