About this house rental
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been recently renovated throughout. The master bedroom is very spacious with a sitting area and large bathroom. 3 of the four bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining area that seat 8 comfortably. There is a bonus sitting room with a desk and printer for your use, as well as a large mudroom to hang skis and keep winter wear. The backyard has 2 great seating areas and a BBQ. The Urban Trail, which extends for over 50 miles through and around Flagstaff is located 2 houses down and is great for walking, running or biking. Thorpe Park is just 2 blocks away and has tennis, handball, basketball, baseball fields and a dog park. Many music venues are hosted here. The heart of downtown Flagstaff is less than a mile away. The backyard is spacious and private with gas BBQ and lots of seating. We are located in a perfect spot to explore the Grand Canyon or Sedona, ski Snowbowl, visit NAU, or enjoy the unique town and great dining in Flagstaff.

We enjoyed our stay in this home due to the comfortable accommodations, great proximity to downtown, several parks, several hiking trails, and the welcoming atmosphere including the enclosed yard for our pup. We are already planning a return!

This home is spacious and comfortable, beautifully landscaped, furnished and decorated, and generously stocked with everything you may need. Our host, Nancy, was very responsive to questions before and during our stay and had left us a very kind and thoughtful welcoming card and gift. The location was perfect for our stay to attend a family member's graduation and subsequent celebratory events. I would give 10 stars if I could! Whether your visit is for business or pleasure, I very highly recommend this property, as it will elevate your overall experience.

Had a great week in Flagstaff at this home. Spectacular set up, great outdoor spaces, well maintained home and super view of the San Fransisco Peaks! Nancy communicated very well and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

When planning for a major trip, I like to plan a solid year ahead of time. Therefore, I have a lot of choices in regards to lodging. This home has to be the best that we have ever had the pleasure to stay at!! Every need you may have seems to be anticipated - from snacks to a bottle of wine to a box of Kleenex in more than one room. Absolutely fantastic. And so clean!!
The communication with the owner, Nancy, is very easy and very quick to reply :)
One of the mornings as I was having my breakfast and coffee and sitting in the little room off of the kitchen with comfortable chairs and some sunshine coming in I thought, how can I change up my own home a little bit in order to make it THIS comfortable.

Nancy was a fantastic host. She was very attentive with anything we needed, which was not much as the home is very well appointed and stocked. The decor was lovely and she even offered us early check in and late check out. We will definitely stay again, and recommend to anyone else looking to visit Flagstaff.

Enough space for us all! Well equiped kitchen, everything you'd need to cook. Super clean, great bathrooms and bedrooms. In one minute we were at the Ski Haus getting our equipment, or dinner at Josephine's..... Or just going down the hill to downtown Flag, Babbits for headlamps or Dark Sky Brewing after Snowbowl. We came to ski, just hung a left out of our street and a straight shot to the resort. Will stay again and get to use those bikes. Best location ever!

The home was very spacious and inviting. We had plenty of room for four adults. Everything was well appointed. Host left us a little welcome gift which was a pleasant surprise. Beds were comfortable and the house had all the conveniences of home. Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Great location from downtown and skiing. We would highly recommend to stay at this home. Great communication from host. We can't wait to go back.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The home has an ideal location with access to the urban trail and easy walk downtown. The backyard with deck was perfect for our family gathering. Everything inside was comfortable and very accommodating. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Nancy provided great communication and was very open and accommodating.

A beautiful home in a perfect location. It is clean and has everything you would need for a trip up north. I feel it is in an ideal location because it is centrally located in the city and close to virtually everything but in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. We weren't worried about getting snowed in as the city keeps the roads clear. It is a short drive to just about everything in northern Arizona that you might want to see. My family of 6 adults and 1 child were very comfortable. Nancy, the owner, could not be any more accommodating and made our granddaughter's first trip to the snow a memorable one.

We had a great time in Flagstaff and the accommodations were a big part of that. The house is clean and so well equipped. The owner is very responsive and a wonderful host. Flagstaff is a darling town to explore and the house was close to everything!

My friends and I stayed at Nancy’s house for a ski weekend in Flagstaff. The house was in great condition, super clean and very spacious. The backyard was a nice size and fenced in so our dogs could play safely. And Nancy was a LOVELY host. Super responsive and even left us a welcome note and some dinner recommendations!

Clean, cozy house made for the perfect retreat in snowy Flagstaff. We loved the mud room and backyard deck for winding down after skiing at Snowbowl. The home was well-stocked, and Nancy was great with communication and check in/check out. Would love to stay again sometime!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in this home! Not only did Nancy have the home decorated beautifully and made our Christmas vacation even better, but she left us snacks, a bottle of wine, and a beautiful Christmas card for our arrival! The house is an easy commute to the Grand Canyon, Snowbowl, and downtown Flagstaff. We needed this vacation and it was everything I wanted and more!

The house was so lovely! It was open yet had plenty of cozy nooks for added relaxation. The house was fully stocked with everything that you needed to feel at home and the beds were super comfy.
Our 17 month golden was in heaven with the yard and the close by nature path and dog park.

Stayed here to visit the Grand Canyon for a few days. Place was located perfectly and was just over an hour drive to the Canyon. House was set up great, had everything for cooking, grilling, and just hanging out at night with family. Would highly recommend this home if staying in Flagstaff.

Great location and great house for a family. We stayed for an extended weekend and wish we had more time to enjoy the cool weather. The backyard is great as well. Host was amazing, we look forward to staying here in the near future!

We had a very comfortable stay and found the property to be perfect for two families with children. The house was very clean and the host has thought of everything to make your stay easy and relaxing. The home was extremely well stocked and the location cannot be beat! It is located in a lovely neighborhood just minutes from downtown Flagstaff. It’s also walking distance to multiple parks, trails and restaurants. When we weren’t out exploring Flagstaff, we spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying the beautiful weather and private backyard. This property has it all and you won’t be disappointed! Our host Nancy was very easy to work with and she even welcomed us with a handwritten note, snacks a bottle of wine. Such a nice touch! Thank you for your hospitality Nancy, we can’t wait to visit again!

We loved our experience at Nancy’s home. The property is very cozy and perfectly kept, and just what we were looking for. The location was perfect for destinations in all directions, a perfect home base. We were greeted with a wonderful gift basket with lots of treats. Nancy supplied us with a book of restaurants and places to see. We will definitely go back and recommend her home to our friends and family. Check in at this home was very simple. The property owners were very responsive, helpful, understanding, and overall kind to deal with. The residence was very clean and well kept. There's everything you need to cook, clean, biking, and much more! The location is great as well! It is very close to downtown, restaurants, and activities. I would highly recommend this place!

We are so glad we found this spot! We stayed here for a weekend ski trip and it was perfect, although it would also be great for a spring or summer hiking adventure as well. Location makes it easy to get anywhere you want to go and neighborhood is quiet with a Mountain View! Nancy was a super gracious host and would absolutely stay here and recommend to all. It was a celebration of my son Brady's 39th birthday. He wanted to snowboard on his birthday (he grew up in a ski town but has lived in AZ for the past 18 years). So off we went for a three night stay in Flagstaff. Our group included my girlfriend, Marcia, and her 44 year daughter and four year old granddaughter, and my 39 year old son and five year old granddaughter. It was a first ever venture for our three generation group. Nancy's house was perfect. The grandkids skied and played together joyously. The house had a comfortable living room with gas fireplace, four bedrooms, and a perfect sun room with three easy chairs and great afternoon sun. My favorite moment, of many favorite moments, was sitting in the sunroom after a day of skiing at Snowball, drinking lattes in the sun room at 4pm with my girlfriend, and her fully grown adult daughter, and my fully grown adult son, listening to the girls giggling in the bathtub down the hallway), as though this was something we do and enjoy all the time; even though this trip was an experiment and something that we put together on a moment's notice.
Nancy's house is roomy, has great light, a remarkably well-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace in the living room, and a large dining room and table adjacent to the living room. Nancy was always responsive.
The stay was easy and a joy.
