About this house rental
Beautifully renovated historical home in the hottest location Nashville has to offer. The home has a private back yard with large two story decks and gas grill. On the first floor all rooms are large with soaring 12 ft ceilings. Living room and dining room are open to one another and provide a nice flow through for large groups to socialize. The home is beautifully decorated and all beds have luxury comfy mattresses with high TC linens. Upstairs has an open loft with bar that leads to the large upstairs deck. There are electronic locks on both the front door and upstairs back door. Your group is assigned a unique code so each can come and go freely without constant coordination and juggling of keys.
We provide hotel like amenities and house is stocked with all your basic needs as well as lots of extras including complimentary coffee. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.
First floor includes Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Laundry, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Bedroom 1 - King size bed with full bath across the hall
Bedroom 2 - Two Queen beds with full bath next to room and opens from hallway
Second floor includes Loft area with bar, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.

Owners were extremely helpful. Property was in great shape very close to a lot of amenities and only about a 1 mile walk to Broadway Street. Would definitely recommend staying here and next time in Nashville will look to rebook it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa‘s house. The house was remodeled very nicely but has also kept a lot of it’s original character. It is very well amenitized and comfortable. We highly recommend and would stay again.

This property was exactly what we were hoping for. 11 of us stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The property was very clean. Check in and out was very easy. It was a 20 min (but easy) walk to Broadway. We enjoyed our time there and will be rebooking when we return in the future! Thank you very much ❤️

Our long weekend stay was fantastic. The host was flexible and easy to get in touch with. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a quiet and safe feeling area and just a quick car ride to Broadway. We highly recommend this property for a group looking to visit Nashville.

The house was beautiful with a large front porch looking out to the dog park. Walking distance to the gulch area for brunch and shopping. We did take Uber to Broadway street but if you have the time and comfy shoes, you could walk there. Perfect house for our book club to celebrate 20 years together.

I stayed at your fabulous house Feb 2-5 for my 60th birthday weekend getaway. I have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and yours is the best one I have had the pleasure of staying at. The decor of your home is absolutely beautiful and we wanted for nothing. Anything we needed was stocked. Highly recommend!!!

We had a group of three couple stay here for New Year’s Eve weekend . When we walked through the door , we all knew that we made the right choice of accommodations. The house is so nicely decorated and as a plus , all labels on almost everything we would need to look for. The house is within walking distance of bars on Music Row that we went to watch the football games at and only a $16 Uber ride to broadway hotspots. High recommend booking here for your Nashville Vacation as I will also book here again.

We had thanksgiving dinner with family and friends, in town for a wedding Saturday after thanksgiving. The house was so well stocked, with everything, including trash bags, paper towels, and bathroom toiletries. There was even coffee and creamer, along with a basket of snacks, which we really appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. The location was perfect, the house very clean and very a comfortable for a large group. We will stay here again when we return to Nashville.

We had 11 girls to celebrate my sister getting married and it was the perfect house to stay in. Everyone slept comfortably and it was so nice. The location was perfect, the house fit everyone, and Melissa and her check in/out process made everything so easy on my end. If I come back to Nashville, I would love to stay at this house again!

We loved staying at Melissa's place. It was spotless and very well organized. We had everything we needed and the few questions we had were answered promptly by Melissa. The house is spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen & baths were well stocked, lots of snacks left for us, lovely outdoor spaces - a perfect place to gather for our friends. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. Everything in the kitchen was labeled so it was easy to find items you needed, plenty of linens & towels, super clean, good suggestions on restaurants, entertainment, easy to get an Uber or walk places, great location, etc. We would highly recommend!

Super location in a great location close to restaurants and bars and a quick scooter ride to Broadway. The property manager was quick to respond to anything we needed. There were 10 of us and it was plenty of room for us to spread out when needed. Would stay here again.

This house was in a great location to walk to everything you need in Downtown Nashville, about a 20 minute walk will get you anywhere you need to be. The house was adorable and had everything we needed. Perfect for a group of friends!

Melissa was a kind host. She was able to accommodate us checking in early. There was a bad storm in the area so she messaged to check on us.
The house was so clean & spacious. Everything was labeled & everything was there. I’m talking card games, cooking & cleaning supplies. The amount of towels was amazing for the big group we had! There are sensor night lights all over the house which was very helpful for the bathroom where there is a step down.
Time, energy, thought, & heart were put into this home.

Just finished our stay at this location and I was impressed. All of the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable so there wasn't anyone in our party that got short changed in that regard. There was a minor issue that the owners addressed right away and they went above and beyond to take care of. Good neighborhood that has a little park next to it and just a short Uber to broadway since it was a bit warm for us to walk. Highly recommend this place!

This house was great. It had everything we needed. The only complaint is the air conditioning did not work the last night we were there and it was set to never go below 77 degrees which made the house too warm. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Stayed here for my sister's bachelorette party. The house had plenty of room for all the girls. Location was perfect, quick uber to Broadway and a short walk to the Gulch. Host was super accommodating and very responsive. Would stay here again.

We just finished our week at this amazing property. It was in a perfect location, a short distance from the areas attractions. We walked many times to Broadway, but Uber/Lyft were always available. Property was exactly was described. Owner was easy to contact with any issues. House was well equipped with everything you will need. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Mostly all was wonderful. Snacks were provided and there were lots of helpful information and tips left around the house. Only complaint would be the “critters” (thinking squirrels) on or in the roof, very loud in the mornings. There was also one run in with an American cockroach in the upstairs bathroom but we discussed boundaries and then he got flushed.

This house was was best vacation home I’ve rented. The hosts thought of everything to make your stay cozy, free coffee, clean and fresh towels, games etc. the house itself is stunning and can easily hold 8-10 adults comfortably! Location to hotspots is 100% walkable. Loved this place and we would absolutely stay again if we come back to Nashville!!

We were a group of 12 ladies and very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Located in the Gultch on a quiet street, it was walking distance to restaurants and stores and 30 min walk to downtown or quick uber ride. It was perfect for us!!

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Vanderbilt, and this property served us perfectly. It was a homebase for our family. The location was ideal and the house itself was comfortable and clean.

We had the best time at this house. A ton of space for the 8 gals we had staying here. Host was awesome with communication before stay. Check in process was flawless. House was super clean, well decorated and location was great! Only complaint- if you had young kiddos or older adults the spiral staircase isn't ideal. There is an outdoor staircase that would be better suited (weather dependent). Overall would 100% recommend this house!
