My friend and I stayed here while attending a quilting retreat in downtown Bozeman. We loved this cozy little apartment! It was so much fun to have the big windows overlooking Main Street, a coffee shop right downstairs, and easy access to restaurants. The air conditioning unit was awesome, and we slept so well. Thank you!

Staying above the shops in downtown Bozeman is so much fun! The room has a nice view of a section of downtown, was in great location and exactly what we needed! Thank you for the stay!

Amazing views of Main Street and perfect location.
Photos were a perfect representation.
Only negative is that it did not have central AC which is consistent throughout Bozeman. Was not a huge deal for us, as the home had plenty of fans, but just wanted to make anyone aware in case this is a deal breaker for a renter.

The apartment was just the right size for the 2 of us. Comfortable living area and well appointed kitchen. The unit was clean and the windows were great to open too. Right in the middle of town!

My husband and I stayed here for our first few nights in Bozeman. The location is absolutely incredible and allows you to walk everywhere. Close to everything you want to visit and it’s super comfortable making you feel like you’re at home. The communication with the property manager was great and we would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Husband tried what he thought was the right door. The code didnt work. He went to an alternative door. The code worked. There was another couple inside. They called the "emergency number" no answer. He found another lodging. We asked for a refund. The response has been. "You went to the wrong door." They also said that "all the codes are the same"...which seems unsafe.
AND I cant get anyone to answer my calls.

It was a super convenient location! Close to everything. The only suggestion we would have is a possible TV guide for the channels you did carry. It was a little confusing. That’s it. Thanks again for sharing your property with us!

Nice place to stay, but it is next to a Bar that is open till 1am every night playing loud music. That should have been disclosed.
The codes supplied by the manager did not work.

The apartment is above a café in a good central location. You could easily walk to many restaurants, café, coffee shops and bars. Through there was music playing in the café below, it was not loud enough to be disturbing. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a downtown co-op a few blocks away. This is similar to a Whole Foods. There is also a theater called Ellens right down the street in which we saw a wonderful show. Access to the apartment is easy and you don’t need a key. It’s all controlled by access codes which are changed for each guest. We did not have any issues parking behind the apartment.

Great location, but not ideal room for summer
The location of this condo was great. We walked to breakfast and dinner everyday. Very quiet inside even though on Main Street and above a cafe. Everything in the condo was very clean.
Something everyone who stays here in the summer should know is that the bedroom gets very hot. There are two (old) desk fans in the room, but there is no central AC. So if you need it to be less than about 75ish degrees to sleep, you will be be uncomfortable. I know there is no easy fix to this; I only say it to be helpful for those considering this property. :)
I hope they renovate the kitchen and shag carpet soon. But the location made it worth it. I also greatly appreciate the easy communication with the property manager. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Great location
This apartment has good space for two people. The kitchen and bath were very clean. The bed was comfortable.
There were a couple of things about it that could have been better. The bedroom was too warm - even with 2 fans. Also, the decor is a bit tired - looks like not much has changed in the last 10 years.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Plan B
We were supposed to be in Yellowstone NP this week but like thousands of others we had to change plans after the Park had to close. We had always wanted to check out Bozeman and lucked out . The concept of doing short term rentals in downtown is a really great idea. We were above the Nova Cafe so we could get a coffee and great croissant easily. People had noted street noise but this didnot bother us. There are plenty of places to eat and explore within walking distance. Parking was not a problem also. The only thing missing was a washer& dryer. We would rent it again.

Perfect Spot to Explore Downtown on Foot.
We were in Bozeman for an event at musicvilla. It was a pleasant surprise to see how many other amenities, restaurants, bars, art galleries and other shops for within walking distance. Looking to spend time in downtown Bozeman, this is the perfect spot in terms of convenience, price and comfort.

A good room at a reasonable price
The apartment was well located in downtown Bozeman right about the cafe. Despite being next to an across the street from the bar noise was at a minimum. The only issue really was that there were some maintenance concerns that we noticed when we came in (dead batteries, doors not latching, etc). But this did not hinder from an overall enjoyable stay, and management offer to fix all issues while we were there which we declined.

Good city location in Bozeman. Right on the Main Street. Big windows. Clean. Comfortable king bed. Sofa pullout not comfortable.

College Visit
This is a beautiful property located right on Main Street with wonderful restaurants, shopping and entertainment close by. The property is also incredibly close to MSU! There is some extra noise in the AM as the property is just above the Nova Cafe (highly recommend) and music starts playing fairly early in the morning. There is also some extra noise in the PM as it is directly across the street from a well-attended local bar & music venue. Very clean & excellent management.

Unresponsive
Neither of the two door codes worked. The problem did get resolved but annoying way to start. We only had a working tv fit one of the four nights. No communication after we reported the problem. Place could use a deep cleaning, ie carpets, etc.

Excellent location. Convenient parking. Quiet in spite of being located on Main St.

Right in the center of fun and night life.
Footsteps away from music festival’s, food truck festival’s, fine dining, shopping restaurants and bars. Perfect little apartment except the only downside is there’s no airflow in the bedroom. When it’s hot it’s hot and stuffy !!! Needs an air purifier and a cooler in the bedroom because there’s no airflow even with fans it’s dusty. It’s a shame because the bed is comfortable.

Perfect In-Town
The property was exactly what we were looking for on a long weekend. Right downtown, convenient to everything along Main St. No 'real' issues. The parking in back is unique - never like the idea of getting towed - was not 100% into 'just park there and you'll be fine'... but not an issue all weekend. Thanks for letting us use the place.

Perfect for Downtown
This is a great place to stay right down town. Came in on Friday night after 5 and could not find a open parking space. The rest of the week was fine getting a parking space. King size bed was so comfortable. If I had one thing to change in this house I would take out the carpet and replace it or put in hardwood.
Thanks for a great week.

Getaway
The apartment location is great, and essentially that is what you are paying for. It took a day or two to get over the overall wear of this apt. At first glance it appears clean, but with a closer eye we quickly realized this apt is a bit neglected and just needs an overall deep clean and facelift. Two lamps were missing light bulbs. The rug is gross and just needs to be ripped up. The couch is covered with stains and needs to be tossed or shampooed. The bed is comfortable, but too big for the room. It would be nice to have a nightstand on both sides. Also, the comforter we took off because it was also covered in stains. The bathroom shower rod is rusted over. Overall, it is like an average hotel. It certainly needs some TLC and definitely more attention in cleAning. There is a layer of crumbs and grime everywhere in this apt. I am undecided if I’d stay again or recommend this place.

Great Location
This is our 3rd time staying in these units and the second in this particular unit. We absolutely love the location but we were disappointed this time with the cleanliness of the unit. We felt that perhaps the unit has been cleaned quite some time ago and left empty prior to our arrival. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but the furniture was very dusty, there was an old baked potato left in the oven. The doors and walls could use a good scrubbing or perhaps a fresh coat of paint. We knew what to expect as far as furnishings but it did seem that the unit is feeling its age and could use some tlc.

Shabby & Zero Response from Property Manager
I sent two messages through the chat on the tablet and one through the email given and never got a response to any of them. I was sent two different codes to get in - the correct one I almost deleted before even opening the email because it was from "Go Parakeet". The one from Stay Montana was incorrect. The parking was confusing and I was afraid of getting towed so parked in the lot at the end of the block and dragged our luggage from there. Directions for parking were one spot per unit, but there was not a designated spot and with the multiple signs warning about towing, I was unsure if I could park anywhere in that lot. NO response to my question for the entire stay. The TV didn't work. No response to my question for the entire stay. The description does say coin operated laundry but says "in unit". It's in the hall. We were out all day and my plan was to put in a load of laundry in the evening and then in the dryer at night. Can't do that when laundry is communal. The property was not great, but at least the shower tile (although low quality) was new and free of mold. Carpet was almost shag and was full of stains and there were two stains on the couch that with 10 minutes of effort could have been removed. Cupboard in bathroom and door frames all need touch up paint and furniture is literally from 1981 - like a blast from my high school home. The location was great but I would never rent from this company again. Even if I would have gotten a response from this rental company - the unit was so shabby, I would not stay there again. My daughter's reaction when entering the unit was "Oh - this is either gross or creepy - I'm not sure which"

Life on Main Street
Excellent location. Nice size condo, we did not feel crowded. Some interior touches could use updating. Couch and sofa pillows, carpet, standing lamp, and shower curtain liner. Also, the T.V. was difficult to maneuver, silly controller and no Netflix, etc. took forever to figure out how to watch a DVD. Otherwise, it was great.
Would stay again.
