About this apartment rental

Beautifully updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. The upstairs lofted bedroom has a queen bed and mounted 40 inch flat screen tv. There is a walk-in closet and a completely renovated master bathroom with walk-in shower. The downstairs bedroom has two xl twin (80 inch) beds with two closets and a desk. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and has a shower and tub. The downstairs is an open floor plan. The kitchen has a full-size stainless steel fridge with a counter height bar with three bar stools. The living room includes a comfortable couch and chair with a 40 inch flat screen tv and blue-ray dvd player. The complex has a big pool and two Jacuzzi tubs. It's walking distance to Udall park, restaurants, a grocery store, and lots more. It's close to Sabino Canyon, U of A, and a short drive to Mount Lemmon. Pool is closed until April. I arrived in Tucson and had not received any check in details, I reach out to the host and she messaged back quickly with instructions to check in. Once I arrived at the property, it wasn’t in a safe neighborhood. The only security was a run down gate that could easily be tampered with and broken into. I decided to look at the property anyways. When I went inside, I realized it wasn’t throughly cleaned. The floors were dirty, the mattress had stains, the shower hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was an abnormal smell to the property. When I went to look at the loft area, there were soft spots in the carpet, night stands hadn’t been wiped down, and the bathroom was dirty. I reached out to the host with my concerns and told her that I wouldn’t be staying there and requested a refund. She offered me a gift card while someone went over there and cleaned the property. Since I didn’t feel safe/comfortable there I declined and asked for a partial refund due to the understanding that she did book out for 4 days on a holiday weekend and I was looking for some compensation while we trying to keep her business afloat. I was offered a refund of one night and cleaning fee. I didn’t accept and had to scramble to find hotel rooms for my trip. It was not newly renovated and looked quite run down compared to the photos.

The property is clean, quiet, and cozy. It's location is the best in Tucson. Very near stores, restaurants and local attractions. It is very easy to get to the main roads that take you in whatever direction you want to go.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay as it was very clean and secured. Beds, couch and chairs were very comfortable. We felt very safe there. Parking was good also. We definitely would go back to this lovely place if we go back to Tucson!!!

This two bedroom, two bath, condo worked out well for my wife and I. Safe location. Close to shopping and a number of sights you may want to see if you are visiting Tucson. We felt right at home after a day or two. Would recommend this unit.

My husband, adult son, and I really enjoyed our stay. It was stocked with all the dishes and cookwear you need. Having two bathrooms was great. The pool toys and pool towels were great additions.

This property is perfect. It is clean, comfortable and most of all quiet. It is nicely decorated. There is plenty of room. The large walk-in closet upstairs is great for storing luggage. The shelves next to the upstairs sink are perfect for storing all toiletries. You can't beat the location. Udall park is just a block away, Sabino Canyon is very close. Your choice of stores and restaurants are just munutes away. If you are going to stay in Tucson, this is the place to stay without a doubt.

We were extremely disappointed in this property. We felt deceived by the pictures on the VRBO listing. The property is tiny and cramped; the size of a small 1 bdrm apartment with a loft. We could not get the furnace to turn on, the ice maker in the frig was broken, and contrary to the owner's representations, the master only has a standard double bed (not a queen). The furniture in the condo is cheap, crappy and uncomfortable; there is not a comfortable place to sit in the whole unit. The saggy sofa should be hauled away. There was no disclosure in any of the pictures of child safety gates that have been installed on the stairwell. The unit was very poorly stocked with basic household supplies like dishwasher pods, garbage bags, food storage bags, napkins, basic spices and condiments. In our opinion, this is not a unit that anyone would want to spend their vacation in.

We needed sleeping quarters for my extended family over the Thanksgiving Holiday, as our location was the main eating and gathering place. The place was perfect for our three young adults. We didn't reserve the correct dates as they arrived a day earlier and left a day earlier than anticipated. We will stay again.

Once again, I returned to this fabulous townhouse in Tucson while on a work/family trip this past November. And again, there were no surprises. Clean, updated, everything worked, spacious in a wonderful townhouse development. Safe, nice neighborhood. Best of all- - was the property owner who checked in with me. A great communicator. I let her know I will be returning on my next trip to Tucson. Highly recommended.

The property was great, clean and even had toys for my visiting 4 yr old grand son! The big check in issue was locating the property street; it should be mentioned that the street is located in a complex called Coronado Place. It was very difficult to locate in the new new got arrival with poor street signage and tricky street turn. Otherwise great experience and I will use on my next visit. Thanks

This 2 bedroom townhome was perfect for our 6-week working holiday escaping the polar vortex. The home was comfortable for a mix of relaxing and working with a location near the foothills yet near downtown conveniences. The owners have also installed useful items for families with small children including a baby gate on the stairs and outlet plugs throughout. The kitchen and bathroom renovations were well appreciated during covid restrictions which had us staying home and cooking more often than normal when traveling.
