What makes us special are the guests who stay with us? READ OUR REVIEWS!! This a great Athens condo walkable to campus and close to downtown. The avg rate $110-145 per night plus cleaning fee and taxes,
a 2 night minimum. Rates are different for special event weekends, graduation and UGA game weekends. Calendar is kept updated, but book is not open more than 6 months out. Security Deposit may be added to a total at owner discretion. Great for short vacay or long term stay is available ask for pricing. This is a wonderful comfy, very clean, safe, quiet 2BR, 2 full bath renovated condo, 974 sq ft, .6 from the UGA campus, 1.5 to Stadium and 1.5 to downtown Athens. The condo sleeps 4. Extra guests NO MORE than 6 guests total, can use blow up queen bed. The first bedroom has a Queen bed and full tile tub/shower combo bathroom, carpeting, ceiling fan, flat screen tv, 2nd Bedroom has a full bed, a twin convertible ottoman, carpeting, ceiling fan and flat screen tv. 2nd full tub/shower combo bathroom is off living room. Queen blow up available as needed for extra guests. A pack and play and booster for babies available upon request. Condo is fully furnished with cute decor. Linens/Toiletries included. Kitchen is fully stocked and well equipped for all of your cooking needs, also has dishwasher. New Washer and Dryer. Dining Table has seating for 6 seats. There is blue ray dvd player, lots of dvd videos, new 42" smart tv, flat screen, Direct tv cable, ATT wireless wifi, comfortable seating, hardwood flooring in living area, tile in kitchen and baths. Lots of parking. Condo complex is quiet, safe and great for couples, families, golfers, and students visiting campus. Lots of shopping and great restaurants close by. A great alternative from a hotel, all the conveniences of home. Close to campus for sporting events and college visits and events. Close to the Classic Center and downtown for all Athens events. This is a 2nd floor condo, there are stairs, no elevators. There are 5 stairs from parking lot to a set of stairs, 6 steps to a landing and 5-6 more to top. Check in is 3pm and checkout 11am, special times can easily be accommodated if possible. This is a NO PETS, NO SMOKING condo. Absolutely no smoking of any kind or use of fireworks, sparklers, inside or on deck porch.

My daughter and I visited Athens, GA for a swim meet. We picked this condo due to the location, the great reviews, and an accommodating host. The condo was nicely furnished, with comfortable furniture and beds, and a well supplied kitchen. Close to grocery stores, retail shops, and to sporting venues. Check in and check out was easy. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We were attending our church's annual 3-day conference at The Classic Center. This condo was the perfect place for us to stay because it was comfortable and close enough to the conference, yet far enough away to relax and regroup. We hope to stay here again next year!

My college-aged children and I stayed over a baseball weekend. This condo is well-appointed, and was extremely clean. The neighborhood was very quiet, during both the day and the night. Plenty of parking, and the neighbors are friendly. The complex is quite dark at night, so be prepared with some type of flashlight (the one on your phone is fine). Communication with the owner was seamless, as was the check-in/check-out process. Uber rides to downtown or campus are inexpensive. Akademia Brewery has great food! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent. The condo was clean and comfortably decorated, and the neighborhood was quiet. There was a great place for breakfast and lunch just a few walking minutes away. Communication about directions, accessing the key, and check out were also excellent. I would definitely check the availability on our next trip to Athens.

I was in town for a sorority weekend with my daughter and the condo was the perfect spot. Close to everything, very clean and well equipped. Comfy beds and nice accommodations. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to it!

We had a great stay here. It is walkable to campus if you want to get your steps in. Less than a mile. Condo looks exactly like the pictures. Walk to the farm stand for breakfast for biscuit sandwiches!

Very clean & comfortable. The host’s thoughtful supplies (K-cups, snacks, water & even makeup remover wipes) were very appreciated, as we forgot these items. Quiet community, located just minutes from dorms, restaurants, downtown. A little challenging to find after dark, but that’s just a one time thing. We will happily return.

Great little condo. Super clean and comfy. Walking distance to UGA gymnastics (we are UF fans but still enjoyed the atmosphere) . Short drive to outlet mall. We had a great time and will rent again!

The condo on Baxter street was just as expected, comfortable, convenient and outfitted for the Bulldogs fan! Highly recommend to anyone that is looking for somewhere to be right outside the hustle and bustle of downtown and enjoy the ease of getting there from this condo complex.

The condo was very clean and organized. I usually stay in a hotel when visiting my daughter at UGA but this was much more spacious and comfortable. I was a little worried about the neighborhood but it was fine. We walked every morning and the campus is very close by.

we took our high school daughter to visit the University of Georgia, and stayed in this condo. It was perfect. The property manager was amazing and very helpful, and the condo was close to campus. You could walk, but should plan on driving to get downtown or to campus. UGA is so big, ou really need to drive from any place tou stay. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Athens.

The condo was perfectly located near everything we needed during our time. Very clean, very comfortable beds and cozy. A little disappointed the pool was closed for repairs (looks like it was that way for a while), but the host was kind enough to share info for community pools. Overall, lovely place.

Communication was the key!! Mary, the host, kept us informed about everything! This was a great plus! We found the condo with no problem. Checked in just as she stated with no problem! Texted her to let her know all was good. The condo had a very nice home feel to it! Very clean! The beds slept AMAZING!! We had no isses what so ever sleeping each night, it was peaceful and quite! There were fresh clean sheets on the beds! The water pressure was AWESOME!! And we never had an issue of running out of hot water. The kitchen was full of supplies but only issue was the stainless steal pans they sucked! We did go and buy ourselves some non-stick pans for our stay. I did mention to Mary that she may want to update the pans. The balcony was nice to sit out on during the day since the pool was out of service, which was a bummer! As our daughter was at Gymnastics Camp and we had planned on hanging by the pool. It was nice to have the washer and dryer as we went home with no dirty clothes! I had brought my own washing liquid and fabric softner. Our stay was simply rest and relaxation, just what we needed!!! I would recommend anyone to stay here and I'm sure we will book again in the future, just hope the pool would be in service next trip. Thank you Mary for allowing us to stay at your beautiful, comfortable condo!!!

We had a VERY nice stay in Athens. Condo is clean, well maintained, and fabulously UGA decorated Host was excellent -great communicator giving us directions and instructions for condo, provided snacks/waters and area maps in the condo for visit, provided necessary toiletries. We would definitely book again if we are to return to Athens.
