Our Beach Bungalow is a short walk,bike ride ( two bikes included in rental) or 3 minute drive to Vanderbilt Beach or Delanor- Wiggins Pass State Park and 1/2 mile to the Ritz Carlton. We are located in the desirable 500 block and just 2 houses from the inter coastal waterway. Come and enjoy the white sand beaches and forget how cold you were up north. Be the first to enjoy this newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home. Sit on the Lanai, relax and enjoy a cocktail or a good book while watching the beautiful sunset. ***PARKING FOR 4 CARS***

When you enter the house you will appreciate the sophisticated modern decor and attention to detail, making you feel right at home. The living room, dining room and kitchen have an open floor plan. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The appliances at your disposal include: refrigerator/freezer w/ice-maker, a glass ceramic stovetop, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender and much more. A Weber gas grill is provided for for your use as well. Sit at the breakfast bar enjoying your morning coffee while watching the morning news on the 42 inch internet ready flat screen Tv. Don't forget your ipod/ipad as you can connect to the sound system and listen to your favorite music. Bring your laptop and stay connected as we have WiFi throughout the entire house. We also have Apple TV for you to use.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, full length mirror and 27 inch flat screen Tv. The attached master bath was just redone and has a glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a dresser, and a full length mirror. The third bed room has two twin beds, a dresser, a full length mirror and access to the back yard. All mattresses are new and very comfortable.

Take a short walk to the beach bringing only your suntan lotion, as beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and towels are provided for your convenience. You may also want to pack a lunch and bring it with you in our cooler with wheels!
There is a one car attached garage with a remote opener as well as plenty of off street parking.

We are just under a mile from Mercato, the upscale shopping and restaurant development including Whole foods, movie theatre and soon to open Trader Joe's. Across the street is a Super Wal-Mart for any of those little items you forgot to pack.

The house has central AC and ceiling fans in every room for your comfort. We also provide sheets and towels as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We had a terrific stay! The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the bicycles, beach chairs and towels, and coolers! The kitchen has every appliance, glass, or cooking utensil you may need. The location was about a mile from Vanderbilt beach and BlueBell beach located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood.

We chose this home because we wanted to be close to the beach. It was the perfect choice for us. We were a few minute drive to the beautiful beach and close to restaurants and the grocery store. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this home in Naples Park. The location is great - easy access to the beach and other Naples highlights. We enjoyed using the bikes to explore the area. And it was so nice to have the beach supplies handy. We strapped the beach chairs and umbrella on our backs and rode the bikes to the beach :) We loved the decor - so fun - and everything was clean. Good communication with our host and easy check-in. Highly recommend!

We had a great time on our girls trip. It was me, my 14 yr old daughter, my cousin and her 15 yr old daughter. The house was very clean and comfortable and had the perfect amount of space for us all to hang out or to spread out when needed. Mark was very accommodating and always responded to me right away with any questions that I had. We walked to the beach daily. While it was a bit of a walk, we welcomed the daily exercise. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

This house was amazing! Had everything you could ever need, and then some. Location was excellent for us as we rode bikes to the beach daily. It's in between two great beaches so you can switch it up easily. Loved the lenei for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in evening. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The house is located near the beach (Vanderbilt and Delnor-Wiggins), fine dining (Turtle Club, The Bay House, many more), shopping, and nightlife (Mercato). The home is nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen including herbs and spices! A few small things needed attention (a few broken blinds, cabinet door off in bathroom). We enjoyed the use of the bikes and riding along the bike paths. Mark and Tim were very responsive to all our inquiries.

We recently sold our condo in the Pelican Bay Area and were looking for somewhere close by to stay for the week after Christmas. We got lucky when we saw this home for rent after a last minute cancellation. Mark was wonderful to deal with and even left the outside light on for us since we were arriving late! We came into a clean house and a nice welcome basket. Everything we saw in the pictures and in the description was accurate and all the instructions were easy to use. We had a wonderful stay and the home had pretty much anything we needed for our stay. The house is close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this home for couples or families.

It seemed like a good idea at the time. Beach Bungalow Bliss was a little bigger than we needed since it was only the two of us, but it came with 2 bikes and was only a mile to a beach to the southwest (Vanderbilt) and another one to the northwest (Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park). Coincidentally, we happened to be spending a weekend about 5 miles away the weekend before this trip. So I contacted the owners to get the address so we could do a “drive by” while we were in the area. To our surprise and good fortune, they were in the area at the time and graciously invited us to stop by for a tour of the place. They gave us a thorough tour of a very nicely decorated 2/2 with a screened in front patio, a large “Florida room” in the back, a garage (with the 2 bikes!), and a *fully* equipped kitchen. The web site pictures don’t do it justice. It is the nicest house on the block. When we came back a week later to actually use it, everything was in order. We arrived to find a nice “welcome basket”. The appliances are all in fine working order. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is fun to work in. All the utensils are better than most basic VRBO setups. My wife loved the potato peeler, but alas, we had to leave it behind! The first few days started as a working vacation. I had to have good internet access for work. The service there worked just fine. The place has easy access to the two beaches, a bike trail, several restaurants, Publix, Walgreen and CVS, Dunkin Donuts, etc. In a 10 minute drive you can find more of all that plus tourist attractions, excellent ice cream (Kilwin’s), shopping (The Village, 5th Ave in Naples), water sports (kayak eco-tours with Finseeker Guided Adventures, Hydrobike). Several days started with breakfast on the front patio. It was very quiet and surprisingly private. My wife liked early morning bike rides. She would leisurely peddle up and down the streets on the canals across Vanderbilt Drive and admire the mansion homes in the area. Later in the day was too hot for that, but by then it’s nap time anyway! All of our dealings with the owners were cordial and professional. We have stayed in many VRBO locations in the past but this one in “Best in class”. So, what seemed like a good idea turned out to be a great idea!
