The property was just as listed. The kitchen was well stocked...we celebrated a 92nd birthday and had a family dinner and didn't need any additional kitchen tools. We enjoyed the front porch with lovely ocean breezes, and the back screened in porch. The only negative we had was the ice-maker was not working.

We so much enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful, tucked in a quiet neighborhood setting, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Access to the local club pool is the cherry on the cake. Cannot recommend this home and location enough!!

This is the second time that we have rented this property. We had a couple of glitches this time but they were promptly fixed. The swing broke and fell with my husband on it. Thank goodness he was agile and my grandchildren weren’t in it. He just hurt his arm and scraped up a bit but fine. The water issue with the guest bath was a bit of a challenge because no one could figure out how to get the water off. My husband and 3 sons dug ( with our grandkids beach shovels) for about an hour and a half to find the cutoff. The homeowner was responsive and a plumber was able to come and repair the problem same evening. Other than that all was well.

The house near Grand Pavilion was very nice, a short few blocks from the beach. Nice sized rooms, well stocked kitchen.

The house was wonderful. We had an issue with the front door lock but resolution was found. Some of the bedding linens were missing, I.e. pillow cases. Extra pillows would have been a plus. The location was perfect, short walk to beach, and pool access made our stay with kids perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Familiar with area, this area was perfect. Away from GP pools activity but still close enough for easy walk. Picturesque street lined with white picket fences. Quiet cul de sac. Would stay again.

July 2021 With Family
It was a lovely house and the location was awesome. Parking was a little troublesome as you're only allowed two cars. And you're not allowed to park in the street. We had multiple cars and a golf cart so that was tough at times. The house was very nicely decorated and had everything you could need to cook and be comfortable. However, a day before our arrival we were notified that the dryer didn't work and they were in the process of getting it fixed. We understand that things happen but it was the runaround we got that was very frustrating. We were told we could take our stuff to a laundry mat on the Island if we needed. That was the initial solution they came up with. We decided to just hang as we needed until they were to come and fix it a couple of days into our trip. Since most of us traveled by plane we packed light knowing there was a washer and dryer. We were told they would be out on Tuesday to fix it so we purposely didn't wash thinking we would make up for it after it was fixed. We waited all day and nothing. (we didn't have to wait for them but we anticipated the fix), Later in the evening when they hadn't come we called the property manager that we had been cooresponding with and they said the schedule was overbooked and they would come the next day. The next day no show. We called again that night and they told us a part was ordered and wouldn't be there until Friday! A day before we were to leave. How was a part being ordered when no one had been out to look at it? We felt like they were totally dishonest with us. We had multiple texts and calls about our frustration and finally were told on Thursday evening that we could send our laundry out on Friday morning to a service and they would take care of it. Mind you, if we sent it out Friday morning it would not have been returned to us in time for us to check out on Saturday so that would not work. Some might not think that a dryer is not a big deal but we would never have chosen a house if it didn't have a dryer. Again, we know that things happen, but this house was not cheap and we felt like weren't told the truth from the property manager from the beginning. After all the frustration we asked for $500 back but were given $300 which is better than nothing. The weather was perfect so that made up for any frustrations. We loved the house but not quite 5 star with mold in the ice maker, broken shutters on the front door and dresser drawers that fell out.

Thoroughly enjoyed the property, clean and well-equipped. Love being in Wild Dunes. Proximity to everything is great! Two things that definitely need to be addressed are 1) the Master bed mattress MUST be replaced. Serious wear and indentations in the mattress.
2)please stock up on a dish towel or two and leave some double A batteries for the kitchen faucet. It stopped working and we had to pillage batteries from all the remotes in the house. It was 10pm and we couldn’t go out to the store for replacements.
But I still gave the property 5 stars- great venue

The property was lovely. We traveled with 6 adults and three young children. We especially liked the short, easy walk to the beach and the screened back porch where we ate most of our meals and played games.

Perfect Family Beach Trip
We absolutely loved this property. It was very convenient for our family to stay together and worked well with the kids. We enjoyed many family meals around the great big dining room table (cooking our own fish from the fresh fish market right there on the Isle worked great for us!). The walk to the beach was so doable and extra easy with our golf cart rental because they have a parking area for the golf carts right down by the beach. The house is located on a cul de sac which was perfect with the kids; we could sit on the front porch and watch them ride bikes and play in the cul de sac with very minimal traffic. We did have an issue with the air conditioning quitting on us one morning, but the property manager responded to me very quickly and sent someone over to have it fixed so it was all set within a few hours! Some areas of the house had not been cleaned very well but as a whole it was in great condition. We debated our stay because of many COVID closings around, but we were very happy we chose to go and enjoyed things not being as crowded. There are great restaurants and so many fun things to do right there on Isle of Palms, and we also enjoyed putt putt in Mt. Pleasant and checking out downtown Charleston. The house was very well equipped and we would absolutely stay here again!

An amazing getaway
We could not have asked for a better getaway than what we had here. Our group had four adults and four kids (9 and under) and the house was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the pool and beach. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac which allowed the kids to ride bikes without us having to worry about traffic. The house had all the amenities we could ask for and we loved sitting out on the screened in back porch at night. We ran into some issues with a few of the resort amenities (due to COVID-19), but the property owner was able to help us figure out what was going on and quickly resolved them for us.
I can't recommend this property highly enough.

July Beach Trip
Excellent location in Wild Dunes. Walking distance to Boardwalk, pools, beach, tennis, etc. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned but looked like it just may have been an oversight from the prior occupants. Very well stocked with cooking utensils. The only negative was the lack of pantry space for food items as all cabinets were completely filled with dishes and other items so we had to leave much of our stuff on the counters and in bins. High quality linens and bedding and overall an excellent place to stay.

Pics and description don't do this property justice
This property and the rental experience was excellent from start to finish. The property manager was prompt, responsive and professional. No concerns at any time with booking, etc.
The property itself is undersold on the website, in my opinion. Its location within Wild Dunes is exceptional- SO close to the beach path and the clubhouse where the pools are located. My family members kept saying that they couldn't believe how close it is to the beach. Having access to the two resort pools and the adjacent beach bar offered a nice change of pace from daily beach-going. It is right in the heart of the Wild Dunes action, yet you would never know as it's very quiet and feels removed from any hustle and bustle.
The house itself is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac, which was so nice for allowing the kids to play outside without worry. Neighbors brought bikes, and our kids played ball without fear of traffic. You can easily sit on the expansive front porch and watch the kids play. Again, the location is superb.
The house was beautiful. The two porches provide many options for space, although we didn't use them much as it was SOOOO hot during our week. There were plenty of spaces for us to spread out so that we could have a little time away from one another, and the kids loved to hang out in the two-queen room upstairs. The kitchen was the most well-appointed kitchen I have ever seen in a rental home; they were lacking for nothing.
I cannot recommend this property enough! I have been renting homes country-wide for over 40 years, and this home exceeded my high expectations. Thanks for a great stay!

Just perfect!
This is out 7th year at wild dunes with our family of 9. This location have us a little more privacy than most, while still being a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach or pool. House was extremely clean and had the amount of space we needed. Loved the porches! We had a slight issue with ants, but the property manager jumped right on it the minute I notified her. Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way!
The owners are wonderful people and respond quickly to questions. This was our fourth time renting this property. Spacious enough for 10 with plenty of room to do your own thing. A beautiful home with wonderful porches, one in front with rockers and swing and a large screened in porch in back. The house is on a picturesque, quiet cul de sac. I’ve visited with adults only and with young children - both vacations were great. Three minutes to ocean front on a boardwalk that opens to two large pools with a covered bar and food gazebo in the middle. I’m coming back in 3 months!

This home was perfect for our family and additional teen friends. We love the quiet cultasac and sitting on the front and back porches. The home owners keep the home very clean and have so many kitchen supplies. The renters before us had broke the outside grill but that was out of their control. We managed without it.

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect vacation!
This house is lovely and welcoming, we felt at home the minute we walked in. Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious, not a detail was missed to make this the perfect place to spend a family vacation. Location is great, in a nice quiet area, and yet close to everything, with only a short walk to the pool, beach, and other amenities. The owners could not have been more accommodating, and everything went very smoothly. Before we even left we were discussing coming back again, and I have already recommended it to friends and other family members.

Awesome Home! Loved it.
Great location, beautiful home, clean, spacious, fabulous. Lots of dishes made cooking easy. Only recommendation is to leave a cupboard empty for putting non-perishables. The food pantry is locked and all cupboards have dishes in them. We had to put food on the counter for the week.
