Great location close to downtown shopping & restaurants but nestled in quiet neighborhood. Exceptionally clean & owners thought of every possible amenity. Great for families. So much better than a hotel!

This was a comfortable stay. The home was spacious and close to everything. It had all the necessary amenities. We would stay here again.

This a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with off street parking. It was very clean, spacious, with modern kitchen that was well stocked with all cooking needs. Clean, modern bathrooms. Nice, quiet patio in rear. Great location near Animas river, local shopping, and easy drive to downtown. Would definitely consider returning here.

Immaculately clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Had everything g we needed and more. Was even offered early check in and late checkout without asking. Will definitely stay here again when in Durango.

Great House! Location, lay out , clean and fresh! Plenty of kitchen ware.
Comfy beds, great views. Good restaurants with in walking distance and easy walk to catch Trolley.

The house is in a great location for enjoying Durango and the surrounding area. Everything was clean and in great condition. The rental was as described, and we were very comfortable for our 4 night stay. Would come again.

Beautiful, quiet house.
4.8
We enjoyed our stay here for a polar express weekend getaway. The one issue we had was a lot of beetles in the home.
4.8
We liked the location. We loved the layout of the home, bedrooms upstairs and living area on the main floor. It was nice to see the first snow of season from the front windows. The home was very well insulated and comfortable inside temperature with an outside temperature of 25 degrees. We would definitely rent this again.
4.8
Property was super clean and up to date. Would definitely stay there again. Take the bus to down town areas or try to find parking.

Overall, we had a nice stay at this property. The home was very clean, quiet, comfortable, well-furnished, and well equipped. It is also in a good neighborhood only a few minutes’ drive from downtown Durango.
However, there was one issue. When we arrived at the home at our established check-in time, there was a crew of workmen, along with their vehicles and equipment, installing solar panels on the roof. They did not complete their work for several hours and that was not particularly convenient. That was not the best way to create a good first impression. We would suggest to the owners of the property that they schedule non-emergency work like this to be done on days when guests are not staying at their property.

Great house.

Very clean, excellent kitchen and appliances, dishware. Nice accommodation!

This is everything you need in a place to stay in Durango. Great location (walkable), super comfy beds, really clean and easy check-in/out process. I will stay here anytime I go back to Durango. Tons of room, all kinds of amenities, everything and more stocked in the kitchen. Cannot recommend it enough!
4.8
Property was very clean and we loved the outdoor seating areas. Highly recommend!

VRBO knew ahead of our Check in that the AC had gone out. They did absolutely nothing to get it repaired, just tried to pretend it was no big deal and offered no compensation for our ruined vacation. It was in the 90’s and we were absolutely miserable! Called everyday and never got the help promised. House was full of ants and roaches too. VRBO is a terrible company who does nothing to help people. No one ever called us. No one tried to help.

Everything about the location, the house, the space, the kitchen, was great except for the air conditioning. The other reviews mentioned it was a bit warm and I thought we'd be able to handle it since we live in weather that's usually 100+ during the summer. We were able to tolerate it but it's definitely warm, even with the windows open at night at 50 degree lows. Aside from that, the house was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.
4.8
Great location, I would stay there again. Close to all kind of restaurants. We walked out the door to a good hiking trail. Pretty house. We used the patio furniture pads for the dining room chairs.
4.8
Very nice property, close to downtown, easy to get to, well stock with everything you need.

This place was excellent in all aspects - location, cleanliness, appliances, accessibility, comfort... Would highly recommend for a stay in Durango.

Stayed here with family of 5 over Spring Break. House was as described, clean, and well-stocked. Would stay again. Thanks!

Enjoyed our stay, house was great. 1 block from the grocery store, nice/clean neighborhood. Only 25 minutes to Purgatory.

My son and I thought this was an amazing place to stay. The view was gorgeous, the location made it easy to get to everything we had planned and the property was warm and inviting. I can't wait to visit again!
4.8
Just a really nice townhouse, in a very nice location. It is what we expect when we rent a home....but so often today the rentals fall short of our expectations. This home fully met and in categories, exceeded our expectations.
4.8
Home was immaculate, well furnished with everything you would likely need. Beautiful photos and artwork throughout the home. Close to very good restaurants and the historic downtown. Quiet location. Mattress in main bedroom was not as comfortable as it could be . Might be time to update that. All else was very nice.
4.8
Well designed home and nicely decorated. Has all the appliances and features you could want. One block off of main, and minutes from the grocery store. Quiet at night so you can open the windows. Nicely decorated back yard with a grill.
Our only negative was the size of the beds. If you're used to a king these could feel a little small. We knew it when we booked so it wasn't a deal breaker for us and shouldn't be for others.
4.8
Quiet, clean and close to downtown.

This place is even nicer in person!! Great location, directly across the street from the Animas Museum (which is fantastic), just a block or two away from coffee, a few restaurants, antique store. Washer/dryer in unit, which was wonderful after rafting and hitting the Hot Springs.
4.8
This house was very clean and well built. The host has definitely put in the extra touches to make it a nice place to stay! I will be coming back in the future.

We loved our stay in Durango and at this property. Check-in/check-out was clear and simple. The home is beautiful and clean. Just a short walk down the street to a trolly stop is extremely convenient if you want head a bit further down Main Ave for some other shopping/dining options.
4.8
This unit is in a great location. Very nicely appointed with sitting areas in the front of the unit and a private yard in the back.
4.8
Great stay within walking distance from hiking and a short drive to all the fun in Durango. Clean, safe and a great time.
4.8
Overall, our stay in this home was satisfactory. It was clean and in a great location.
Positives - 1) Very roomy/spacious, 2) Location was perfect and we never had to travel far to get to what we wanted to do, 3) Overall, this home had most everything we needed.
Negatives - 1) The description said that both bedrooms had Queen-sized beds. However, the second bedroom had a full-sized bed, which was too small for my husband and son to sleep in together. My son ended up sleeping in one of the twin beds downstairs. 2) We went above our budget on this home because it was supposed to have air conditioning. There was air conditioning, but it was not enough to cool the entire house. The downstairs was coolest, but never got below 72 degrees. The upstairs did not seem to receive the air conditioning at all. We had to sleep with the windows open and fans blowing - that wasn't enough. Attempting to sleep was pretty miserable most nights, 3) there were no ceiling fans, 4) there was only one tv in the entire house (the description may have said that, so it's my fault for not noticing, but still inconvenient.)
Although very nice and clean, we would not choose to stay here again.

We have stayed in this property multiple times on family vacations to Durango. The home is beautiful inside and out. The location is great and the neighborhood is really charming. We could have used a few more towels for our group of 5 and we had trouble finding the grilling tools as they did not seem to be left in their box.
4.8
The property felt like home and was close to town. We would love to stay here whenever in Durango.
