Our stay in Moab was fabulous and having such a wonderful place in a lovely area to stay made it perfect! It was so quiet. A huge thank you to the owners for sharing their little piece of heaven with us! They were so accommodating. The home is very comfortable and the layout worked well for our group. The deck and yard are incredible, which is where we spent most of our time when we weren't out exploring - lots of sitting and eating space. No negative comments at all!

We loved our stay in Moab! This house is nice and close to Moab, yet far enough out that you have some privacy. LOVE the view from the house and how close it is to both Canyon lands and Arches National Parks. We had 5 kids staying ranging in age from 1-10 so the swing set and the hot tub were both thoroughly enjoyed! We also appreciated the nice big kitchen table for our meals.
If I could give a couple recommendations it would be to get some tv trays of some sort in the living room so that adults have somewhere to set a beverage when sitting in there and we found no beach towels available to use for the hot tub, but we made due using the bath towels and washing them.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this house! Very family friendly.

Sendero worked out perfectly for our group of 11. The yard was the perfect spot for kids to play after a day of hiking. The house is spacious and still cozy. We’d stay here again.

Adult family of seven for the Thanksgiving holiday! Cooked lots of food, played games, hiked, biked, watched movies and had a wonderful time. The house has everything you will need for a relaxing adventure. Lots of beds, hot water, big yard (played some soccer.. ) fully equipped and the host is awesome. Immediately helped with any questions. Just go and enjoy!

The property was very nice. For the most part it was clean. Our dogs found some morsels on the floor. Other than that it was very nice. The oven should be checked. We couldn't get a temperature above 287.

Property was a great set up for multi family. Three full bathrooms plus one half bath was very convenient. Pull through driveway and lots of parking space!!

The property was perfect size wise, location, amenities and ease of use.
We thought we would have the use of the garage and did not but understand how construction works. Bbq supplies were out, we purchased and left for the property and sprinklers were on a lot limiting yard use and somewhat inconvenient.
All and all we loved the property and will definitely seek it out again when headed to Moab.

We had an excellent time. Our VRBO was excellent. Just as described. We needed for nothing. It was completely equipped. The location worked well for us, as we never drove more than 25 min to a trail head. I would book this property again.

We had a group of 13 and were more than comfortable at Doug's Sendero property. The house is located less than 20 mins from Arches National Park in a quiet, homey neighborhood. The house itself was great. Comfortable beds, all the necessary amenities and household items, and plenty of spaces to lounge and relax in. Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this property again.

The check in was a breeze, air conditioning was blasting and much needed in July, lots of attention to detail in the layout and stocking of supplies. On top of the logistics of vacation, views are breathtaking and there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out, inside and outside!

House was gorgeous and great location. Plenty of room for parking whatever you bring. Yard very nice. Everything is labeled and provided. AC works great, was really hot outside 110, but inside was nice an cold. Very well maintained. Highly recommend.

Thank you for providing a great place for our family reunion.

The property location was great and the views from every part of the 1 acre property were amazing. The many trees made for enjoyable evenings and the large decks were very accommodating for our Bbq and Movie Night. We did initially have an issue with having no working A/C or hot tub but Doug was very responsive and accommodating and had someone out to fix those
issues right away. The only other issue is it could use a good dusting and wiping down of doors and cupboards. Overall we had a great time and I’d definitely return.

Check in was easy, house was clean and well stocked, with plenty of room every thing that was advertised... however the owner was the best part on our last day on our way home 25 miles out of town my husband and his friend were hit by a cow in the road totalling our truck trailer and Side-by-side... I contacted Doug and he was the best with helping us. So the house is beautiful with lots of room amenities and beautiful views with great hosts. Thank you soooo much for a great week and all your help.

A bunch of friends and I stayed here for 5 nights at new years. Doug was great. The furnace had problems while we were there, but he got right on it and the fireplace was cozy in the meantime. Would definitely stay again.

This house was so clean and well organized for a larger group. Right outside of town (13 minute drive) making it very easy to access the parks and trails. There is a huge yard and play set making having dogs and children a breeze.

This house was perfect for our annual fall mountain bike trip. Unlike most of the condos we've stayed at in years past, Sendero has ample living and dining space and a great deck to relax on. Everyone in our group agreed we'd stay here again.

We could not have found a better cabin and location. This place was perfect we had 3 couples, and 2 children with us. Plenty of room, plently of bathrooms/showers. We were all very comfortable. The kitchen was very adequately stocked with cookware for meals. The hot tub was nice to have after a long day of riding trails. Will definitely return.
