Ten minutes or less to Okemo. Renovated bath and kitchenette were nice.
Small but with three bedrooms and an adequate living room we had all the space and privacy needed for a weekend with my adult kids.

The title has most of what’s important.
Pros:
10 mins to Okemo, Clean apartment, good mattresses, some pots/dishes, towels, etc
Cons:
Piercingly loud fire siren blared at midnight our first night and 10pm the second night. Fairly traumatic and very disruptive for kids (and adults) trying to sleep and get up early to ski.
Poorly marked building. We couldn’t find which door to enter (hint: it’s not the one with the building’s address on it. You have to guess which of the unmarked doors to enter. For us it turned out to be the 3rd door we tried that was covered by two feet of snow/ice that we had to shovel to get in.
The rooms are nice enough, but very small. One room has a bed that is 4 feet off the ground and has no room for bedside tables, so you have to get out of bed to reach a glass of water sitting on the floor if you want a drink in the middle of the night. Very little room for luggage or even to try to get dressed.
Poor internet: too weak to stream March Madness on an iPad. We played Nintendo instead.
Would I stay again? Maybe; but at this price, first I’d look for somewhere that’s not right next to a fire siren, has blinds that block the bright lights from the firehouse and neighboring apartment buildings, and has a dishwasher.

Stayed for three days of skiing. Very nice warm place. Updated bathroom since our prior visit.

Nice location with food and drink options within walking distance. Clean and comfortable; but stairs can be burdensome for transferring gear if you have little ones that aren't very self sufficient.

It’s smaller than it looks in the photos but comfy enough for a short stay. The mattresses are excellent, so no problem sleeping, except when the heating fails. We had warned the manager that it was playing up and on New Years Eve it stopped working. We reported it at 7:30 a.m and despite many promises and much polite and disingenuous bs, it didn’t get fixed. It was freakin cold. No apologies, just a text from a robot asking if we enjoyed our stay. And by the way, it’s advertised as being near the shuttle to Okemo. Well it ain’t. The shuttle bus at the end of the road is for the clinic run, and doesn’t go to Okemo. They are getting more rent based on this and it is a lie.

Nothing fancy, but clean, organized, and a super cool 80s collection of art, VHS tapes, and video games!

I booked because I couldn't find anything in Ludlow and so glad I did. Set up was perfect for a family. We walked to breakfast, brewery, and restaurant. With a pefect general store around the corner - we had everything right there. Great spot! Unit was clean and welcoming.

Even a mild day, which most in the summer in Vermont are, leaves this 3rd floor apartment very warm or hot. Temperature was about 90 deg in the apartment when we arrived. Opening all the windows it took a long while to cool down. At least give us some fans.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the other reviews on this property, but our family of four had a great week-long stay. The location is fantastic. We enjoyed walking to the bakery, brewery, and general store. The condo itself was on the small side, but very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen. It is true that the stairwell up to the building is a little off-putting, but once you are inside, it is fine. One note: the place is not air-conditioned and generally stays 8-10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature. We emailed the property manager to ask for a fan, but never received a reply. The place would benefit from a fan or two and a second set of towels. We would definitely stay again!

1. Very dark stairway! Unable to see without a flashlight.
2. Futon broken - my husband had to temporarily fix
3. Google remote was not available. If known beforehand could have prepped with bringing own DVD ‘s none there
4. We called the night we checked in about the above issues and we were told someone would come the next day around 10-11. My husband stayed behind and no one showed up or called . We called back and were told the property manager was ill and only addressing emergencies.
We have asked for a call back and have yet to receive one. Communication is very poor and there was poor attention to our concerns

We stayed in this cozy condo for three weeks between leaf-peeping prime and ski season. Our hope was that this property would be the perfect place to take advantage of a “work from home” mandate and it did not disappoint. The wifi connection was strong, the condo was clean, well-furnished, and warm, and management was extremely helpful/communicative. There’s also quite a collection of VHS tapes for after work entertainment! We found Proctorsville to be a sleepy town this time of year, but nearby Ludlow is a short 10 minute drive away and has more to offer year-round. The condo building sits on a dirt road with unmarked parking and beside an abandoned house, which wasn’t visually appealing but didn’t negatively impact our stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and give it a 5-star rating!

The location of the apartment was awesome but check in left us searching for our front door, which was at the top of a dirty and bug filled stairway. The apartment was neat, but the window sills were loaded with dead flies and bugs, months worth of dust, and there were even a few dead flies around the apartment. Also- check in was a bit confusing as the door is unmarked and the directions are confusing. A wrong turn will lead you into a spider filled, winding stairway.

Clean and comfortable
Positives: The location is fantastic. It’s close to the ski area, restaurant and a wonderful bakery. The place itself is clean and comfortable with all comforts. The 3 bedrooms was nice with lots of comfortable blankets.
Negatives: The parking lot and driveway was a mess. We were there when it was warm and the snow was melting. The whole driveway and parking was a huge puddle which made it difficult to carry things to and from the car. The “walkway” in front of the door was not cleared. It was icy and hard to walk with your things. It could be hard with little kids. The 3 story’s up to the place could be hard for some to get up and down.

Nice place!
Everything was clean and relatively new. Beds/sheets/pillows were great. Enjoyed the games and old videos that were there.
Needed more drinking glasses however. Tall plastic tumblers are not great for doing tequila shots.
