This fabulous 3-bedroom, 3 full bath, ocean-view villa is perfect for a large family or multiple couples, and the prime location offers something for everyone in your group.
The Villa is located in building 2 on the second floor at the SeaCrest Oceanfront Resort, overlooking North Forest Beach. There is so much charm in this villa you feel like you're in a beach cottage. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar for three and opens up to the living area and a dining area that seats six. The floor plan boasts 1750 sq. ft. of indoor living but also has some of the largest outdoor space of any of the SeaCrest villas, including two separate balconies. First, an oversized balcony patio perfect for family dining (a table that comfortably seats 6, with 4 additional chairs plus a lounge chair to enjoy Hilton Head’s beautiful sunsets). The second is a private balcony right off of the second primary bedroom perfect for sipping your coffee and enjoying the ocean views.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed, desk, an ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower and dual vanity, a walk-in closet, and sliding glass door access to the large balcony patio. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, desk, an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub, double vanity, walk-in closet, and sliding glass door access to a private balcony with ocean views. Bedroom 3 has two double/full-size beds and one twin trundle, and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom has access to the main bathroom, featuring a large rain shower and dual vanity. The Villa also offers a separate bar area with a wine fridge.

SeaCrest is located in the heart of everything, across the street from Coligny Plaza, the “downtown” of Hilton Head Island. Some of the best restaurants on the Island are a short walk away. Nearby Coligny Beach Park provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants (including three ice cream shops), a tasting room with local wines, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment.

Perfect location with a view of the pool and the ocean. The property had all the amenities of a home away from home. It was spacious for our family of seven and just across the street from restaurants and shopping.

This 3BR unit was exactly as described and pictured. Updated, roomy, comfortable and excellent location. Enjoyed the large balconies off the King rooms. The 4 and 7 year olds loved the large pool and the proximity to the beach. As did the adults - who also appreciated that the pool was heated and that their were plenty of loungers and tables with shade. Pool Bar Jim's is a wonderful asset - convenient for poolside drinks and lunch, accompanied by great service. Coligny Plaza, which is behind and just across the street is great for restaurants, ice cream and shopping.
This unit is owned by The Vacation Company and we were impressed with their management and service. They provided access to an online portal in advance with great information on accessing property, directions, supplies provided in unit and a list of suggestions for what to bring. We were also generally pleased with their communication and response to questions
This is without a doubt a 5 out of 5 property and we hightly recommend.

The condo was exactly as described, very well appointed and comfortable. Easy walk to many restaurants and easy drive to other locations. The beach is wide and great for walking and shelling. Would highly recommend this condo.

The property was in a perfect location. The condo was immaculate. We couldn’t have been more pleased. It was perfect for our family of five.

Great condo for family with 4 college age kids. Location is fantastic, walk to grocery store, restaurants, shopping. Unit is very close to beach and pools. Clean and bright. AC and appliances worked well. Only very minor issue was the need a few more utensils for our big group but would definitely stay again.

We had two condos. This one had two adults and two teens. They said it was great. Actually I was a little envious because they said the king in master was best they’ve ever slept in. Younger grandson had the queen bed room. His only issue was it had a separate air conditioning unit (which my kids loved that option in the other condo). It scared him and he ended up sleeping in the two doubles room. No biggie. Fun was had by all. Appreciate the updated, beautiful condo, the easy path to beach and pool bar Jim’s French fries and ranch.

Stayed with family of three children and grandparents ann plenty of space. Excellent location in complex - close to pool, beach and Coligny Plaza. Spacious and clean. Balcony allowed for a beautiful view. Renting bikes and beach chairs very easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would rent again.

What a great spot! I’m a little on the picky side, but this place checked all the boxes for us. Super clean, well stocked kitchen, great bathrooms, great view, furniture was comfortable. It just felt like home! We’ll absolutely be back. The only thing to note is the second master mattress is extremely firm and a more detailed guide about the property would’ve been helpful for the first night! We got elevators confused and didn’t know there was an indoor pool until the last day.

We truly enjoyed our stay; everything was lovely. The size of the condo is great, it was larger than we expected. The bathrooms have been updated and we loved the decor of the entire condo. It has great ocean views and the balcony overlooks the pools and some fountains. Just steps from the beach, restaurants and shops. They provided everything we needed. We have stayed a Sea Crest before and this is our favorite condo by far. Highly recommend.

The only possible downside is that it’s located next to the public beach so the beachfront can get very busy. We end up in the pool more often so wasn’t a big deal for us. Definitely recommend this rental!!

The kitchen is well equipped and has both a coffee maker and one for pod's. We liked having a separate small fridge as well where we kept bottle waters and other drinks so it did not take up room in the main fridge.
When we did not eat out we ate on the patio overlooking the ocean and the park like setting with water fountains. One of the wonderful experiences was simply sitting on the patio listening to the water fountains while taking in the ocean views. You have no idea that behind the complex is Coligny Plaza and all the shops and restaurants...as well as multiple ice cream shops. You truly are in your own world while still in the heart of everything going on.
We took advantage of VayK Gear (they offered a credit for staying here). We got 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and 2 boogie boards. When we arrived they were sitting right by our door.

Having 3 bathrooms it would make sense that many people can shower at the same time. We were never able to have all 6 of us shower within 1.5 hours of one another and all have hot water. This needs to be addressed. Otherwise we had a great time.

We loved our time here and the unit was even better than the pictures. There are no unpleasant surprises and the management group was extremely professional and responsive. Sea Crest is a great spot for families with the pool, beach and bar all easy to visit throughout the day. We will definitely be back and will try staying in this unit again.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Close to the beach, pools, and shopping. The inside of the condo was beautiful! We had 6 adults and 2 infants. There was plenty of space for everyone. You won’t be disappointed. The kitchen was great as well for cooking. Wonderful vacation!
