The location was great for getting to the beach and was very walkable to many great places. Not a lot of shopping within walking distance, but very quick to drive to. Some of the neighbors did not seem very happy we were there, but overall it was a really great place to stay and we hope to be back!

The accommodations were absolutely incredible! The beach was within walking distance, and we were by a bus stop so that we could go shopping. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The lanai was perfect as we grilled out for breakfast, lunch and dinner most nights. Would recommend and plan to return in 2024!

Great property- great location- very nice kitchen and bathrooms- ICE cold AC.
The only issue was the bed in the guest bedroom (not master) was INCREDIBLY squeaky. Every subtle movement would wake my partner up. It made for very restless sleeping, but hey, we're in paradise.

We have never been to Maui and our family of eight ended up being so happy that this was the location we chose to stay in. The property backs up to beautiful green fields and tropical trees filled with native roosters and chickens and tropical birds that just made the backyard come to life in paradise every morning. The patio was outstanding and easily fit our large group. Inside was clean and modern. It was very helpful to have beach supplies available in the garage. Napili Bay is only about a two minute walk away and extremely easy to get to. The property is in a gated community, one of about fifteen other condominiums and the town of Napili is very quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Great location, nice kitchen, plenty of room for family stay, plenty of beach equipment..
Cons: 1) Mouse droppings in bedrooms. Mouse came out at night and snacked on bag of trail mix left out. (Stored all food in cabinets after that.) 2) Cockroaches occasionally appeared. Not surprising in a tropical location. 3) Central air conditioner failed on 2nd day of 14 day stay. Bill from property management responded right away to assist. A/C repair showed up and found that A/C needed new blower. Bill brought 2 portable units, one for upstairs & one for downstairs. Unit gets extremely warm in afternoons & hot in master bedroom. Bill had to contact owner to get permission for A/C repair. We were advised that repair would be completed within a couple of days (one week into stay). Repair never happened and no further communication. Property management refunded us for two nights stay and gave us a gift card to local restaurant. 4) Woke to a wide spread power outage one morning (not property’s fault). Unit has solar with Tesla Powerwall batteries, however, batteries failed to power unit. Not a problem except our car was stuck in garage with electric opener. Prop. management did not know where key is located to manually disconnect opener and open garage. Fortunately we weren’t heading to airport that morning. Also, battery backup for gate to driveway failed and gate had to be forcibly pushed open so other cars could leave property. If above issues are resolved, future guest will definitely enjoy.

Rats and roaches
We were greeted on our first night with rat poop upstairs, in one of the beds, in multiple closets, followed by a loaf of bread chewed through which we discovered when we went to cook breakfast. The location of this rental is great if you're willing to put up with the rat and roach problem, and the rooster farm immediately behind it, offering crowing all night. When we contacted the renters for an alternative place to stay, we were ignored in all three emails, as well as multiple phone calls. The only solution was the maintenance man setting a trap in the kitchen and inviting pest control into our rental to place a couple traps under furniture. I understand roahces and bug are more typical to a tropical climate, but rats being passed off by the maintenance man as a common problem to the area is inexcusable. No vacationers should have to put up with that worry in their stay. This rental was a huge disappointing way to worry our way through a trip that has been saved up for by my family for years. We even contacted the owners after returning for an apology of some kind only to be ignored further.

Beautiful location
No better location for a condo in all of Maui! We love this condo community. This particular condo is a bit worn for wear, but still serves its purpose. Beautiful big lanai for hosting our family! We could overlook the negatives for the fact that is was much cheaper than neighboring properties.

The cockroaches in Maui are huge.
I experienced cockroaches several times during our stay, three times when opening the cutlery drawer and on our last night there a large one on our bed. The cockroach startled me so much I was glad I was able to sleep. The first day we got there we noticed dead mouse smell in the kitchen it was nauseating. I left 2 or three messages with the office number we had on our paper work and actually talked with someone once but nothing was done about it. Also there was a serious cracking noise in the master bedroom every day we were there by the windows. I seriously thought that the windows may bust at any moment. I think it might time to rebuild the place. I just want to let you know our experience thanks for the freedom to do that. Hope it will be constructive as you continue on in your rental properties.

Beautiful and perfect for our family of 7!
We noticed the gorgeous Lenai when we first walked it! Very well set up with brand new furniture. Our favorite spot to eat and relax!
The bedrooms worked out perfectly for our two married children. Our single son was able to use the sofa sleeper. We loved having a washer and dryer! The garage is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers which we used daily and definitely enjoyed.
The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, and cooking gear. (My one negative, the kitchen is in need of a good cleaning, drawers and cabinets.) We had 7 people and only 6 beach towels. I called and they quickly brought two more beach towels over for us. There is a convenient clothes line in the garage. Everything actually dried quicker in there than on the deck, due to humidity. The only thing we missed were some extra blankets for our two cold sleepers. I did call and request some, but didn’t get a response on that one. They ended up using clean beach towels for blankets at night.
The location was an easy walk to multiple beaches!

Great location, condo needs a lot of work though. Make sure AC is fixed before booking!
We enjoyed our stay here, mostly because of the location. The condo itself needs a lot of work, some furniture is broken and cupboards were broken, carpet is in need of replacement. The back patio is great, beautiful, shaded and relaxing. The condo is big and has a lot of space for a bigger family. The biggest issue was the AC. When we arrived the temperature in the condo was 87 degrees. We turned on the air and the first few days the AC was trying hard to work but never got below 80 degrees, then just stopped working all together. They did not come and fix the AC, but instead but in a few window units, The downstairs unit did not work, so it never got cooler than 80 degrees downstairs. They did comp us the last few nights of our stay which was nice, but it was so uncomfortable in the condo with the heat. I would verify that the AC is up and running before you book here for sure. The temps in Maui when we where there were high 80's and this condo faces the sun and does not have good window coverings or windows to open for a cross breeze so AC is very necessary.

Paradise for a big family!
We had a wonderful time! We are a family of 6, and this place was beautiful and spacious! The location can't be beat- we walked less than two minutes to Napili Bay, our favorite spot on Maui. With little ones needing naps, and older kids needing space, this property fit everyone's needs! We loved the back porch, the garage, the kitchen, and having laundry facilities. We have stayed on Maui before, but this beat out any other place we have been. We will be back for sure!

Spacious townhouse with plenty of parking, A/C, & great location across from Napili Bay
The home was very clean and it had everything you could possibly need. The description said parking 2 cars in the garage would be tight but we had no issues. The A/C was a must for us and this home was perfect. we loved being able to walk 5 minutes across the street to Napili Bay. the location is a good 15-20 minutes north of Lahaina but if you're planning to spend your time in Napili / Kapalua, you have everything right around you (Kapalua is literally a minute north). Overall, we'd definitely stay here again!

Great place!
Well located. Clean with plenty of towels. Lots of great beach stuff in the garage, including chairs! Had everything we needed. Great patio for bbq. Good at equipement. We had a blast. The non-master bedrooms did hear dog(s). Not a big issue for us. Bed mattresses could be upgraded. We would stay here again.

The property was top notch!
The townhouse was beautiful, close to a great beach, in a quiet neighborhood and well stocked with all the essentials. We loved the back lanai ( beautiful wood deck and surrounded with lush tropical plants and trees). Loved not having to deal with any keys (always misplacing them). Close to all the restaurants and activities (but not too close).

Great Rental!
We had a great time while staying here. The location can't be beat with Napili beach right across the street, the Gazebo and Sea House restaurants within walking distance, parking for 2 cars, a great patio/lanai with BBQ, fully stocked kitchen and much more. My only minor complaint is that the AC wasnt the greatest but because it was January and the temps a little cooler, we just turned it off and opened the windows and sliding doors to the patio (there are screens to keep pests out) and had no issues! The condo was clean and had everything we needed!
I look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Maui!!

Nice Place But Poor Management
The place is beautiful, but our group was turned off by the management and booking/intake process.
There were many confusing documents with passwords and rules between about 4 PDFs over 2-3 emails over the course of 1 month leading up to our stay that could have easily been summarized into 1 central document.
We had some trouble with the gate coming into the place when we finally got in, so we called the off-hours line that they said to call if we had ANY issues.
A lady answered and she seemed extremely annoyed and was very rude and condescending over the phone. It was a huge turn off and a bad way to begin our stay at Napili Gardens.
This place is great. It's beautiful and amazing but I would suggest the owner of the unit find a new management company. We would have given this place an easy 5-stars if it weren't for the management company.

Neighbor's dog barks and barks and barks
Napili is great and this unit would have been wonderful BUT the local neighbor just behind the unit has a big dog that barks ALL THE TIME. He wakes you up at 5:30 am, ruins any chance of a vacation nap in the afternoon, and keeps you up until past midnight. The dog is chained up outside 24/7 and is a nightmare (for Napili Gardens units 5-10). We bought fans to try to drown out the sound with white noise to no avail. Find somewhere else to stay in Napili.

Great location, clean condo !
Our group of 5 stayed in this condo for 5 days. This was our first visit and we had a great time in Maui !!

High quality kitchen appliances.. especially the almost-noiseless dish washer!
Good room sizes, nice bathrooms. Very clean. Lots of towels provided.
The condo looks just as in the pictures !
Cons -
We noticed some cob webs in the ceiling/walls. Would be nice if these are removed.
There were also some giant spiders in the bedrooms which we had to get rid of.
Otherwise, the condo worked great for us. Will definitely recommend this to others !!

Perfect Vacation Home
This town home was a great choice and we really enjoyed our stay. We were a family party of 6 made up of two couples and two teenage girls so were looking for spacious family accommodation. This town home was perfect for us; quiet and private, secure, well situated, clean, very nicely updated and stocked with everything you need.
The small town home complex is gated and the rental agents provided us with the gate code as well as a code to open the private garage and a third code for the unit. It seemed a lot to remember at first but we soon all memorized the codes and it meant we never had to concern ourselves with keys. Since the town homes are close to very some popular beaches and parking nearby is at a premium, it's great that the parking lot is secure. It was also nice to be able to park our rental car in the garage, especially when we discovered one evening that it wouldn't lock!
The location is great, within easy walking distance of two beautiful beaches. We preferred Kapalua beach which is a short walk away (just around the corner) over the closer Napili beach. Kapaula beach is much prettier, has better facilities and has excellent snorkeling. We snorkeled there almost every day and saw a fantastic array of marine life including the resident turtles. It's only a short drive from Napili Gardens to the highway making it easy to take trips out to other parts of the island. There's a grocery store and a few other stores nearby, at the intersection with the highway so grocery shopping is a breeze. We stocked up at Costco (near the airport) when we arrived and then used the local store for other needs.
The unit was just as nice (if not nicer) than the photos in the listing show. The kitchen has recently been updated with high end appliances (the Bosch dishwasher is better than the one I have at home and is very quiet) and everything was in top condition. The only exception to that was the gas grill outside which hadn't been kept clean by prior renters and the drip tray flamed up when we lit it (we cleaned it and it then worked great). The bathrooms are also beautiful and very clean and there were lots of towels provided.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Of note this rental isn't suitable for anyone with a disability, you have to climb stairs to enter the unit and there are more stairs to the bedrooms.

Great Condo - Perfect Location with Easy Beach Access
I've stayed here twice and it's amazing! The condo has a great layout, superb location, and plenty of room for a large group or if there are just a few of you.
The condo itself has everything you need - great kitchen, new gas bbq, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a washer/dryer in the garage, and ocean views! Upstairs, the bedrooms were comfortable and cool, had plenty of closet space, and the bathrooms were large and beautifully renovated!
For activities, we literally just walked across the street to the beach every day, were able to rent paddle boards and scuba gear, swing by the market for snacks, and stroll through the Kapalua grounds...all without having to get in the car! There are a handful of great restaurants a few minutes walk away too. It's also an easy drive into Lahaina - we did it daily for yoga classes and for dinner a few nights.
Love love love this spot and will definitely be going back next year!

Great getaway with amazing access to amenities
I stayed here with 5 friends in early May. We had a fantastic time. The house has been well renovated with high end touches. The ease of access to the beach and other actives was fantastic. We grilled almost every night in the backyard which really served as an extra living room for us. Having laundry, easy dedicated parking, and a quiet complex was also great. The condo was very well maintained. Additionally several members of our group enjoyed the amenities like golf and trails at the nearby Ritz. The location was great as there were shops walking as well as a short car ride away. I would absolutely stay here again!

Sleep is for the weak!
While this property was a perfect size, beautiful home, and met all of our needs, it also came with roosters living in a backyard RIGHT by the condo. I don't mean 1 rooster that crows a little in the morning to let you know the sun is up and maybe you should be too... There were at least 3 or 4 and they crowed all day and night!!! You got a small window of quiet from around 8:00pm until 3:00am and that was it! We came with 3 little kids and we were all up by 4 or 5 our entire vacation. We called and asked if anything could be done, and of course nothing could be since these animals are legal. Other then that we were completely satisfied with everything at the condo. It was right across the street from the most gorgeous beach ever and despite the noise we had a wonderful vacation! We just came home very tired!

Amazing week- Cannot Wait to Go Back!!
I stayed for a week in March 2011. There were only two of us in the condo and we were SWIMMING in extra space. I had the whole master to myself. It has ocean views, a very comfy bed and LOTS of closet space. The bathrooms are newly redone and gorgeous. (Hair dryer included!) Glass walled shower- beautiful.
The kitchen is FULLY equipped and comfortable to cook in. The BBQ in the backyard is easy to use and clean.
The house is super convenient to the beach. It is literally across the street- in fact there are several beaches within walking distance and each had their particular draws. (some are good for snorkling, some quiet, some better for kids...)
The house has some equipment in the garage that the owners are generous enough to share. The garage also houses a washer and dryer which is convenient for washing sandy beach towels (you'd be shocked at how many we went through!)
The Ritz Carlton property is very close- several of my early morning runs took me through their grounds, which are spectacular.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this property to anyone wanting the comforts of home while they are away. It is definitely kid/family friendly.

Amazing place
We stayed there for a week in June 2010 and enjoyed every minute. The quality of the furnishings is top rate. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and functional, there was plenty of room for everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The location is perfect, just a few minutes to 2 beachs with great turtles and snorkeling, and a short drive to the grocery store. It is also close to many of the activities on that side of the Island. There is a great many things to do in a 15-20 minutes radius like, golf, zipline, jet ski, snorkeling and more.
When we arrived everything was clean and ready for our visit and worked perfectly.
We will go back there at the first chance we get.

Large Condo- Great Location
We have stay here 3 times and have had a great experience each time. Great place for large family or families or 2 to 3 couples. Naplili Bay beach is beautiful especially enjoying a Mai Tai at the Napili Kai on the bay with the sun setting over Lanai. We hope to be back again next winter.
