A converted malthouse in a gated courtyard with four bedrooms sleeping seven people in Brewer’s Quay, Weymouth.
George’s House is located in one of Weymouth’s most desirable locations and has four bedrooms, 1 x super-king size (can be made as twin), 1 x king-size with en-suite, 1 x single (with pull-out single), 1 x single and a family bathroom. The property has an open plan living area and a small balcony with furniture at the front of the property. Has off road parking for one car. George’s House is in Kellaway Court, a gated development just a few moments stroll from Weymouth’s harbour making it a popular holiday choice for any family.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, Blu Ray. WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available on request. Off road parking for one car. Small balcony. One well-behaved dog welcome, charge of £21 per pet per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 30 secs walk. Harbour 3 mins walk.
Town: This thriving area called Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated right at the very heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. Now a popular destination with many restaurant’s café and bars making it a vibrant location where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked in the harbourside streets here you will find original Tudor harbour buildings estimated to have built 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible facts and artefacts, there is more to this seaside town than meets the eye. The harbour is home to the lifting bridge where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge into the town with it’s winding streets of boutique shops and onto the seafront Esplanade and beach. Brewers Quay is a much loved location in Weymouth.
