About this house rental
Our home is located on the desirable, southwest side of Bend in the heart of best recreation activities that Oregon has to offer. Easy access to Mt. Bachelor skiing, fly fishing on remote lakes, mtn. biking, rafting, kayaking or the Old Mill District & Factory Outlet shopping are all just minutes away. Our location is closer to Mt. Bachelor than sunriver and has the added advantage of being just a few minutes to downtown Bend.
Our two-story home is spacious, bright and airy. It offers a quiet retreat for guests to get together and not feel like they are on top of one another. The gas range is ideal for the master chef, the large dining room table is warmed by the fireplace and soft sunsets. The great room offers a gathering area for games and entertainment. The front and back porches are available for those wanting to spend some time outside while at home. Sadly for our view, the trees have grown and we can no longer see Mt. Bachelor from upstairs, but we do still have a glimpse of the sisters.
We make it a priority that our home be clean for every visit, all year. Our cleaners do a much better than average job and during this time are taking all extra precautions recommended, including sanitizing all high touch surfaces.

The property was clean, very spacious, fully stocked, was a beautiful home, and had plenty of beds for everyone! The owner was quick to respond with any questions and gave very clear instructions for the home! The check out instructions were great, they didn’t ask for too much to be done and was very basic in my opinion. Like things you should be doing while staying at someone’s home! We had 6 adults and 4 children and it fit all of us perfectly with still space to move! The location was amazing and close to everything. The neighborhood was super cute and we enjoyed watching a the wildlife walk around.

We walked into the house after our long drive from California, ran around looking at all the rooms, and pronounced the place "perfect" for our family, and it was! Beautifully laid out and furnished, lots of room (and rooms) for all of us, and really convenient--a wide driveway, an attached garage for coming and going to the car at night, a clean, quiet and very safe-feeling neighborhood, and pretty much everything we'd ever want was there in the house, from three couches to tea and coffee to extra blankets to note pads, scotch tape and scissors. And bonus: the hosts had put up a Christmas tree with lights and left extra Christmas socks for us to stuff. We loved being there.

House and location are perfect! The house had everything you need and is very roomy. The back patio area was a fun place to gather around for meals. I’ve never stayed at a place with such a well-stocked kitchen! It made cooking easy. There was a large selection of spices, condiments, and an assortment of teas. If you need 5-bedrooms, this is it! Plus minutes to Old Mill District, shops, and the river.

The whole process of booking the stay was so easy, and the house was exactly as expected. It was in a great location, and we were even able to hear a concert from the Ampitheater nearby. Very happy that we rented this house

Our group included grandparents (us), our 2 daughters and their children (8 total). The house fitted our needs to a "T". The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the volcanic monument, as well as shops and stores downtown. It's really a great place. We enjoyed it.

The property is clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cooking supplies. The bathrooms have no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Beds and bedding are not comfortable. The decor and furniture is old and outdated.

The property was perfectly located for our stay. We traveled from CA for a Jack Johnson concert. The home was roomy and clean, completely equipped with all we needed. We were in walking distance from everything. The property owners were responsive to all our needs. Excellent place to stay in Bend.

We were a group of friends getting together to enjoy the long weekend. The house was just perfect to accommodate all of us very comfortably. We enjoyed playing games on the very large dining table. Great, easy access to all things Bend. We will stay again if we can ever make it to Bend again.

First trip to Bend
House is clean, stocked, and in a nice neighborhood not to far from Mill District. Lots of room in the house and huge table for playing games which we really enjoyed. Beds were a little small (I prefer a King), but moderately comfortable. Easy access to the HWY and quick drive into town. We will be back to Bend again as we have much more to experience!

Nice Place, great location
We had a great time, the property fit us well with kids and adults. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is great, close to Old Mill and very close to the river walk. There were games for the kids and adults. We did not use the back deck. The only issue is the furniture. The beds were uncomfortable, very stiff. And we don't have any muscle/joint issues. So someone who has those problems would probably have a sleepless night. And the living room furniture is very worn and lumpy. The futon needs to go as the mattress does not stay in place but neither does the couch seats. I think just updating the furniture is needed. Besides that, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for multiple family members to stay - grandma stayed on bottom floor so she didn't have to use the stairs!

Great spacious and well supplied home.
The home was very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. This home is great for a large group. The kitchen is set up to handle most any type of cooking. There is a BBQ outside, but we never used it. Location was close to any type of recreation, food and shopping desired. We had a great time. Thank you for all you do to make the home a great place to stay.

Great location and house for a group
This is the fourth time our mountain bike group has stayed here. There is five bedrooms, three bathrooms and large kitchen, dining and living room that fits our group of 9 adults very comfortably. Great location to access trails, restaurants and breweries. And the check-in and host communication is great.

Snowy Bend Christmas
We booked this property as a gathering place for family at Christmas. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to prepare a Christmas dinner. The large dining table by the fireplace was a cozy place to gather and play games. I would suggest replacing one of the couches for something more comfortable.
We enjoyed staying in this home and the easy access to the river trails and downtown Bend.

Great hub to enjoy all of Bend
With 5 bedrooms, perfect place for a bunch of guys to stay, play golf, fish, etc. The online pictures don't do it justice. It's laid out really well. Clean, comfortable. Just about every kitchen tool you may need. Garage is open for your gear... and it's in a location central to just about everything.

Wonderful, fully stocked home!
I have rented quite a few homes in my day and never expect the home to come stocked with extra items that I would keep in my own home, however, this place had just about everything! Spice selection, blender, skewers, bbq lighter, extra towels, etc. We had a small incident with the cleaning crew not leaving the key in the lock box but the owner was very responsive (especially for a holiday weekend) and we were able to get in the garage door right away. I would recommend staying in this home!

Great For A Group
I booked the house for a guys weekend. There were six of us and the house was great. There is a large common area for hanging out and lots of bedrooms. The house was clean and had a great location not far from town. I would definitely stay here again!
