About this apartment rental
This building is included among of the newest in the romantic zone/ beach area. Upon entering, you will be amazed by the incredible ocean views.You will like the configuration of the condo and its location in the building. Giving as a breathtaking view of the ocean and beach as the view of the back garden, which allows it to be very sunny and stay fresh. Enjoy the wind that passes through the unit and refreshed it in an instant. Being just a little lower than the back street also offers good accessibility and a great tranquility. What makes it one of the most popular of the building. It is located right behind the blue chair hotel. Get into the elevator walk some steps and you are on the Los Muertos beach. On top of the building you have infinity heated pool and sun deck with wi-fi and an amazing view. The condo is offers a luxury ambience with 1 bed room ( king size bed ) with tv 32 inch flat screen, closets with a lot of store room. Full equipped kitchen with granite counters, with fridge, microwave, stove, dishwashers,washer and dryer, toaster, mixer and coffee maker etc. This condo has own water purification system in the kitchen and a digital safe box. It offers nice size living room with dining table sitting area and a comfortable sofa/bed for additional guests, also tv 47 inch, wi-fi. The 2 bath rooms nice designed with granite counters. Relax and enjoy the view from the large balcony, let yourself be lulled by the sounds of the waves ,watch people walking across the beach during sunset's acting. In the evening, don’t miss the view of the city's bright lights miles. You will also have the opportunity to attend daily fireworks and a whole new colorful spectacle offered by the new emblem of the romantic zone, the los muertos pier.

People told me "vacation rentals never live up to the photos or the listing" before I left for this trip. Well, they havent seen Obra Del Sol.
If anything, the listing and photos didn't fully capture just how beautiful and spacious this condo is. The view from the massive window wall is simply breathtaking, unlike any I've seen before, and arguably one of the best views in all of PVR.
The spectacular views continue to stun on the rooftop garden and pool area. We spent hours in the warm infinity pool just watching the sunset over the bay from our high perch over the beach.
Facility management was helpful, efficient, and provided great wraparound services that made this condo rental feel like a true resort experience.
The kitchen was fully equipped with anything we could need to cook or serve food in our unit or up on the pool deck. Towels were plentiful, TVs and sound systems great in living room and bedroom, and it was really convenient having a washer/dryer to dry things off after the pool or beach. The whole place was just really well equipped and outfitted to allow us to do whatever we wanted on our trip and get full enjoyment from the experience.
The neighborhood is perfectly situated close to the 'it' beaches, clubs, and restaurants, and we never felt unsafe for a moment throughout our stay.
This was probably the best vacation we've ever had, and it's thanks to this great place and the nice folks who run it.

The condo is just as described and very well maintained. Olga does a phenomenal job keeping the place clean, and the property management crew were very attentive and helpful in responding to our inquiries. The rooftop pool area is wonderful — we spent many hours up there — and the beach is just down the hill. We found the location to be ideal in walking distance to everything we wanted or needed. The water purifier in the kitchen was a huge bonus so we could drink the water and didn’t need to buy big jugs of water and hoist them up the hill to the unit.
Not so great things to note:
We found the bed to be very soft and caused considerable back pain. Not our kind of bed.
There is construction on both sides of the condo building — including on Saturday! — so there was no quiet except early morning and early evening. Three buildings are under construction so the daytime noise was incessant. There is a lot of music from neighborhood beach-level pools too. If you’re looking for a quiet reprieve this isn’t your place right now. It was even hard to read with all the drilling and loud noise. Bring your noise canceling earbuds! This isn’t anything the condo owners are responsible for so this comment is for your awareness and not a reflection on the unit itself.

Condo exceeded our expectations! Perfect for a couple. The view was incredible, the accommodations were clean, the bed was super soft with nice quality sheets, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Angel, our guest services contact responded to our concern’s promptly, and went out of his way to make our stay great.
My only suggestion would be to offer more blanket options. The bedspread felt more like a curtain than a cozy duvet.

This was our second stay at the property in 6 months. It was exactly as we expected, clean, functional and absolutely beautiful. A couple of relatively minor flaws in communicating with the property management this time. But overall a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this property.

The only inconvenience was the Check in process took a bit of time, and the power outage early in the morning.
We had to wait 30 minutes to get into the condo. I think the property manager may have had other units to attend to? There was a power outage in the whole building, which left no access to water. It lasted for about 3 hours.
Other than that, this place was so spectacular. Great location within Zona Romantica. Beach access, food, drinks were really convenient. We will definately be back!

Since 2008 I've tried to make it to PV at least twice a year and of all the places I've stayed this was for sure a favorite. Would go back in a second, and if the owners ever want to sell I hope they let me know first. Great location, great building, great unit, great experience.

We always enjoy our stay. The owners and property managers are wonderful. It’s the perfect location and has all the amenities that one needs to fully enjoy their stay. The views are incredible. We have stayed here many times and just love it.

I chose this rental because of all the great reviews and they were all true. My favorite place was the pool, especially since it was so hot. And yes, the view from the condo and pool was amazing! Very clean pool area and condo. Taxis and Uber/Lyft both work in the area so getting around is easy and inexpensive. Definitely recommend to others, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful condo and very well stocked with anything you may need, including beach towels, extra bags, cooler, and more. AC works great, but enjoyed the fully-opened wall to the view. Very easy walking to all the great sites. Will definitely book again

We have stayed in two identical units in this building. It is a large 1 bedroom with two full baths. Lot of beach towels. So many pots and pans for cooking. Tons of glasses and wine glasses. Icemaker in fridge. Two tables with 2 chairs each outside on the balcony for watching the sun down every evening. A dining room table and a big couch. Cable TV in Master and in living room.
Internet is sketchy but hey, you are in Mexico.
It is a 3 minute walk to a special little breakfast place and 5 minutes to sitting on the beach at La Palapa.
The folks that manage the place are great. Thanks to Moises, Alejandro, Fernando and Brian for making our trip seamless.

Another Great Vacation
We have stayed here several times now and you can’t beat the location. And with that comes fantastic views, beautiful roof top pool and short walks to great restaurants and bars. The beach is right across the street where you have access to several beach clubs. The owners and management company are responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Spectacular condo - amazing view for beautiful sunsets and fireworks. Unit was very well equipped for those who want to eat in during those sunsets! Roof top pool and area was really amazing. Also management Alejandro was extremely helpful and attended to everything. Hope to return!

Condo with great location and amenities
This condo is situated in the perfect location in PV, where you can walk to beaches, bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals and has a wonderful view of the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The management team for this location was outstanding. The building rooftop decks is the best. We enjoyed our month long stay in this well furnished condo.

This is a very well presented and luxurious condo. Great location for the beach and the old town. We had a couple of issues (a plumbing problem and Wi-fi failure) which were sorted promptly. The pool area is great and the terrace is amazing for evening sun. So glad we stayed here for a second time.

Overall a great place to stay
We loved the views and the amenities including people leave spices and soaps in case someone decides to cook. You do feel like you are at home.
We had no TV as a power surge blew out he TV but found we did not miss seeing news on vacation. I’d suggest having the management group check the AC unit for the bedroom as it was hard to cool the room. Luckily the weather was perfect and open air was all that was needed.
i would happily stay here again. Location perfect.

Beautiful condo in a FANTASTIC location!
My husband and I had a fabulous time in the apartment. It was very clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. Ot would have received 5 stars but the rooftop pool area was under construction and could not be used...a good excuse for us to return for another stay.

Séjour du 17 mai au 24 mai, ne cherchez plus vous avez trouvés l'endroit idéal pour vos vacances. Mon 12ieme voyage a PV et sans aucun doute le plus agréable. Le condo est magnifique, fonctionnel et tres bien équipé. La plage est a 2 minutes (temps calculé) a pied. Vous etes a 8 minutes de la zone romantique (restaurants,bar etc...). La terrace sur le toit est magnifique et intime et la vue est a couper le souffle. Il s'agir d'un petit complexe de 21 condos sur 6 étages face a la mer. Soyez certain que mon prochain sejour sera au meme endroit.
