4BR, 3BA secluded luxury with unobstructed Lake view. This is an EXQUISITE luxury condominium located just above the Boulder Lift on the Nevada side of Heavenly - ideally located for winter and summer activities. If you enjoy skiing and snowboarding in the winter and hiking, mountain biking in the summer - this is your place for location and spectacular views.
This beautiful custom home, completely remodeled recently, is located adjacent to Heavenly Ski Resort's Nevada Ski area and right above the Boulder Lift on Heavenly's Nevada side. For the more advanced skiers, you can ski down to the Boulder Lodge/Lift (when sufficient snow exists as it is ungroomed tree terrain). The free Heavenly shuttle bus also picks up/drops off right at our parking lot for convenient access to the slopes.
This 4 bedroom/3 bath 2000+ s.f. unit is the most unique and luxurious one on Heavenly's Nevada side. It’s a very secluded and peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Sit on the deck and drink in the spectacular views of not only Lake Tahoe but Mt. Tallac and Heavenly Valley!!
Once you are in the home you'll enter the beautiful kitchen/dining room area complete with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, modern dimpled copper sink, granite counter tops and great Flat Screen TV for entertaining. You'll find seating for 8 at the dining table and 3 at the kitchen bar area. There is also a gear dryer in the winter for your boots and gloves to make them dry and warm for your next ski day. Down the hallway you'll find the first of 3 bathrooms with HEATED FLOORING! No more cold tile floors on those chilly winter mornings. Bathrooms throughout the home all come equipped with state of the art plumbing, granite counter tops and luxurious towels.
Go further down the hall and you'll come to the first bedroom. Master bedroom #1 has a comfy queen bed and Flat Screen TV. This bedroom looks out onto the forest on the backside of the home.
Go upstairs and find a spectacular living room that boasts even more beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. The comfortable leather sofas sit directly in front of a gas fireplace with a gorgeous rock wall upon which is mounted a 65" TV for streaming your favorite subscriptions. A game table with seating for 4 complete the room. Down the hallway from this magnificent living room is the 2nd bathroom and bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 sets of EXTRA LONG twin bunk beds (4 beds total). Bathroom is also equipped with heated tile floor, granite counter tops and contemporary plumbing and fixtures. A full size washer and dryer are also found on this floor.
Up the stairs to the third floor is the spacious master loft with a California King bed, reading nook, a 46' flat screen TV and walk in closet. The master bath has heated tile floor, his/hers sinks, granite counter tops, jetted tub and separate full shower. This master bedroom and bathroom have spectacular views of Lake Tahoe.
The house has reliable wireless internet for those with the need for a 'working vacation'. Step outside onto the top deck and into the professionally-maintained hot tub with unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains and an unobstructed view of Lake Tahoe. Nothing beats coming off the slopes after a great day of skiing, taking a plunge in the hot tub, relaxing while you overlook the lake and absorb the tranquility of world known as Lake Tahoe.

Very clean and well maintained. It has a gorgeous view and a killer hot tub. The place has been updated and it shows. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was seamless. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful secluded property with a view of the lake that is better in person than the photo on the listing shows! The unit itself has great furnishings and was well-stocked and clean. It was very comfortable for our group!

We celebrated my 50th birthday in beautiful Lake Tahoe with 3 other couples. We absolutely loved the house, the sunsets were spectacular! The house was so well appointed, we only needed to supply food and beverages. We were all impressed with the fullness of supplies provided, don’t need to purchase additional toiletries, detergents, etc. The house is stocked with plenty of these items for your stay. The beds are comfortable, Fall weather was great. And again, THE VIEW!!!! Would absolutely recommend this property!

Perfect property for a ski trip with family or friends. We went with four skiers (bunk room had beds for more). Property was beautiful, well-kept, and clean. View of the lake to die for. Instructions were clear and accurate. Only challenge was navigating the walk /shuttle to and from Stagecoach lift. A stretch to call the place “ski out”. But overall, wow!

The property is beautiful - we were unlucky with weather - one day of beautiful views of the lake. parking is away from condo and walk stairs was difficult carrying gear and groceries. Ski out is almost impossible unless you are a professional. Living and dining are separate. Hot tub is not private - shared with neighbors. Attention to detail was amazing. Lots of utensils, dish soap, shampoo etc!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Robert’s place. The house is in a wonderful location, about a 10-minute walk to the Stagecoach lift or 3-5 minute walk to the shuttle stop which brings you to the lift. The house was stocked with essentials, and the kitchen had all necessary tools/pans/etc. to cook. The bedrooms and bathrooms are laid out nicely to provide privacy. We enjoyed this home so much with our friends and look forward to returning in the future! The roads up to the house are a bit dicey with winter weather, and would recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle or chains. Highly recommend this property.

Mike was great all the way through and the location was just perfect. The house had everything we needed to feel like we were at a 'home away from home'. From the nice kitchen for cooking/prepping meals to the spa (the kids demanded spa time every night!) and the incredible master suite on the top floor, I highly recommend this home for your next family vacation near Heavenly & Lake Tahoe.

Stayed for a girls weekend and the property was perfect. The condo was about a 15min drive to downtown Tahoe, the deck and 3 floors provided plenty of space for us to spread out without feeling like we were onto of one another and we especially appreciated the kitchen and grill for cooking while there! Views were just stunning and could not have asked for a more beautiful property! Thank you!

It was a great place to stay. Nicely appointed and great amenities. The only issue was the ski out designation. It was not ski out during our stay with the low amount of snow and a person would have to be an expert skier to ski out. Instead a shuttle picked us up near the parking lot, which sufficed.
Everything was great and a wonderful place. I would stay there again.

Just be aware not a ski out property unless you are a very strong skier and can go down a pretty steep area with trees. Otherwise a 10’ walk to Stagecoach or 5’ drive to Boulder. Nice to be on Nevada side, which is less crowded than California side. Also be aware it has a flight of stairs to get down to the entrance of the duplex.

Idyllic ski experience
A lovely and comfortable 3-floor condo with a breathtaking view of Lake Tahoe (esp. from the hot tub!). Convenient to Stagecoach Express lift. Possible to ski in/out, but not for the faint of heart. Great kitchen and all the amenities - including shampoo, lotion, paper towels, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous View
This house is probably the most well appointed rental I’ve ever stayed in. There are plenty of dishes, nice pots and pans, sharp knives, brand new sponge and dish soap, garbage bags, etc. Lots of towels, including beach towels too. The bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and even Aveeno lotion. Beds are comfy, there are plenty of blankets plus extra if needed. Everything was very clean and orderly. Most importantly, the view is breathtaking. Incredibly beautiful. You’re not too far from town, and you can even have food delivered via DoorDash. I can’t think of a single detail the owners have forgotten, it is a truly great home.
There are a couple things worth noting. The parking situation is kind of a bummer. You can drive up to the house to load and unload, but if you have inconsiderate neighbors that don’t move their cars from the temporary parking area it makes maneuvering in the small space difficult. There are a lot of stairs, not just in the house, but to get to the house requires walking down 3 flights of stairs. Lastly, this is a duplex. There’s not as much privacy as I had hoped. You have to walk by the first duplex to reach your door, and it’s kinda awkward. The front doors are right next to each other and don’t have blinds on them. On our second night the neighbor walked into our house instead of theirs by mistake. One of the young children with them kept looking in our door, and without blinds there wasn’t really a way to stop that from happening. The barbecues share a deck with your neighbor, and so do the hot tubs. There’s a privacy screen that blocks the view between hot tubs, but it’s still sharing a large deck with just a screen between you. Our first set of neighbors had teenage boys using their hot tub much of the time and practicing the fine art of profanity, so it definitely distracts from the peaceful view and ambience we had hoped for. I wouldn’t call any of this a deal breaker necessarily, but I think knowing what to expect is important to your experience!

Little slice of HEAVEN-ly
Everything was just perfect! Pictures give you an idea of the ammenties and views but it's way more than that. House was beyond stocked with quality products, everything we needed just an arms length away. We felt 5-star hotel pampered with the heated floors and well-maintained hot tub on the deck with one of the best views in Tahoe! Sorry I'm all over the place but this rental was just too great, thanks for sharing! We'll be back again!

Great location, we were able to get to various attractions within 15-20 minutes drive from the property. The condo was very clean and well-stocked, and it was very comfortable for the 7 of us. The view from the condo was breathtaking! The property manager was responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful trip!

We thought this place was great. The views are spectacular and the unit was a perfect size for us (two families with 5 kids ages 10-13 between us). It was very clean and recently renovated, and has lots of space. The kitchen is particularly well-stocked - we've stayed in a lot of VRBO houses that have bare-bones kitchens, this was not the case here! It was easy to prepare meals for the family. It was also an easy walk to the slopes from the parking lot (note: the parking lot is a bit of a hike from the unit, but you can park by the unit for loading and unloading, so it's completely do-able). Would definitely come back.
