The house is nice but the lack of cleanliness was a huge drawback.

Great property. Perfect size for my family and dog. Loved the porch. It rained the weekend we went so it was nice to still be outside without getting wet. There were only some minor things we ran into. There were dishes in the dishwasher and clothes in the dryer. We weren't sure if the dishes were clean. Some lookef clean and others didnt, so we felt we couldn't use it and washed dishes by hand. We did do one load of wash and had to set the items in the dryer on top. We managed but it would have been nice to have them both empty. We also cleaned some of the shelves in the refrigerator. There was what appeared to be dried milk on them. Again, not the end of the world but we wanted them clean before adding our items to the fridge. I would stay again when in the area.

This space was a great home base for our family while we were in the area for a family wedding. Everyone had enough space to relax yet great kitchen and living areas to gather. Communication with owner was great and place instructions and notes were well organized.

We enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the chance to gather family in one place for the weekend. The home is very large and can easily accommodate a group.

The home was large enough for our group of 9. An extra full bath upstairs would have been helpful but we managed. Not your typical rental as it apparent that people live there when it is not rented. For this reason, anything you could have needed or forgot to bring, was on the property. We relaxed in the outdoor space at all hours of the day and night. The beds were comfortable and plentiful. Very accommodating and tucked into a quiet neighborhood.

The outside of the house is surrounded by trees, bushes, etc. for a nice amount of privacy. Inside, the house is quite large and well maintained with plenty of amenities. It can easily accommodate groups of 12 to 16 people.

This was a great place to stay and habe my son graduation party! Plenty of room for everyone and the property owner was always on top of any questions I had! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

The house was a great size and beautiful. It was great to be able to use the fire pit and the grill! We loved our stay, and would definitely come back again!

The owners were a delight to work with - very friendly and accommodating. They were fast to respond. This home was close to Chippewa and Eau Claire. Worked wonderful for a extended family weekend! We would stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for our group because each family with young children could have their own room. The main living area is very spacious and conducive to a large gathering. The owners were very hospitable and the place was clean. Lovely stay! Thank you.

This was a great property for our family coming from all corners of the US for a wedding. The owners were accommodating and flexible, and responded to questions quickly. Large dining table and family room gave us space to gather for brunch and gift opening. Quiet neighborhood on the outskirts, but convenient and close to the city.

We chose this house so our families could stay in the same place for a graduation. It was great. Everyone had their own space and location was good. The owners were very accommodating and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay here when family came to town for my son's graduation. There were plenty of rooms and the cost was much more reasonable than renting a hotel room for all.

We stayed the weekend and had 4 kiddos, age 2 and younger, all in different rooms upstairs. None of them woke each other up because the rooms are surprisingly private. I personally stayed in the “blue room” and saw an amazing sunrise over the tree tops. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and the owners were very thoughtful as well as accommodating. The layout of the living room and kitchen is perfect for a large group! So much seating! I was lucky enough to enjoy some quiet time with our baby in the master bedroom sitting area in the morning too. Looking out into the snow covered wooded area was so peaceful, we could have stayed much longer and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This was a special time for us in Eau Claire. We were there for a wedding. Family members came from Florida and Colorado. The house was just perfect for a family gathering before and after the wedding. We enjoyed this spacious ,beautiful house. The location is great too, away from the city. It has all the conveniences, it is clean and the owners are very gracious to offer to share their own supplies of food. The refrigerator was fully stocked, but of course we would never take advantage. It was a good feeling to have access to these supplies in case we ran out of our own supplies. Jeannine and Mick are super nice! I left an item in their house when we were checking out and they went out of their way to help me to retrieve the item. I appreciate their kindness and sincere attention to the needs of the guests. Thanks so much Jeannine and Mick for sharing your lovely house with our family. Maybe some day we will go back to Eau Claire for a reunion or anniversary and we will seek you out again.
