Completely redone 2 Br, 2.5 bath Gulf Front condo with updated, fully supplied kitchen and new washer/dryer. New flooring throughout. New closets, ceiling fans on the main level and in the bedrooms. Unit has been completely repainted and replumbed. All fixtures, sinks and vanities updated. Master bedroom has new king bedding, completely redone private bath and overlooks the beautiful marina and Lake Powell. Second bedroom has twin beds and gorgeous gulf and pool views. Main floor living room has brand new Queen sleep sofa with upgraded mattress, new furniture and Gulf View. Flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom with upgraded cable channels and Wi-fi. Our home rents from Sunday to Sunday.

This condo is exactly what you need as a family with two young children! Safety was a top priority- right away I noticed the gated community with someone manning the gate 24/7. We had to verify our pass and entrance each time. Extremely beautiful grounds and well kept community, this truly is a hidden gem!!! Perfect for a family vacation! The owner, Vicki was quick to respond and very kind, answering any question I had. The condo was extremely quiet, we all rested very well. The beds are extremely comfortable. It is very apparent that Vicki spent time and paid attention to detail with updating and designing/decoration the condo. It is beautiful. The condo is newly updated, clean and had ample supply of items needed for daily living. The closeness to the beach and pool made it easy to switch back and forth with kiddos. The pool was well maintained and even has a great snack/bar area to buy snacks/drinks. The location was perfect, close enough to everything you would want/need, yet the gated community allows for quiet, peaceful relaxation at the same time. The beach was beautiful, plenty of seashells to collect, and easy to walk. It was never crowded, lots of space for kids to run and play and spend time building sandcastles. The community had so many perks, movie night at the pool was neat and the kids loved it. Live music during one of the days at the pool! I cannot say enough for how wonderful this condo and location was. We will surely be back! Thank you Vicki!

The unit itself is beautiful and recently remodeled and very spacious. It offered all the supplies we needed for cooking. Unfortunately, the unit was not cleaned when we arrived, due to an unexpected conflict with the cleaning service, so we did have to clean the unit ourselves upon arrival after a very long drive. However, the owner was very gracious and apologetic, and did extend a partial refund to us, which we appreciated. We really enjoyed the views from this unit, and the convenience of being so close to the beach, which was very uncrowded at this time.

This was our second stay in Summer Dreams. It will definitely not be our last. Once again, it was absolutely perfect. It is incredibly beautiful from the furnishings to the views. We can't wait to get back!!

The location and beaches are beautiful. The condo was wonderful and a great size for our family. It was clean and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. I loved both balconies, especially the quiet one off the main bedroom. The owner was a great communicator and provided all the information ahead of time for our stay.

This was our second trip here, and again this year it was terrific in all repects. Accomodation more then adequate, being really well maintained,clean and well stocked. Communication with Vicky excellent and easy to deal with: In fact ,try as we might; could find nothing negative. Would definitely come in the future Marg and Ron Ontario Canada

The property was very clean and inviting! The host was very responsive and the views from both balconies were better than any picture can show. We felt right at home! We enjoyed a very relaxing and fun trip. This was our 2nd stay at Pinnacle Port and won’t be our last! We will be booking this unit again for our yearly girls trip.

April 2023 Tastefully decorated and really well stocked Felt like being at home. Communicating with owner was easy and prompt. Great views from either balcony Especially the one beach side for relaxing with cocktails during sunset. Heated pool, workout room, library and beach all got good use. Shopping and eating all close by. We spent a month here. It was great to get away from winter. It went by in a flash. Looking forward to coming back next year

The property has very nice views from both balconies. The building is clean and quiet. Plenty of parking spaces. Steps from the beach. Away from the busy part of PCB but close enough to shopping, restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed very much the sunrises and sunsets!

The condo was wonderful and cozy. I love the floor plan with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is another half bath on the first floor. I also love that is had two balconies. We enjoyed ourselves. Easy check-in and checkout. Absolutely beautiful beaches. We come to Pinnacle Port every year. Worth the visit.

The check in process was fast and easy. However, if you have never been to the condos the check in staff does not help with finding the condo. The condo is located to the right of the property and houses are throughout the route to the condos. The owner of the condo is amazing. She answered every question I had very quickly. Will rent from again. Condo was clean and great for our stay. The 2 balconies were great! And the view from the other bedroom was wonderful.

Overall Pinnacle Port is a great place to stay. It was on the far end of PCB so to drive to certain restaurants like Pineapple Willies and Sharky's it took around 20 min. The condo has beautiful views out all sides. Amazing and comfortable king size bed in the master. Washer and dryer with a bathroom downstairs was great. I wish there were more hooks to hang wet bath suits on. Cleanliness could have been better. We had to move a chest in the middle of the floor because of the baby pulling on it and it was dirty all underneath. And the master bathroom shower curtain had mold. Only other downside was to do with the resort itself and not the condo. To get to the beach you have to go down stairs which is frustrating when you have a wagon full of beach toys and kids in tow. All in all we would definitely stay here again. Vicki was great to work with and easy to communicate with!

Great place for taking a break! The property is an excellent place to enjoy the beach. The pool is great and the location is awesome. Vickie, the hostess, is very prompt in replying to your questions. Definitely a place I would go to again!

This is our second time staying at Pinnacle Port. We enjoy the location away from the business of PCB... Condo was beautiful, comfy beds, beautiful views. Only thing I might suggest is updating the master bathroom but it was functional.. The rest of condo has been updated. Great stay enjoyed it!!!!!

We stayed at Pinnacle Port before, but at a different unit. This particular unit had gorgeous views of the bay and the beach from the balcony. The unit was clean with fully equipped kitchen and met our needs. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very well kept and beautiful. The most stocked kitchen I seen, anything you needed it was there. There was a few upgrades going on in the lobby/ pool area but it didn't bother us and looks like it will be a beautiful addition to the facility once complete. Will definitely visit again!

This condo had all the comforts of home. Clean and well decorated. Was worried about elevators, but they were quick and never really had to wait. Great views from both balconies. Close access to the pool and ocean. Love being on the west end, much quieter but not a far drive for family activities. I do wish the master bedroom had a king sized bed and bathroom showers could use a little updating. But we will definitely be staying here again. Owner was quick to respond to all questions throughout the entire booking/stay.
