The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a great house for a family or group of 7-8. Everyone had their own space and kitchen- family room were comfortable for us to all hang out. Only negative comments were the pillows need to be updated and the condo was a little further from the town of Park City than we were expecting. Overall I would recommend Bobsled House

We loved every part of the Bobsled house. It is the very best place to stay in Park City. Probably the best house we have stayed at. The house was very accommodating to meet all our needs and then some. This house is in the perfect location. It very close to Olympic Park and shopping center. I do see us planning our next trip to Park City around the availability of Spacious Bobsled House.

This is a very well appointed home in a great location. Easy to get everywhere we needed without having to deal with downtown PC traffic on event days. Air conditioning was a god-send!! Will definitely try to get this home again next summer.

Spent the week with 3 kids and 5 former kids. It was a great location for the PC area. Everything is close by. Nice place, close to the community pool. We would go back again.

We had 6 adults on a ski trip. All went well. It was nice to have some spices, laundry detergent, soap, etc. Size was OK for 6 adults, but not many more; maybe 8 max.

I would love to leave a 5, however I cannot, due to the cleanliness of the home. There was large amounts of dust on surfaces, dirty dishes in bedrooms, no Garbage Container outside (only recycling). The home itself was great. Lots of room, good AC, great views, garage access, hot tub was cool, kitchen was well stocked. Great time at this place and would book again.

We had a group of 10 and we felt like there was plenty of room! The kids were able to relax in the hot tub after long days of playing lacrosse. House was very clean and organized. Plenty of towels and dishes were available for this big group! BBQ worked great and we were able to make nice dinners. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay here with some minor issues. Vacasa management were quick to respond to a toilet leak. First night there was a drunk loud group partying on their hottub deck across the way so loudly my daughter couldn’t sleep but luckily they left after that night. Home is beautiful, spacious, with great view and hot tub we enjoyed at night. Truly a gem!

Beautiful cabin. Pictures do not do this property justice. Had tons of amenities. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. Close enough to the ski area but far enough to not deal with the hectic traffic. Will definitely rebook if in the area.

The conveniently located home was comfortable and spacious. The furniture and decor were thoughtfully placed and reminiscent of the western experience we desired. The kitchen was well appointed for AM and PM meal preparation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend to others.

We had a party of 9 adults for a 3 day girls weekend. We had a great time and it was a great property in a beautiful location. The living/kitchen space was large and fit us all comfortably. Easy access to trails to walk/bike within walking distance, which was great. I wouldn't count on using the upper bunks for adults as they were a little wobbly, but there was a pull out couch in the basement that worked fine for 1 adult. Lovely place. :-)

Everything was super clean. We've stayed in A LOT of VRBO s and AirBNBs and this was easily the cleanest ever. Which I SO APPRECIATED. We loved the roominess and proximity to Summit County and Park City proper. Went to Midway, Heber, and Kamas quickly and easily. Lots.of food and shopping close by. Bike trails close by were exceptional. No regrets. Would stay again.

Really nice property. Our family of 12 had a great time! Plenty of seating and plenty of beds. The home worked out perfectly. Wish we could have stayed longer. The bunk beds were pretty wobbly and the kids were afraid to sleep on the top bunk. They need to be shored up to make them safer. Carpets were dirty as well, and it appeared that the master shower is growing mold!

This home was perfect for our family of seven! Not only was it beautifully decorated with quality furnishings, it was spacious, clean everywhere ( even kitchen drawers and cabinets!) and well-stocked with basics so we didn’t have to spend our family vacation time out shopping for things we only needed to use once or twice. ( dish, dishwasher, and laundry detergent, S&P, coffee filters, toilet paper, etc.). The kitchen appliances were new and the kitchen itself had everything a family would need to both basic and fancy meals. We highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again on our next vacation to PC!

Great place. While it sleeps 10 great the place is not great for small children as there is not much of an inside area to play. The location is great. There is only the use of one car garage because of the owners car which can make it tight on parking for a large group especially when there is a lot of snow fall. On the other hand the powder skiing was fantastic.

This is a super clean, beautifully decorated home in a great location. It was perfect for our large family gathering. The kitchen was fully stocked and a joy to cook in. I loved the large round dining table and comfortable den seating around the fireplace. It also has amazing views of the valley. I actually did a watercolor painting of the view from the window. Kids loved the hot tub and the fun log bunk beds. We all loved that it is close to the ski area but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful in the evening. Walmart and Whole Foods are 4 minutes away. It was perfect.

Our whole family loved this house. The kids loved the hot tub and the super cute log bunk beds. There were lots of games and puzzles for family fun. I loved the kitchen with everything i needed to prepare great meals and the large round glass dining table for enjoying dinner with the whole family. It was close to the ski mountains but still far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Also having the walmart and Whole Foods just around the corner was a plus. The view from the big window in the den by the fireplace was amazing and the whole house was beautifully decorated. Perfect home for creating great holiday memories.
