We had a wonderful experience this adorable cottage located in the charming town of Walla Walla

The perfect home for a getaway! Neighborhood is cute and a short walk to downtown.

This was our second stay at the Locust Street Cottage and it was just as amazing as the first time. The cottage is very comfortable, clean, and is filled with natural light and artistic touches. It has a very well-stocked kitchen so you can enjoy meals in the airy dining room. Beds are very comfortable, the location is quiet and peaceful. You won't be disappointed!

Great accommodations for our out of town family. Nicely updated, clean, well- thought, great decor and spaces. Thank you!

We loved the house. It fit our needs great. It was nice to relax on the porch with our morning tea. When I forgot my pillow they communicated quickly to get it back to me.

House had everything we needed. Clearly the owner stocked items that they knew they used. Made for a seamless experience for us all. Thank you!

Cozy, clean, comfy beds & very accessible- so easy to just relax after tough day wine tasting.
Umm, the TV confused us - 4 remotes, One TV - challenging, but we were not really there for TV anyway. Thanks to the hosts, we loved it!

Lovely house-really greatly equipped for all things-just didn’t know about the non-existent back yard until we arrived there. There are 2 buildings in the back that aren’t shown in pics-not very inviting to go back and hang out. Neighbors dogs also don’t like people-they barked if you went out there. Otherwise really great-charming and quaint old Walla Walla home.

There were 3 of us staying at the house -- 1 couple and one single. It worked out perfectly. Great location. It was perfect for us. Best nights sleep I've had in a long time!

Locust Cottage is a wonderful property! It’s well equipped, quaint, charming, and in a great neighborhood! We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The home is clean and is accurately represented in the listing. We loved the front porch!

Our stay could not have been better. We met friends in Walla Walla to celebrate birthdays and anniversary. The home was neat, tidy and clean with every attention to detail in the decor.
The front porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and wine at night.
Property manager is great to work with and very responsive.
The only thing to be aware of is the upstairs bedrooms. They are connected by a door and the bathroom is through one of the bedrooms. There is another bathroom around the kitchen. If you want privacy at night and are traveling with more than one couple, one couple will need to sleep on the hide-a-bed in the basement (not super comfy).
One last note, if you enjoy walking this home is perfectly located. We went on a few walks around the neighborhood and to the parks. One park has an Aviary that you don't want to miss.
We would love to stay here again.

Get-Away With Friends
We had a wonderful stay in Walla Walla. The house was spacious, clean and we especially loved sitting out front on the covered deck in the mornings and evenings. The neighborhood is charming and lovely to walk through and, of course, we were a short drive away from so many wineries and restaurants. Highly recommend this relaxing place to stay!

Perfect little house on a quiet street.
There were 4 of us adults coming to Walla Walla for a wine tasting weekend. The house was on a quiet street about a mile from the center of town. The house met all of our expectations and is perfectly comfortable for 2 couples.

A great trip!
Short weekend getaway to meet up with family members and partake in a bit of wine tasting. Property is as described, well managed, clean, well furnished, and conveniently located. We used the kitchen and BBQ for some of our meals - well equipped. Look forward to going back again.

Cute house near Pioneer Park!
We liked this cute little house near Pioneer Park. We didn't use the downstairs area (except for the full washer / dryer, which was great) but it would be great for families with teens / young adults because they would really have their own area with TV etc. We thought we'd use the office down there but didn't end up actually working! The two upstairs bedrooms are connected by a door, which was great for us with our preschooler - when he got scared at night it was easy for him to come into our room even in an unfamiliar surrounding (we had a nightlight to guide his way). Be aware that one bathroom is accessed through a bedroom (there is another, smaller, full bathroom off of the kitchen).
It's a longer walk to downtown / Whitman College than is very easy with a preschooler, but is a pleasant distance for an adult. Close enough to Pioneer Park that we spent a lot of time at the playground there and the aviary.
The house is extremely well-stocked. Plenty of towels, toiletries, dishes, etc. The outside grill worked well, too. It was nice sitting outside in the back and on the front porch.
Walla Walla is lovely and we enjoyed our time.

Short visit
Our family was in the area and needed to work as well as vacation. This house was great, with enough space for all and a pretty well supplied kitchen. The house manager in the back was not noticeable to us at all. Deadbolts on the back doors are maybe something to consider for future upgrades. Beds were super comfy!

The property was very clean. We did use the kitchen except for coffee. We had plenty of towels, and everything we needed.

Lovely, clean and comfortable home
My son and I had a really nice stay while visiting wineries earlier this month. The home is clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you’d ever need. Since it was just the two of us, we never even ventured downstairs to the bonus room. It’s a great home for a couples weekend or small group wine tasting weekend. Would highly recommend!

Awesome! Walla Walla needs more Ubers to and from the Wineries.

This review is more about the host and the experience rather than the property. A couple days out from our visit, the air conditioner unit broke at the property we intended to rent and was unable to be fixed in time for our arrival. The host contacted me, made clear the situation, and had already made arrangements at a different property which was very nice, superbly clean, and so very comfortable. Our vacation was saved in a seamless fashion. Props to Alexa for making everything right.
