Krásný, prostorný a čistý apartmán ve velmi dobré lokalitě v blízkosti vleků.

Byli jsme v apartmánu, takže jsme snídaně neměli, ale vzali jsme si z domova.

Asi nemůžu říct na ubytování křivého slova, snad jen, že nefungovala myčka, ale nejsme z cukru, takže jsme to v klidu akceptovali.

Za 14 dní přijedeme znovu ✨

Čistý apartmán, pohodlné postele,prostorný, každý svoje soukromí, koupelna s wc odděleně, vybavení kuchyně dostačující, kolem pohled na Hory, přírodu přímo od vchodu z apartmánu krása relax. Rádi se vrátíme. Klidná lokalita a přitom 5-10 min. pěšky od centra.

Disappointing and leaving a bad taste.

Casually thrown together with many essentials missing. Rude info about the tv and checking out early, but no info about the a/c or stove. Staff not replying to questions.

Nice apartment close to the hiking trails and in a quiet area.

Great location, very well equipped, clean and spacious apartment. Free parking included.

Enjoyable stay in Pec!

The apartment was in a very good location, walkable distance to everything. It was modern and the kitchen had a lot of extra appliances. It was snowing a lot on our last day so we could not do that much and we asked the owners to stay a bit longer in the flat (later than the 10 am check out time) and they allowed it so this was very friendly. We could check in online and could arrive at the flat at any time and this was convenient.

There were no plugs in the bedroom. The cleaning lady arrived and was not so polite. Not all the flats were clean for example there were a lot of crumbs in the sofa and we had to use it as bed.

Superb

Very nice and well designed apartment. Everything is brand new. It was warm and cosy inside. Lots of space available. Modern well equipped kitchen. Separate and clean toilet and bathroom. I would come back again.

Parking is difficult. There are 6 parking spaces for 6 apartments, 2 of which are blocking another 2 spots. That means you might find your car blocked or your space unusable because of another car using more space than it was meant to. To this add heavy snowfall and you will see the disaster. Nobody was cleaning the parking from snow - it was up to us. Folding sofas are really uncomfortable for sleeping. They are 110 cm wide with a gap in the middle. There was one good king size bed and one bad folding sofa in the bedroom and another bad folding sofa in the lounge.

Had a very comfortable stay in this appartment. Would come again!

The beds were so comfy and the shower is amazing.

If you are going to ski, you might need some more space for stuff. We did not need that because we did not ski.

Pleasant

Old building, but renovated in style, very good location, easy checkin with code sent to mobile. Floor heating in shower with good and strong warm water. Nice kitchen table. Good water cooker. Customer service approachable and responsive by phone.

Tips to improve customer experience: No cloak-hangers in the room while could be easily installed at the door or side of the cupboard or at wall. Result ski jackets on floor. The window shades are in two parts and the middle one block the outer ones meaning you cant close them properly. No bedside table although there is place enough. No shampoo holder in the shower meaning must put things on the ground. Mattress was high and way to soft like a ship sinking in. Parking system, at the side of the house are 2x2 places but the first one is blocked by the second one, so in the morning had to go knocking the doors and grumpy people angry why i wake them up if its their car. We understand the challenge of place but its just not easy at all if you are one of those. Isolation in the house is quite bad. Below us heard child crying like it was in our room, and next to us were Germans having some beer and talk and literally we were part of the discussion as if no walls.
