About this apartment rental
Our apartment offers two bedrooms, a full kitchen and Free Parking. Located in the middle of great shopping and fine dining. A five minute walk down to the beautiful Waterfront Park on Little Traverse Bay where you can stroll along the lake, take in a softball game, picnic while taking in fantastic sunsets or ride your bike for miles along the shore of Lake Michigan. It is a boating, fishing and golfing paradise.

Wonderful downtown location! Perfect for walking all around town and not too far of a drive from other great attractions like Petoskey state park. Owner was quick to respond to messages. Side note: great water pressure in the shower.

We absolutely loved this apartment in downtown Petoskey! It was convenient to everything and wonderfully appointed. The pictures don’t do it justice! Would definitely come back here to stay.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our trip. The location couldn't have been better: directly across the street from coffee and books and just a bit down from pizza. So many other coffee and food options (and shopping) super close. The apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable. And Tess was immediately responsive when we ran into a parking issue. One thing to note: for us the beds were a bit uncomfortable. But that is such a personal preference that I am still giving this property 5 stars.

What a gem! This listing is perfectly located and stocked with everything one might need for a vacation. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and made sure that we had all of the information we needed. The apartment is comfortable, easy to access, and the perfect size for the two of us. He would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location! Easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was not updated but has what you need and was clean. The towels could use a refresh, had some stains, but were clean. I’m glad someone told me to bring a bar of soap for the shower.
Great refrigerator with water and ice in the door, a real plus! Didn’t cook much, but kitchen seemed adequate. Would definitely stay again.

We had a weekend stay in Petoskey. This apartment over the Emma clothing store was very nice, clean and was in a very convenient location for downtown Petoskey. Within walking distance of many stores, a few pubs/restaurants and a coffee/sandwich shop across the street. 1 parking spot available in alley behind building along garage. We biked to Harbor Springs, and golfed at a nearby golf course, Crooked Tree. Was only a few minute drive.

Super location in the heart of downtown Petoskey. Nicely furnishing and well equipped, light filled spot. Proximity to good eating - Chandlers for dinner Julienne Tomato for breakfast were our favorites, Close by to lake shore walking, apple picking, wineries and cideries. Stopped at Hartwick Pines on the way up. Colors were gorgeous in early October.

We love this property. The home itself is well-appointed and really charmingly decorated. The owners have thought of many of the comforts that anyone might need! Our favorite thing about the property, though, is the wonderful location. We loved to look out the window to see what was happening down on Lake Street. And we loved walking to fantastic shops, parks, restaurants, running trails, you name it! We look forward to our next visit.

This was our second stay in this jewel of an apt. The location cannot be beat, the beds are so comfortable, the shower has great water pressure. Tess and John are fabulous to work with!

Great stay in downtown Petoskey with easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the lake.
We parked the car at check-in and didn't need it again for several days. There are so many adventures within walking distance! We rented bikes and rode to Harbor Springs for lunch, enjoyed Kilwins for ice cream, hiked the Bear Wilderness Rec area, did a scavenger hunt in downtown Petoskey, went shopping and checked out the lakefront park. Great for families due to the easy access to so many options. Great communications with the hosts as well!

Central air, comfy beds, clean towels, extra pillows, spacious kitchen and living room. (Bigger than the pictures I thought) The check in was a key pad so very easy. Things to note… bring your own shampoo and conditioner (obviously) and we didn’t cook so I didn’t check for pots and pans but they had oil and seasonings so I’m sure the kitchen was fully stocked. I couldn’t recommend this place more! We had a fantastic time! Thank you to the hosts!

Can't beat the location of this apartment! Across the street from Roast & Toast to start your day. In walking distance from shops, restaurants, and craft breweries. A few blocks from the Little Traverse Wheelway for bicycle enthusiasts like us. The owners were very responsive; we even got to meet them during our stay, a lovely couple. Would definitely stay here again and bring the rest of the family! Looking forward to their second apartment getting completed next door so we can rent them both in a year or two! :)

The kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals. The unit had some extras that I really appreciated, and are frequently missing in VRBOs: the lighting was excellent, the beds had night stands, and there were even plenty of quality hangars in the closets.
The internet was strong and reliable.
The location is the best. We walked to the park, all the shops, and several restaurants. There was also a covered space to leave our bikes.
Our stay was above expectation and we hope to stay again in the future.
