Beautiful spot!
We really enjoyed our short weekend visit and loved the facilities and the unit. Very spacious place and cozy bedding, enjoyed wine on the patio each night and the pool during the day. Check in process was very easy and having a full kitchen made it easy to cook and stay in. The kitchens a bit tight for more than 2 people but it had everything we needed and even filtered water. We can’t wait to come back and hopefully stay longer next time!

Pure luxury without fuss.
Our family had a royal welcome with hot chocolate and a variety of Christmas cookies and goodies. The resort was decorated for Christmas and Chanukah and it felt very festive.
When we arrived in our 2 bedroom spacious room, our groceries were waiting in the fridge. Yes, we arrived to cold beer and wine in the fridge delivered by Safeways that we had ordered. The front desk walks you through your pre-arrival items like grocery selection and reservations. They were very helpful.
The setting is absolutely gorgeous. Pools, service, restaurants, hiking, tennis, workout center, were all the best. They had many extra activities like cowboy campfire sing-a-long and star gazing.
We hope to return to this paradise again in 2 years.

Perfect family spring break in AZ
The Four Seasons residences in Scottsdale are fantastic! We received a room that was perfectly sized for me and my three chilidren, who were in awe of the desert landscape and cactus all around us. Everyone loved the Ocotillo grill and pool, just steps away, and it was great to be able to use all the amenities of the resort, including the kids club. A great getaway with the kids!

Staff throughout the stay was not just helpful and accomodating but they went out of their way to make us always feel special and important by going above and beyond with service. The villa set up was good for multiple small kids because of the layout with living area in the middle. The unit was spacious and separate pools for the residence area was nice. We also enjoyed the pool table, ping pong and foosball. Room service was amazing in terms of set up and clean up service. An added nice surprise by the owner was a gift of chips and salsa and drinks one evening! Would definitely recommend. Weather was also perfect.

Great venue with a lot of on site options and nearby alternatives.

Desert Hikers Destination
My family stayed at the Four Seasons Residence Club over the Thanksgiving holiday. We hiked up Pinnacle Peak both early in the morning and at sunset time. It was a great hike. Then we discovered the McDowell Mountain Range hiking trails. We did four more days of hiking at various locations. The trails were phenomenal! Great for family walking. We are definitely coming back for more. We also want to check out the trails near Cave Creek.
We feel pampered when we came back to that resort. We were able to jump in the Jacuzzi and then go for great dinners through at the resort. One really feels spoiled by the great service. The setting is very peaceful and we can't say enough about how much we love it there.

Winter Break 2014/2015
We stayed here over the 2014/2015 winner break on a VRBO rental. From check-in to check-out, the experience was almost perfect! We had a huge 2 bedroom unit (it was a lock-off, so the studio portion had a kitchenette that we didn't need). I ordered groceries from Safeway online before we arrived, so they were delivered to our unit (while we were at lunch by the pool right after check-in). They put the cold items away for us and left the other items on the counter - so we didn't even have to go up to the room when Safeway came.
I felt like this resort didn't try to squeeze money from us for little things, and the food wasn't too overpriced for us (we had lunch almost every day at the pool grill). The weather could have been warmer, (average 70F) but it was winter. The sun shone every day and the skies were a beautiful bright blue. The full daily maid service was so nice!! They will even do your dishes :)
The Residence Club gym was very well equipped, so we didn't use the hotel gym. We did meet up there one morning for the 6am hike - they even sent someone to pick us up at our unit to drive us over there at 5:45! Talk about service.
Also the kids loved the little treats around the pool every day - dibs, ice pops, smoothie samples, frozen grapes, etc...
The kitchen is a little on the smallish side but probably many folks aren't cooking a lot. We made breakfast daily, and I made simple things for the kids like sandwiches, hot dogs, frozen pizza, chicken nuggets, etc... which doesn't involve much. So really it was sufficient.
I had asked for humidifiers in the rooms, and they were there when we checked in. Nice touch.
All in all, if I could go back, I would! My kids had a great time (they're 7 and 10 ) hiking, back country jeep rides, swimming, playing ping pong, and going to the free kid's club. My husband loved the gym, I did too, and the hike was fun (but it is hard if you're not in decent shape!).

Paradise
We've been to many Four Season Resorts and this one is just as outstanding as the others. This is much more luxurious than other resort in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. The spa, the restaurants, the golf, the rooms, the pools...whew...they are all really good. The rooms are also very well taken care of and the service is, of course, as good as you are going to get anywhere (which, of course, is why the place is so expensive). Although the resort was full, you could never tell. It is very spacious. I hope I can rent the same unit next year and might stay longer than 1 week.
