Phoenix X Unit 816. This professionally decorated two bedroom and two bathroom condo has great sweeping views of the beach and the Gulf and has decorator furnishings and art work. From this condo you can enjoy gorgeous views of the beach and sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico.

The large kitchen boast of all the major appliances. The counter-tops are a beautiful Beachy white granite. The breakfast counter has three stools. In the dining area is a round, glass-topped dining table that has six matching chairs. The living room features a large queen sleeper sectional sofa. A large flat screen television is located on top of a distressed painted wood storage cabinet.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat screen television mounted on the wall. This room has beautiful beach views. The private master bathroom has a granite counter top and large easy in/out shower. Bedroom two has a pair of full-size beds appointed with coastal bedding. There is also a flat screen television.

Phoenix X is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to the Flora-Bama, fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State Park which now features several fun activities for the whole group from fun and high zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State Park Pier! There are plenty of water-sports to enjoy close-by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few.

Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to: large gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!

Directly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina. From the Flora-Bama marina you can take a dolphin cruise, rent a boat, rent a Jet Ski, rent paddle boards, and rent kayaks.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.

This was a very nice condo. We enjoyed our stay and had minimal issues. There were only two issues that we had but never complained because it didn’t effect our stay. The shower pressure in the main bathroom wasn’t very good and the light in the main closet wouldn’t come on. Everything else was perfect.

My wife and I have stayed @ Pheonix X since it was built. Always loved our stay until now. The mattresses were completely worn-out & heavy soild from urine. The frigerator freezer door could not open because the wall was in the way. The doors going into the bedroom and bathroom hit & rubbed making it hard to get in or out. Master bedroom bath was too small to fit comfortably. Living room sofa worn & broken. We spent plenty of $ only to be totally embarrassed on our first trip with our new friends with the accommodations. This is our first and last Vrbo transaction.

We have stayed in this unit before. We always have to move the microwave on the counter to make more counter space. Apparently the over-the-stove microwave has been broken for >2 years. Please replace it so the counter space is usable! We will stay again but we would really like to not have to move things around.

I took my daughter and her college roommates for spring break. The building is nice. Unit was a nice layout with a lovely balcony and beautiful view. The kitchen had all we needed. The table was nice and large. Couch comfortable. The beach was great as was the pool both indoor and out. The girls also enjoyed racquetball. We did not use the washer/dryer so cannot comment. It could have been cleaned better. On arrival I saw a clothing item under one bed and an empty water bottle under another bed. The bathroom floor needed swept as there was some hair left behind and some general maintenance and rust clean up is needed. Also, the plumbing in the main bathroom was making a very regular kind of flushing sound for about 15 seconds and a high pitched noise regularly every few minutes all night long. I kept the balcony doors opened most the time to hear the ocean, including the first couple nights but it turned colder so I shut the door. That’s when I noticed the noise. It’s not that noticeable during the day, but in the quiet of night it definitely disrupted my sleep. This 100% needs fixed before the next guests arrive. I got very little sleep due to this. Because our stay was almost over I didn’t call maintenance, but now wish I had. All in all I would stay there again but take my sound machine to drown out the noise!

Great location and views of the Gulf! Overall the stay was wonderful- the unit needs a deep clean. The screens on patio were both with either a hole or in the bedroom there were rips on the top. Just some minor repairs like some handles throughout were loose or came off. Lots of kitchen items but no potholders. I would still recommend this unit!

Our family of 5 hadn't had a beach vacation in 4 years and usually go with extended family. We always love going to the Gulf shores/ Orange Beach area. This is the first time we went just the 5 of us and the first time we stayed this far down. We absolutely loved the location. The beach wasn't over crowded and there were plenty of near by stores/ restaurants. The VRBO was perfect size and set up for us and our kiddos, ages 7-9-12. The washer was incredibly loud, but otherwise no issues. Would book again.

The condo had most everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Views were above and beyond and the live music from FloraBama everyday was an added bonus. I loved listening to the waves at night. The one disappointment was no one told us the outdoor pool was “under construction” and would be out of service. I most likely would have picked some place else to stay. Indoor pool was nice though, kids had a great time there. Staff at the Phoenix X was also very nice and accommodating.

Our stay was pretty nice. The room & View were Beautiful. The TV's were extremely old and and difficult to operate and The remotes didn't have any batteries in them. The ceiling fan didn't work. I also wish the lights underneath the cabinets work but they've been disconnected.

The room we rented was ok at best. But the property management, White Shores Realty does not respond and has absolutely no sympathy to real life situations and making exceptions to their rules. May want to avoid renting though this management company.

Beautiful location and views. Very convenient to the beach. Pool and grill area very nice. And very clean. The condo was not clean when we arrived. We contacted White Shores and they sent someone over to wash the floors and showers. Could use a refresh all around. Pillows decor etc.

Kitchen pretty well supplied except no barbeque tools at all. Rug in living room worn out, patio doors difficult to slide and the screens just do not work. The retro decorating is cute but cushions & pillows worn. Bed coverings are less than acceptable and pillows are just plain lousy. Lots of burn out light bulbs and we had to buy batteries for most of the remote controls. Frankly, White Shores Realty who leases this property is not doing it's job in helping owners keep things up to date and operable.
