Your Nashville home features 2 large bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 with a fully equipped kitchen with coffee/coffee pod maker and every utensil you will need.

You can enjoy your meal in a spacious dining area and a cozy living room with fireplace for those get togethers before going out on the town or just to relax and watch a movie after a night out!!

You will have Wifi, 2 flat screen smart televisions to enjoy local channels, Sling TV, Netflix , Amazon and more! Or you can pull a classic movie off of our DVD shelf!

The property features a large covered parking area and is free, so there is no need to drive and pay for expensive parking downtown.

Overall this property is in a good location - with quick proximity to downtown and the entertainment areas. It is a very industrial vibe. Walkable in about 10-15 minutes or a quick ride share to the location. The Pros: The property has a great view, being right on the river. It has a small balcony to enjoy your coffee in the morning. It was spacious enough for our group. Small living room (couch + 1 chair) worked fine for us. The kitchen was spacious and had full sized appliances - we didn't not cook there, but it would have been perfect if we had! The two bedrooms are separated by a walk through shared bath - so there is separation between the two sleeping areas. The Cons Beds left a lot to be desired. The master bed is literally on the floor, so if you are someone who has trouble getting up from that level, be forewarned. Pillows also were super thin - worse than many hotel pillows. The place is a bit old, and hence doors don't close easily, lots of squeaky hinges, etc. It is tough to be quiet and not wake others if you are an early riser. Although toiletries are provided, is a very small amount of shampoo and lotion only - no soap. Bring your own toiletries! Finally, cleanliness is an opportunity here. We found a used coffee pod in the Keurig, the door jams/knobs show visible signs of previous owners, and the patio door had dog nose prints from some previous visitor. All of these are signs to me that only surface cleaning is happening at this property.

This condo on the 3rd floor provided privacy with great views. We liked the size! We felt comfortable hanging at the house for dinner and binge watching our favorite shows

It was an easy check in and a good location for what we were there to do. The stairs were bad never was I told that it had no elevator that was disappointing. Also the mattresses were foam and sat almost on the ground it was uncomfortable and hard to get in and out of. I have a replaced hip and knee. The host seemed nice and our stay was fun dispute these issues. Thanks

Absolutely loved our stay here! The space was perfect and the hosts were so great. We walked to Broadway every day, walked to Jonathan‘s for dinner twice and to a Nashville Sounds game. We loved that we could come back and feel completely disconnected from the busyness of downtown by watching the barges on the river and the wildlife on the grounds. The condo is beautiful inside, well decorated, had everything we could possibly need and was the perfect place to relax. Hoping to stay here again next year!

This rental was a good fit for 3 women. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. There was a bit of a hiccup on our arrival, but the owner's responded immediately. A plus is that we had a car and there was plenty of free parking. The location was a bit of a walk to Broadway, but manageable. We enjoyed dinner and music at Pucketts. If you can, we highly recommend going to the Grand old Opry and the Hermitage.

Location was awesome. Two bedrooms, bath and a half and free covered parking. Just hanging out on Broadway in Nashville highly recommend taking a uber, about 8 min ride. Way cheaper than paying to park. Everything was awesome overall. Only down side for us were how low the beds were to the floor and there was no elevator. We were older couples. Would we do it again, YES!!

This was a very comfortable condo located within walking distance to many restaurants in Germantown. If you're adventurous, you can even make it over to Broadway from here. Bernie and Kristine wee great hosts, answering out questions promptly and offering some sightseeing advise. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the barges and trains go by (don't worry, the windows are top-notch, you won't here a thing from inside).

My two bestie cousins, my sister and I stayed in Bernie and Kristine's place for a girls 40th birthday celebration. They were a pleasure to communicate with and were very accommodating. The location worked really well for us because we enjoyed exploring Germantown, downtown and Broadway. It's a short uber ride away from everything you need and can also be walking distance for those with good mobility. The condo was stocked with all the things we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

The propoerty had everything we needed for a girls trip! It's location was 20 minutes from the hustle by foot, and 6 by Lyft! The pool was a great amenity. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. I'd definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. The description is very accurate as well as the pictures. Less then 1/2 mile to downtown Nashville. We walked most of the time but like others have mentioned, I would take a Uber home. No need to be walking on the trail after dark. There were a few homeless people along the trail, park and along the railroad tracks but they all kept to themselves. And the few from the river was very enjoyable. A small cruise ship came through and then we saw it the next day downtown. And my dogs loved the deck to enjoy some fresh air and sunshine. The pool was also very nice. The condo covered parking was nice to have. And the maintenance crew for the complex was always cleaning and doing some project. Thanks again for a great stay and allowing pets! Big plus for us!

Our trip started off with a great first impression of our rental with our check in and communication and that feeling continued for our entire stay. The location was just fantastic for walking to all things and we loved having a little nature out on the porch for morning coffee with the river and trees. The location is a quieter area of town and we found everything to be comfortable and enjoyable. I would stay here again when we return to Nashville, and I do believe we have to go back. We had a fantastic time.

The property was in a safe, clean area of Nashville. Very clean. Well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, linens, soaps, etc. The beds were comfortable. The balcony overlooking the Cumberland was nice and a great view for morning sunrises. There are a few minor improvements needed. Several inside doors do not latch when you push them closed so you can’t lock them if needed. The air mattress has a leak so it needs to be replaced. Lastly, the shower water does not get hot, just mildly warm. Overall, we were comfortable and would stay here again.

My husband and I with a friend of ours were here for a weekend wedding and lengthened the trip as it was our first time in Nashville. Condo was just what we needed with enough separate space and having two bathrooms was helpful. We ubered a lot, as this condo was a bit more of a walk than we wanted (realistically 20 mins). Not generally long waits for an Uber. We would certainly stay here again! Bernie and Kristine were very kind and allowed flexibility on check in and checkout times considering airport travel, which we appreciated!!

We really enjoyed the stay. Rented two bedroom with two bathrooms (one with a shower). Was pretty good although a little noisy. Location was good - down by the baseball stadium, and walking distance to lots of decent restaurants, bars, and so forth. Great walking path for us and the dog. Monday Night Brewing and Sedona Tap House were not far away. Germantown is within walking distance. Downtown was a little too far for us to walk, but not a far drive. All in all was worth the stay!

This is a great little place with great walking access to downtown. The second bedroom has two twin beds but they do have a queen air mattress if that doesn’t suit your group. We would have preferred a queen bed in there on this trip but with kids it would be perfect. Great communication and advice offered on where and what to do.

This property was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and close (walking distance) to Downtown. It had a nice kitchen which we only utilized for snacks, breakfast, and drinks but could be used to cook if you needed/wanted to. I loved the view from the balcony and all of the great suggestions the owners gave us for restaurants, bars, and attractions. It was a great trip.
