Great for families! Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor oceanfront condo unit with very large, BRAND NEW IN 2021 beachfront deck (I'd bet one of the largest condo decks in all of Ocean City!), private parking and amazing oceanfront views! Open floor plan with central A/C. Oceanfront Master bedroom has ocean view, 2 queen beds and on suite bath. Bedroom two has 2 twin beds. Granite counters in renovated kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, HD cable TV, new carpet, everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Open the back door, step off the deck right onto the beach! You can literally park your car, and cares here and walk to everything you want to do. Sun, surf, sand...and you!

Private access to the dunes made it easier to accommodate a variety of needs across a significant range in ages. Nice hose washing station just off deck for rinsing feet and beach gear. Easy to climb on and off the back porch, only one step.
Condo was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze.

The condo is exactly how the photos look. We were able to communicate very easily with the hosts. Check in & check out was easy. Very clean, able to walk to mini golf, restaurants & ice cream! Out of hosts control, the beach was extremely crowded.

We very much enjoyed our time at Ashley and Matt’s condo. The proximity to the beach was amazing. It was nice and spacious for a family of four. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

So nice to walk right out onto the beach with your things. Within seconds we were on a nice family beach. Ground level is great! Also, the covered carport with a private parking spot designated for you directly in front of the entry door was fabulous! No hot car! It was so easy carrying luggage, food, souvenirs etc. Made coming and going places very easy knowing that we had a spot waiting for us in front of the door. Condo was just as described. Clean, and nice. Looked just as the pictures show. We enjoyed the beach chairs that were already there. I brought ours, so hope this helps others. I also saw sand toys, and a beach umbrella in the condo as well. Great to know because it saves car space if you are traveling to just use what is already there. My son, and I played the wooden chess game in the cabinet. The games are a nice touch! Oh, and the ocean sounds/views from the sliding door, and bedroom window was great! So peaceful. I would slide the bedroom window open and listen to the ocean for a bit before bed. Communication from the owners was wonderful! Ashlee had great suggestions to places to dine, and recreation. Very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

It’s about 20 mins drive to the ocean city boardwalk but the place is quite and nice . Good ocean views out the windows , if I didn’t want to shop , would be the best place and best price . East parking spot and checking process . Easy communication with the owners.

We have been to this property twice ans both times have been great. This place is perfect for my young family. Last year our youngest started walking here and being on on ground level was really helpful coming and going. This year being able to go back and forth to the beach with ease is amazing. Highly recommend for a young family looking a beach adventure with a lot of things are super convenient.

This was our second year staying and Ashlee and Mark’s. The location can’t be beat. Right on the beach and close to all the places we like when we visit OC. Family friendly and much quieter than southern OC, which we prefer!

Uptown OCMD
We chose North Ocean City for our family vacation and it did not disappoint. The place was well kept the cleaning was even done early allowing us to start our week early. Communication was a breeze any and all questions were met with a speedy response and she even added a suggestion for fireworks on Sunday that the kids really enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here.

The check in process was super easy. The location was very quiet and safe. It was amazing to go to bed listening to the ocean and to be right on the beach within 45 seconds.

Anniversary getaway
Nice little weekend getaway for my wife and I for our 18th wedding anniversary. Falling asleep to the crashing of the waves was great. Beautiful early morning walks on beach with an amazing sun rise. Just what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay! The location can’t be beat. You just walk out the back door and it’s a quick trip to the beach. No elevators to contend with for load-in and having a designated parking spot was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay!!! Wonderful property right on the beach-- you can't beat that! We loved the front deck, spent a ton of time out there. The sound of the ocean in the living room and master bedroom just melts the stress away. We would love to come back!

Park the car, no need to drive until you leave for home. Has everything for a huge range of ages. We were 4 generations from 5 up to 73. Perfect, had everything! Clean, and questions were handled immediately by Ashley. Will book with her again!

Weekend on the Ocean
This place was a lovely weekend getaway on the ocean. Walking right out to the ocean from the patio was a selling point for us. The beach was not that busy and the area was quiet. The directions the owners provided made everything easy. They went above and beyond with answering our questions and making us feel at home. I would not hesitate to rent this again...all around good experience.

Great place, even in off season. Can't beat the location right on the beach, large deck to enjoy sitting outside, plenty of great restaurants near by. Master bedroom also faces the ocean - beautiful sunrises and you can hear the ocean at night - amazing!

A Great Family Get Away
My family and I vacationed here for an extended weekend. I have a seven year old, four year old and one year old. My oldest two children are neurodiverse, and we consider property details when we vacation to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
I chose this property because it was right on the beach and north of the busy parts of OCMD. We wanted to avoid other people as much as possible due to COVID.
I also liked the spacious living room area to make sure the kids had good space to play and not run into anything. The furniture is kid friendly and set up in a way where little hands can't get into much. We only had to move some freestanding lamps out of the way, which was no big deal.
The gated deck was a huge plus, because we could send the kids out there (even the one year old) and see them from the big, beautiful, ocean-facing sliding glass doors. They were secure with the latch gate and got to soak up the sun for hours.
There is direct beach access which was great. The kids thought it was fun to walk down the "secret path" to get to the beach.
Another huge bonus for families was that we couldn't bring a baby gate and gate off the kitchen and hallway to keep the toddler out of things. That is always a plus to find in vacation homes so you don't need to worry about toddlers getting into cleaning supplies and stuff under the sink.
The hosts, Ashlee and Matt, were awesome and very communicative and helpful. We can't wait to plan another escape here, since it worked for our family in so many practical ways.

Great place!
We had a wonderful experience! The place was exactly as described and the location couldn’t be beat. It was clean, good space and right on the beach :-) the owners were highly communicative and friendly. The only consideration I would add would be to have cable and Internet available for those of us in the winter months. That put up a little bit of a barrier but nothing we couldn’t overcome. It’s just limited some of our activities that we would normally do.
