Large 1,400 sq ft corner condo with high ceilings overlooks the bay from its floor to ceiling windows. Gorgeous and unobstructed front bay views and pure design. Very large HD Smart LED TVs in living room and master room plus extra TV in second bedroom, 100+ channels including HBO & Showtime, and connected to internet to watch your favorites at Netflix or Hulu. Wi-Fi Bamboo floors and marble counters.

Master bedroom with one king size bed with panoramic views and black-out window shades. Walk-in closet with en-suite bathroom with separated bath tub and shower and two washbasins. 37th floor apartment, excellent view, but not much else. Elevators don’t consistently work going up or down. In my unit the bathroom tub hot water handle does not on. All the kitchen chairs have significant spots on them like mildew or mold. The living and dining area furniture pieces are old and in need of an update. Overall not much more than a good view.

Well appointed view condo in great location. Secure building with fantastic pool area. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Kat was very helpful during check in. Be sure to ask about parking if you plan to bring or rent a car.

Room Impression: First, we loved the view and balcony, the spaciousness was fantastic! Check in: All of this had a shadow cast over it in the beginning because they treated us like we were criminals because we were riding very expensive touring motorcycles. There was NO parking for motorcycles and we weren't even allowed to pull up to drop our bags off first. VERY HUMILIATING! This was after I specifically asked about parking our motorcycles when we were booking. SO the problem was ignored up front. We finally found parking in a garage 3 blocks away and had to carry our bags all the way! That's just unprofessional to say it bluntly. You should of at least treated us like guests at check in and let us ride up to drop off our bags at check in. Maintenance: The bathtub in the large suite had a hot water faucet handle that was VERY difficult to turn on or off. Then the jets in the tub didn't work. There was soap scum all around the shower floor in the 2nd bathroom. And the sliding doors wouldn't open all the way. Other: The welcome bottle of wine was nice as was our check in person. Overall: We would never recommend this to anyone based on how they treated us as motorcycle riders. You would think we were Hell's Angels they way they looked at us when we wanted to ride up to the check in. the check in staff making our ID cards could have been friendlier. I guess it's a downtown thing to be rude. For the record, I've stayed at the Fountaine Bleau and it was fantastic!

It was our first trip to Miami, Sylvia, Natalie and Deborah were welcoming. Any requests we had were quickly addressed. We look forward to staying there again should our travels take us to Miami again.

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful condo before our cruise and it was amazing! Super clean and the views were spectacular! Natalie & Silvia were very responsive and when we arrived very late it was a simple check in process. I highly recommend this unit and will be staying again the next time we’re in Miami!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was amazing, clean, and the view was just breathtaking. We walked around the area and it was very relaxing. We first stayed at this condo a year ago for a week. We liked it so much we returned exactly a year later for another week. The view and the apartment complex can't be put into words to do it justice. The managers were readily available and we had no issues from booking to checking out. Recommend the stress free valet parking. As a senior citizen I enjoyed the views while there was plenty else for the younger generation. The place was immaculate. Showers were awesome.

I see a lot of properties and experienced some that are rated five star and do not live up to that level. This property was absolutely five star and then some. The views, the amenities, the little touches that were provided to make it a comfortable and elegant stay were fantastic. I hope to get back! FYI the elevator & check in isn’t great but nothing to keep you from booking this dream!

The apartment is everything that is described and then some. The hosts are easily accessible they are always checking to make sure everything is going good with the property. After a long day enjoying all that Brickell and Miami to offer it feels really good to come to the apartment and enjoy all the views. The beds are super comfortable and if you still need to do some work like me while on vacation the Internet was super fast and reliable all over the apartment. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I’m looking forward to booking again.

I had a wonderful vacation with my Husband and my Mother in Law in this lovely apartment. It has everything you need to cook meals and hang out. The views were as advertised. We enjoyed just sitting in front of the windows and watching the boats come into the Miami River. The apartment was clean overall but the floors just needed a good scrub down. Communication was fabulous with check in and check out. Everything was explained really well. I would definitely come back here for vacation again!

Condo was beautiful inside and had spectacular water views. Pictures were very accurate. Amenities of the property including pool, hot tub and indoor spa facilities were wonderful. Silvia was very easy to communicate with prior to checking in and at check-in. She also checked in during the stay via text to make sure all was well. Location easy to walk to shops and restaurants in Brickell and Downtown neighborhoods. Would definitely stay again.

A quick, but enjoyable 2-night stay for my wife, daughter and I. Lots of pre-stay communication with great instruction. The check-in process was confusing and took quite awhile. Once that was done, our stay was everything expected. The apartment was comfortable and had gorgeous views of the bay. We were able to use the pool facilities and the place was a short walk to many great places to eat in the Brickell area. Would’ve been nice to have on-site parking, rather than a few blocks away. Overall, this was a much better space for the value than an upscale hotel in the same area and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

My guests had to leave in the middle of the night because of an attempted break-in by a random person. He claimed it was his apartment, and he was threatening and violent, attempting to knock down the door. The management company has not communicated well with us and won’t give us our money back or any context about what happened. Because we are concerned this man could come back, we do not recommend staying here.

The property was EXACTLY what we saw online!!! The Hostess was Great and very informative. She told us all the great spots to visit. Also, if there was any issues day or night, they were very responsive! We’ll definitely be back next year!!!!!!!

This was the perfect location for our family of four including two young adult daughters. The property is just as you see in the photos. We didn't do any cooking here but you certainly could - the kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony overlooks the property's huge pool, as well as part of Brickell Key and Key Biscayne. From the floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom you can see the buildings of Brickell, as well as Key Biscayne in the distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Visuals were as promised. Just a few minor glitches, no instructions on the cooktop, had to google the model, defective hand held hose/shower wand in the Master bath that squirts all over, womens hairs in the jet tub, nothing that could not be circumvented with a little effort. Also the down button for the elevator on that floor died on us during our stay, just press the up and you are good, only takes a moment or two with a bit of misdirection before you can go down. The place was tastefully furnished, well equipped for a bit of cooking, easy to keep up. If you love to swim & or workout, you have definitely found the right place. A huge pool, come early for laps, and a fantastic gym. Overall everyone was very friendly. A busy place, lots of people having fun. Highly recommend this unit. Bed, bath & closets in the Master were show unit quality, a bit of better cleaning an a minor repair and marks for this were flawless, 10 out of 10.
